I'm back! I should be able to post at some point this weekend. I'll be fast forwarding through some parts of this as this is a pretty tough dungeon crawl but you've nailed most of the 'boss' encounters. The rest is walls of text and investigative stuff, so stay on your toes and alert from a storytelling / plot perspective!!
PS: the remaining fights would pretty much be a cakewalk for your party so would you mind I walk your group through the ones I deem to be trivial for your characters?
Thats fine with me, as long as we get a sentence or two of the party's dispatching of them with default tactics.

Yeah... you guys are what I'd call 'uber'. The fiendish medusa being the linear 'end boss', I made sure to play up the terrain and her various tricks, but I'm not about to do this with run of the mill goons and most of what's left in these halls...

LOL - yeah that whip ghost - I thought that was one of the first mooks we encountered and was worried that was the 'easy' fight.

Whip ghost, shining children and fiendish medusa were the 'meat and potatoes' of this scenario. The rest is salad.

I'm not sure but I think the whip ghost seemed like the toughest thing... though the shining children were pretty tough too... in comparison, the medusa was a cakewalk, lol.

In that case Mal’s save and attack are two higher.
70 damage from 3 attacks (but DR/good won't apply) so 70 damage from Mal.
DC 20 fort save or stunned as well

Actually, I'm fine now... all recovered, just a few new scars, lol... I'm just overwhelmed with online conventions... trying my best to keep up with everything... but for now, taking a backseat on running games, as prepping the roll20 tables takes some time (I'm learning, and getting better and faster at it). Having issues with the air quality here though.. our skies are filled with ash - looks like a slightly orange marine layer - but it's all ash and smoke, and the fires are nowhere near us! I really feel bad for the folks closer to the fires. My friends and I have been making quilts for folks who've lost everything in the fires... they are small comfort right now in this heat, but hopefully they will be needed this winter.

I grew up in the pacific northwest, and I don't recall forest fires much. These past few years, we've seen extensive fires. I really hope that things get better, but it doesn't seem likely. Doing anything to help seems like a great idea!

Mall’s sense motive got nothing, and the knowledge (and general lack of humans in the necropolis) suggests nothing good. Any thoughts on what we should do? They seem to mostly be ignoring us, beyond asking to go to the surface.
I’m deeply suspicious but I don’t have any solutions. Anyone else?

I'm not there yet... lol... but I am suspicious too just because they are here... and here is not a good place. I've got nothing firm beyond that.
Glaube said to incapacitate but I can’t see Mal attacking a confused person without overly hostile intentions, and my sense motor didn’t pick up on that.
My first thought was to try a protection from evil spell incase she is possessed, but Mal doesn’t have that spell and she just took a ThragHammer, so I’m guessing we’re going into initiative.
I need to buy more scrolls.

A dominated Thrag is not good. I am definitely getting scrolls of protection from evil after this adventure, maybe even preparing the spell...
If anyone can do something about that, I highly suggest doing so before we find out how PDK's bad guys feel when Thrag is in full attack range.
