lol..old school gaming is hard and it sometimes feels that way, but you'll have plenty of chances very soon!!

So I just wanted to look at it and our of 11 d20 rolls, I have only had 3 of them roll higher than 10. Two of those are when rolling low would be good lol.

Guys terribly sorry but I really need a break from the boards, I'm going to step away for a few months and clear my head.

With Ziyad gone, does the party want to try and find a new mage, or just carry on as you are? We can recruit specifically for a magic-user if you would like...and if we do should they start at 1st level, or automatically be advanced to 2nd?

I am good for whatever the group wants to do. Another mage could be fun to have in the group.

Mages aren't real useful at low levels... however they bring things that are hard to live without, and are required at higher levels.... so recruiting a mage gets a thumbs up from Pickles.

Ooooo. I was looking at the elf. Very nice! Might gonna hafta consider that.

Mind you, I've put forth the philosophy that (at least prior to 4E) you can have a party of all clerics, but you can't have a party without a cleric. ^_^

Also, ummmmm, BrOp has disappeared from all their games for at least 2 weeks.

Hi there folks,

First of all, sorry for my very, very long absence. I've been dealing with personal issues and the overall stress caused the pandemic. The election didn't help much either, of course. I'm also sorry for not having chimed in before now to let you know what's going on. Let me explain.

The main issue is that I get anxious about doing a good job in these games for all of you, and if I take more than a day off from doing that I begin to feel guilty for not participating in our joint adventure and that leads to more guilt in a quickly accelerating downward spiral. It ends up with me terrified of posting due to guilt and anxiety.

This is not said as an "excuse", but simply to let you know what is going on in my head.

As I can see you've moved on without Brother Jacob, I don't expect there to be room for me, but if you'd have me back, I'd be happy to rejoin.

Hey Daniel, I've got a weird question.

Have you ever considered getting just a DM alias?

I see the piercing, manly stare of your main alias, and I just start thinking that that beautiful, daring man is probably gonna start hitting on something of mine that I don't want hit on, and I'm not thinking about goblin hordes rampaging the countryside.
