Zadeh, Arillia can cast the Haste if you want. Maybe you could put Death Ward on someone else with the second turn? Take her scroll of it either way. She's not extremely likely to make the DC on her own.

She will cast Shield on herself for the second turn regardless.

Murder in Metal City Map Reach of Corruption Map

Examining the arcane geometry of the room, the ritual's purpose is simple for Zadeh, Agata, and Gaétan to determine. The stones are funneling negative energy into the pillar until it explodes, at which point they'll direct the flow of that explosion up through the dungeons to the surface and beyond, killing and reanimating nearly every living thing for hundreds of miles!

You think you can disrupt the ritual by physically destroying the ritual stones, by moving them to face a different facet and misaligning the energies, or by carefully rerouting or temporarily blocking the flow of magical energy between them with an appropriate spell, and skillful work.

As you share that information around, the pillar pulses with light from across each of its faces, casting strange shadows through the ritual stones set up in front of the different facets, and suddenly, a different shadow appears. The light emanating from the pillar casts a shadow across the far wall that is at once vague and unmistakable: A robed figure bearing a simple scythe.

Death itself is here.

GM Screen (lore needle used):

Agata: 1d20 + 39 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 39 + 2 = 481d20 + 39 ⇒ (20) + 39 = 59 Roll twice; +2 v. Undead

The Actual Grim Reaper:
This is the actual grim reaper. It has the standard undead immunities, is resistant to all weapons, and is profoundly resistant to spells. It can see the precise lifeforce remaining to those it has come to collect, which aids it in targeting the spells that it uses to end its life, but its primary way it reaps souls is with its scythe. Once it has has claimed a soul, that creature cannot be returned to life by any means shy of direct divine intervention. All living creatures nearby it suffer from dreadful misfortune. As misfortune hex within 20', no save - also applies to CL checks

Arillia: 1d20 + 10 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 10 + 2 = 25
Death: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (11) + 14 = 25

As the shadow of the Grim Reaper falls upon the wall, the constant whispers that surround you rise, up, slinking even into your mind with the terrible pressure of threats and promises!

Everyone is at a -1 to all attacks, saves and skills, as well as AC and DCs unless you pass a Will Save at the start of your turn.

Is there a reason I am not also marked as hasted?

Will: 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (15) + 25 = 40

Zadeh gulp, Err, we may be in over our heads. That is actual death. Tricks wont fool it, being close makes you unlucky, if it kills you you are not coming back...Not sure my summons can touch it...

He floats forward a little bit and then stops...Unless...

With that he raises one hesitant hand and calls out again, this time his mind soars into the elemental planes. A rush of wind blows through the room and suddenly it is filled with flying elephants!

Summoning aerial mastodons with the versatile summon feat. I call up 1d3 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4 mastodons

Quick rules digression. Summons attack my enemies automatically. I would like to have them each trample Death. Trample is a normal attack form for an elephant. I can certainly also make a handle animal check if you want, I am at +21

MOOOOOOOOOO

Each flying elephant has a flight speed of 80' giving them a trample range of 160' which should be enough for each of them to get over there and try and stomp on him. Death can either make an opportunity attack at -4 (if he has combat reflexes or can otherwise react) or take a reflex save for half damage. Their trample DC is 31, possibly 1 lower if they have to save against the pillar effect. Here are four saves in case they do

Will saves:

Will, yellow: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8

Trample:

Trample damage is:

Trample, red: 2d8 + 21 ⇒ (8, 3) + 21 = 32 +2d6 ⇒ (5, 2) = 7 electricity
Trample, green: 2d8 + 21 ⇒ (7, 4) + 21 = 32 +2d6 ⇒ (1, 6) = 7 electricity

Trample, blue: 2d8 + 21 ⇒ (5, 2) + 21 = 28 +2d6 ⇒ (3, 1) = 4 electricity

I assumed you were back to being invisible and untargetable, and there hadn't been time for the extra standard action to re-invisible after the haste. Trampling was fine, but the Handle Animal roll was needed...

The elephants seem very unwilling to approach, though they eventually heed Zadeh's commands to do so with trumpeting warcries! Their trumpets however are entirely drowned out by the whispers of Death's scythe carving through them as easily as the air they're made of, stopping the stampede dead in in its tracks.

How high is the chamber? Does the pillar block line of sight or effect to Death? Also, just a reminder that Agata now has True Seeing up, in case it matters.

Murder in Metal City Map Reach of Corruption Map

Chamber is 150' high, the Pillar rises to a height of 140' and is within a 40' pit. It does block line of sight/effect to the Grim Reaper from your current position. The balconies are 70' up and have low railings, not walls. They will likely provide cover from attacks coming from below, but probably partial or less cover from attacks from the same or higher altitude.
The ritual stones are high enough to provide cover, not high enough to block line of sight between medium creatures.

The wail of trapped souls sounds throughout the hall as Marcus strikes, their stolen energy keeping the lash from their master's form. Just a miss.

Agata's hex and Arillia's incantation are met by the same rictus grin, only this, and nothing more.

The wave washes over the fray, teleporting Marcus and one of the Elephants to a kneeling position before one of Tar-Baphon's statues. This pulse of energy seems to have driven the whispers in your minds to a fevered pitch, and the pressure on you is harder still to withstand!

Delaying Zadeh for now

The Grim Reaper doesn't tarry with the elephants, instead darting towards Gaétan. Either above them, or below them if that's somehow not practical.

The grim specter floats above, him, raining down a dreadful strike from its scythe, but he dodges it at the last minute!

I appreciate the desire to keep things moving quickly but I would also like the opportunity to actually loom at what is happening before deciding what my actions will be before just getting delay, especially given we arre dealing with the extreme dangerous hard mode encounter.

And if so, which is the conjuration one? With haste Agata can fly 70' and then cast disintegrate (with ample range). I haven't moved her token on the map but ideally she wants to be where she can shoot at the column without any cover and as far as possible from the Reaper. Zadeh, I get it, no one likes being delayed, but I also set up what the timeframe is for it when we all mustered. If you're waiting to see how the elephants do, may I recommend tossing in a couple potential courses of action? That turn for example seemed fairly binary between 'They miss' and 'They mostly miss, but do a little damage'.

Also, looking at your elephants taking their Round 3 turns, I think my 'delay' may have been misunderstood. You still get to take both your Round 2 turn (as you just have), and your Round 3 turn when it comes up. So you weren't really 'skipped.' Hopefully not losing your actions helps take some of the sting out. :-)

But I am moving the elephants back until it's really their turn :-p

OK, thats fine, I may have gotten confused. Any idea what happens if I dump a ritual stone into a 70'deep acid pit?

Murder in Metal City Map Reach of Corruption Map

If it's anything like a normal rock, the 2d6 acid damage won't hurt it, but the falling damage would be likely to do so. It wouldn't be crossing into the plane of one of the opposing facets, and with the sheer height of the pillar, I think there would even still be Line of Effect between them... Assuming it's not more like an emanation to begin with...
I'll draw it and get back to you, but definitely less effective than a disintegrate.

EDIT
Yeah, you've got the arcane chops to not waste any time on this. You'd get falling damage, but little else from an acid pit.

Standing atop the bridge and fighting his way across, Shevar turns to the expedition. Despite the dire situation, he smiles. “Don’t lose hope, Pathfinders! Keep fighting on! In a swift and cruel motion, the beast lashes out with a jagged spine of bone, piercing Shevar’s heart. The creature lifts the venture-captain’s body and carelessly drops him off the bridge into the river of blood below.

Will vs rainbow pattern (if needed), whispers, illusion magic, four leaf clover: 1d20 + 19 - 1 + 1 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 19 - 1 + 1 + 3 = 26 Yeesh, these dice.
GM, please tell me whether or not this was even required, since it will save me a use of the four leaf clover if it wasn't.

Agata takes aim at the red column near the elephants, taking care not to disintegrate them!

Caster Level vs SR, if needed, whispers: 1d20 + 18 - 1 ⇒ (15) + 18 - 1 = 32
Ranged touch, whispers: 1d20 + 15 - 1 ⇒ (15) + 15 - 1 = 29
Disintegrate, Fort DC 27 (or 26 if Whispers reduces)
Disintegrate dmg if save failed: 32d6 ⇒ (5, 5, 6, 1, 5, 4, 3, 2, 3, 6, 6, 3, 2, 4, 5, 2, 3, 2, 1, 2, 2, 5, 3, 2, 4, 2, 2, 5, 2, 2, 4, 4) = 107
Disintegrate dmg if save passed: 5d6 ⇒ (3, 6, 5, 2, 6) = 22

She shouts to the elephants, in Celestial, "Oops, mind the force beam!"

Clarification, did I still need to make that save vs being dazed since I did not provoke from my climb check last round?

Liberty's Edge

Wounded by the Reaper's attack, Arillia grits her teeth as she drops her altitude. "You can't stop me that easily."

5' step downward to get out of the Reaper's reach, then Disintegrate on whatever pillar Agata didn't shoot and Marcus isn't working on, casting defensively (autopass). If that set of actions isn't allowed or would provoke, see below.

Spell Resistance, if needed: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (5) + 20 = 25
Spell Resistance Unlucky: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (13) + 20 = 33

Ranged Touch: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (17) + 13 = 30
Ranged Touch Unlucky: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (1) + 13 = 14 - Ugh. Nevermind.

Disintegrate Damage (failed Save DC 25): 32d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 1, 2, 5, 3, 5, 1, 5, 3, 3, 2, 5, 2, 6, 6, 1, 4, 6, 2, 2, 1, 2, 3, 2, 6, 1, 2, 3, 4, 1, 2) = 99
Disintegrate Damage (successful Save): 5d6 ⇒ (2, 5, 5, 3, 3) = 18

If not allowed or would provoke for any reason:
Arillia could take more damage, but she can't afford more dazed checks. Dimension Door outside the room, out of sight of the Reaper. Red arrow pointing at the square works I suppose, but 30' back from that if possible.
