He steps back and color shoots out of his hands hitting the fox, Kavendell and Reggie and his dog.

The troll is again burnt and bitten but he is still standing and attacks the little bat and scratches it with one claw!

”You will pay!! Pay!!!“ Kanna shouts and gets out of the biting swarm of ravens!

He steps away and casts a spell and targets the bat with a touch.

The burning bullet and the bite of the bat are enough to tear the strong sorcerer apart!

At first you only hear your own breathing but then reality comes back.

You can still hear the screeching goblins that are obviously in cages and can’t get out. In the yard you can also hear stomping and scratching sounds of the giant scorpion!

Linguistics DC 15 :

It seems that most of the coded documents are the day-to-day operations of the this Shadow Lodge - an inventory, a payroll, some operations, and a journal detailing happenings in the city, which includes your arrival. But the real code is hard to crack. The grand lodge can maybe find out more.

But the most interesting documents you assume are the three uncoded letters, addressed to three different individuals.

Since the tiny cute animal was considered a familiar earlier on, and familiars being intelligent,

The fox jumps onto the table, and slides the documents with its paw.
Take 10 for 18, inspire included.

As way of relaying the meaning, it scratches with its nails:
- A sun, arrow, sun, arrow roof & shadow, followed by a very very crude picture of the venture captain. Hopefully relaying the meaning 'assignment'
- A scroll with a coin on it.
- A scroll with a crude symbol of three houses together.
Underneath that scroll stick figures representing the party.

The last is three separate stick figures, and the animal pushes a letter to each. It looks back up at the other agents, then hops back to the floor.

You open up the barriers and can now see the screaming goblins that are still in their cages.

But ... the Scorpion's rage is suddenly gone! He moves back a couple of steps and its giant pincers stop snapping and its tail stinger stops swaying threateningly ... and it lies down.
