I would gladly keep playing:
RxGus
Kal'Ryon
273096-7
Concordance
No day job

Crowe Elberion |

I'm in.
Quensha now has three XP earned at 4th level, but the game I am GMing to get her up to 4th is plodding along and won't be done for a few weeks.
I will probably stick with Crowe, if I can, and give the XP to someone else.
Quensha will be back, just not yet.

Wow. Was definitely expecting something else to jump out at us.
Watery Soup
Diazepane Ketal
2358909-1
Silver Crusade
[Dice=Craft(alchemy), Crafter's Fortune]1d20+14+5---
I would love to continue the saga.
Diazepane will be level 6, though. He's my only character past level 3, which means he gets all the GM credit from my 3-7's and 5-9's. Is this going to present any APL problems for the group?
I believe Kal'Ryon is about to take a jump, too and will be up to 7th level.
That jump will mean that, instead of playing low-tier with some out of tier characters as we've done for the last couple, we'll be playing high high tier with some out of tier characters.
Assuming those low tier characters don't get critted or do anything overly foo...brave, it shouldn't be an issue and they'll actually get an advantage in gold given out.
I still need to go through the full list of scenarios and see if it's going to be a problem but my big worry right now is that we're going to run out of 3-7 adventures before everyone is 5th level.

As far as the bad guy in this one, he had an odd class choice and one that made him seem like a very different character than he was.
He really needed some more fodder for you guys to work through while he worked in the background to make him effective.
But after running this one, I really regret never making an alchemist. Those guys were on fire...actually I guess you guys were the ones on fire...but because of them.

I really like the alchemist class for PFS. Mechanically, it's ranged touch, which is honestly a little overpowered. But what I reallu like is that it also has extracts which make it really nice for showing up to games with 5 random characters and a random setting.
My biggest regret is that I dumped CHA to get my Int to 20 at first level. It's been a real liability in the non-combat portions, and it turns out that I would have done enough damage with 18 to start.
It's feat intensive - I think a lot of people pick Grenadier but my understanding is that it's a goblin feat only. As a human, I "had" to take PBS, PS, Precise Bombs, Splash Weapon Mastery, and Infusion, meaning I was 5th level before I feel I got to make a real choice about feats, and I "have" to burn my 7th on Rapid Shot or TWF to prepare for multiple bombs at 8th (and squeeze in Force Bombs AsAP after that). Basically, I have a legitimate choice at 6th, a legitimate choice at 10th, and then PFS more or less ends.
Or I can skip some of the "good citizen" feats like SWM and PB and annoy everyone I play with for random splash damage. I think a lot of the super broken DPR-focused builds ignore the fact that you have allies.

I'm ok with Castinus being the runt of the litter in combat! He does at least have a part to play in skill rolls. 4 more modules before he hits 5th level.

I have one more adventure before the big jump happens, this chronicle will get me to 8 XP.

Ok, guys. Your chronicle sheets are HERE.
Let me know if there are any problems.
I finished reading through The Deepmarket Deception today and I'll have the new campaign up as soon as I can put together the slides.
I can say I'm almost certain that Mr. Pitt is going to make an appearance and that the chronicle sheet has several very cool items on it.

Intriguing... Mr Pitt has been a reliable alter-ego before. Let's hope his infamy does not catch up with him!
Now you have me wondering if Castinus (already Investigator 1 / Swashbuckler 1 / Occultist 1) should quad-class with a one-level dip as a Vigilante ! (joking...)

Ok lads and/or lasses (it's the internet...I don't know...) here is the link to The Deepmarket Deception.
I believe everyone signed on to continue so we don't need to re-recruit anyone for the crew. And I'll close this campaign when everyone has checked in to that one.
