"The writing only raises more questions. I believe you are all correct, we need to proceed forward and find out more about who arrived here. We have seen signs of the duergar, a dwarven officer, and now a shirren priest. It makes sense within the Diaspora that folks move on and others make do with the scraps left behind. Even so, there is so little life left behind along with so much equipment."
She holds ready and watches the door wary of the mentioned threat.

"Could this be some kind of new life form? Could we just talk to them first?" As Deloran watches the creatures come forward in a very hostile manor.
"Or maybe not."
He draws his Static Arc pistol and fires at the blue zombie thing.

Not waiting to see if they start talking, Deloran starts shooting! His shot connects, but it doesn't drop the thing. Indeed, it looks like it's got plenty of fight left in it.
The two creatures in the front heft assault hammers and close distance, swinging at Fexia:

Fexia looks side to side as she hears the burrowing. "If they can burrow through the walls we should make our stand on the bridge so not to be outflanked!
Fexia has Coordinated shot, so allies get +1 to attack against any creatures adjacent to me as long as I'm not directly in the way.
She waits as long as she can for her allies to position themselves, then lashes out with a clawed hand at the wounded creature, hoping to fell it before moving back.
Delay until her allies have fallen back, then she'll attack and move back (probably provoking), continuing to keep herself between her allies and these foes. She'll draw her new taclash as she goes.

Xenal nods grimly at Fexia's direction, and she withdraws, but not before trying to hurl the Trox back, the blade of her polearm shimmering with dread purpose.

Despite the wariness Teka is taken aback by the lurching creatures. She quickly follows the advice as she falls father back onto the bridge as she calls out to Fexia. "Focus and get out of there safely dear. You spoke very well of your hive and those who trained you. I'm certain they have more than prepared you for this."

Bursting from the walls, the cybernetic horrors try to close in on the party. He makes a quick shot with his pistol as soon as he sees it. It clearly shorts some of the thing's circuits. It doesn't stop them from coming though.

Shadows erupt from Elfa's fingers and open up a small tear in space next to one of the zombies. The dark cloud-like mass tried slams into the zombie. Elfa then weaves more shadows together to grab a piece of rubble and sling it at the other zombie. As she draws forth her assault hammer, she calls to the others "Try to take these things out from a distance. They will explode. And, obviously, they don't deal with electricity well. So zap the unlife out of them already."

Elfa's aeon, flanking with Teka manages to strike and snap some of the creature. The rubble, unfortunately, flies wide. Malaak piles it on, as the energy ray shorts a number of circuits.
Fexia's lash does the job. The circuits overload and the creature explodes! Electricity pours out, jumping to the Aeon and Teka. for Elec: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7 REF DC 11 for half.

My apologies, I thought I tagged that explosion. That being said, it couldn't do more than you have SP. Sounds like we're resting and it's still a holiday weekend in the US (and my district has already called a snow day for tomorrow, so a rest seems to fit!
The party takes their time to catch their breath, buff out armor, and reload weapons. Beyond the door lies adventure!
Beyond the door, however, is a tangled mess of dozens of tunnels, laboratories, dormitories, warehouses, and more— many of them partly buried or recklessly ransacked during the facility’s last hours it seems. It would take weeks to see and study it all. Unfortunately you don't have weeks.... You'll have to do what you can.
Indeed! There are a slew of skills you roll to make quick progress. Once you succeed at a skill, there's little left for you to do in that thread. If it has an asterisk, you get a +2 if you speak Dwarven. Will do this in rounds. It's not spacious, you're limited to to Aids per check.
