I think the only constructive criticism I'd have at this point is to perhaps adjust your narrative voice such that you aren't inferring what a character is feeling or thinking. It's okay to say "Poog lies on the ground, snoring away" but maybe not "Poog has no desire to wake up."
I try to aim for third-person limited: you can't know what all characters are feeling or thinking, only one character - in this case, that's your NPC, or NPCs. Better to let the players roleplay their own PCs and keep player agency alive and well.

Good plan.
I think I chose those words simply based on my stabilization check, but I agree. I'll try to keep the player interpretations up to the players.
I appreciate the feedback.

Happy New Year, guys!
May 2020 usher into your lives more meaning, more happiness, and more prosperity.

I'm guilty of interjecting thoughts, words, and actions from time to time, usually when I worry that the posting, especially mine, has become too dry and lifeless.
Used sparingly in most cases, I think it's fine. And in fun-packed scenarios like the Goblins saga, I think it's a way for the GM to take the experience to another level.
GM Puckers
Poog: Be sure to roll your melee touch attack for touch of fatigue. I rolled it last time vs Maggie.
Also are you casting defensively? Or risking the AOO?
GM Puckers
Oh, please let me know who has what of the consumables, especially the CLW wand. Since either Mog or Poog can use it.
Also I think there were enough CLW hooch found for everyone to have at least one bottle of that.
GM Puckers
Sounds good, I'll assume you have it unless Mogmurch puts up a fight. Then it'll have to go to GOBLINFIGHTCLUBWARSTOTHEDEATHMATCH!
The Lady's Pregen
No kidding!
I've enjoyed what little I've played of my 2E goblin bard, Pooka. Despite all the wailing and gnashing of teeth about their inclusion as a Core race in PF2, I think it *is* possible to play a not-evil goblin without turning them into humans that just happen to be little and have green skin.
GM Puckers
I think everyone expects goblins to be a bit on the wild side in 2.0, at least I do. If they aren't acting and speaking a bit weird then it doesn't feel right.
Mogmurch by Larry Smith
I've lost track of what we might have on-hand for healing. Mogmurch gave away what he had.
GM Puckers
You've found a total of 10 bottles of Maggie's Miracle Cure. Each bottle contains 4 1hp drinks. If I had to guess off the top of my head you've consumed 5 full bottles at least?
You also have the partial CLW wand in Poog's possession.
You also have your toads you can lick for 5 temp HP.
GM Puckers
Oh ya, we're nearing the end of this little introduction to goblin crazy so I'll need you to be sure to fill out what info I need to do chronicles up in the map link.
Also I think you can roll day jobs for a pregen if they have an appropriate skill?
I'll need to know what character to address the chronicle too.
Then at some point I'll be asking questions on WTF do I do with chronicles for reporting, etc etc.
Mogmurch by Larry Smith
Since you're planning to offer to GM in the future, you probably want to set up an event and event code for your sessions.
For the PbP sessions I GM, I created the event "Hall of Heroes." Pretty simple process; let me know if you need help.
If you need help reporting the session and filling out Chronicles, I can walk you through that process, too.
GM Puckers
A link directing me to where to get started would be great. Navigating paizo's site makes my head hurt.

To create your event:
Go to My Account > Organized Play > GM/Event Coordinator > (Create New Event) Create Your Event > Edit. Fill in the basic details for your event in the Description section. (You don't need to fill out anything in the other sections of the page.)
Mogmurch by Larry Smith

Once you've done that, you'll be able to report the session when we've finished.
The system will generate a numeric event code associated with the event you just created. You'll enter the event name and code in the bottom margin of the Chronicle sheets. Those two pieces of information will remain the same for all the sessions you organize and report.
Mogmurch by Larry Smith
To report this session:
Go to My Account > Organized Play > GM/Event Coordinator.
Under ‘Events I’m Organizing,’ you’ll see your event code and event name.
On the right side of the page, click on ‘Report.’
Fill in the details: Date, Pathfinder Society (first edition), check scenario missions accomplished (if applicable), your GM #, PC# (if you’re assigning the Chronicle to one of your PCs), GM Name, GM faction (if you’re assigning the Chronicle to one of your PCs), and GM prestige.
Below that you enter the information for each of the PCs.
When you’re done, click save and exit.

There are a lot of different ways to create the Chronicles. I have an Apple MacBook Pro, and I use a combination of software like Adobe Acrobat Reader and Preview to prepare the Chronicles.
Mogmurch by Larry Smith
FYI, after we've done these five goblin 'modules', you'll have earned your first GM star!
GM Puckers
Thanks for the walk through Larry. I've created the event at least and look forward to the next steps once we finish.
As far as generating chronicles I'll have to see if I can't edit the PDFs at work. I don't have the editing power for it here at home I guess. I'd rather avoid having to print, fill by hand, and then scan sheets.

IT disaster yesterday. Replaced my laptop, but couldn't retrieve anything off the old hard drive. I'll do my best to keep up, while I sort things out.
GM Puckers
Ok I'm working on the chronicles but still need most all of your character names/numbers that they'll be applied to.

67083-30 Shagbark Hickory. Grand Lodge. Normal progression. (My new ghoran PC)
GM Puckers
205498-14, Angridor Blackforge
Yet to be built, but probably a dwarf if I ever get around to it.
Normal progression?
Faction is... ?
**Also, how much of these sheets do I need to fill out? I wasn't bothering with the current gold, xp, etc.
GMRed's Pregen
Normal and Sovereign Court.
There was only a month or two where I decided to fill out chronicles as thoroughly as possible. It's more tedious for sure, and I feel it's generally accepted on the boards for the GM to leave current gold, XP, chronicle #, current fame, blank, and let the PC fill it in themselves.
The Lady's Pregen
Player Name: Lady Ladile
Character Name: Beryl of the Gun
PFS ID#: 192133 - 24
Progression: Normal (for now)
Faction: Grand Lodge
^My grippli that's going to be a gun-user but haven't decided if I want to do straight gunslinger or make a spellslinger (courtesy of a chronicle unlocking the option) or what.
And yeah...technically GMs are supposed to fill out all of that stuff on the chronicle but in practice I don't know that I've ever had more than one or two GMs, whether online or F2F, fill them out that way.
GM Puckers
Sorry for the AWOL. Been busy visiting my sister and friends while binging icefishing all long weekend. I'll get this wrapped up and chronicled hopefully this week and we can start into the second one next week!
GM Puckers
So the chronicles are done but now the question is: How do I share them with you all? I'm usually just an email person but most people seem to use google?
GM Puckers
I've never used any file sharing mediums. /shrug

My chronicle also looks good, thank you!
And I gotta say, I really enjoyed this first adventure. Playing an OG 1st edition goblin is a great change of pace from all my other games, the shenanigans were hilarious, and your writing was great! I'm looking forward to the next one :)
Keep up the good work!
GM Puckers
Glad there was fun to be had. I need to work on my writing skills, but I can work with zany silliness.
Now I just need to get the game reported.
Mogmurch by Larry Smith
Great job, GM! Your self-criticism notwithstanding, you handled this with more skill and creative originality than most much-more-experienced GMs.
Chronicle is good-to-go.
I'm looking forward to the next adventure. Any sense about when you want to start?
GM Puckers
I'll be away this weekend (fishing of course) so hopefully early next week.

Nah, there is nothing wrong with your writing. It has a sense of personal style and I think every writer needs that, or we might as well all be robots running a script. I was too harsh with my criticism early game, and even then you took it really well. Kudos to GM Puckers.

Agree; your writing is fine! I would say that the more you GM the better it will get but (based on my own observations) it's really more that it'll get better the more you GM and actually put effort into it, like you did here. The first couple of games will always be a little rough around the edges compared to the games you run later on after you've gotten more experience - you and GM Red might even be able to confirm that since I think you two were in my very first GM game that I ran after finishing Hmm's GM school ;)
You've also pretty quickly identified a sort of style/game that you enjoy - the zany and the silly. That's great! Lean into that where you can, because it's always more fun to GM something that you're really into as opposed to something that leaves you cold. That enthusiasm (or lack of) will become apparent pretty quickly, even if it's just a private realization you make about yourself. I can definitely tell a difference in my GMing when I'm running something I'm really excited about as opposed to something that's less interesting or appealing to my tastes.
Don't get me wrong, I do still recommend trying things out of your comfort zone from time to time. If you like dungeon crawlers, try a scenario with more social aspects. If you like intrigue and investigation, run something a little more straightforward. If you like the silly, try something a bit more serious in tone. Even if those instances end up being the exceptions in your GMing history and not the rule, they'll still give you useful experience and help make you more well-rounded as a GM.
GM Puckers
Thanks for all the kind words. Now, time to kick off the second adventure: We Be Goblins! Please download and update your characters with the new and improved level 1 goblin heroes!
This is probably a great time for me to confirm that you want to continue and if everyone is playing the same characters as the previous module?
Also, please update your character information in the tables linked in the google slides in my heading. I'll get up the intro post in the near future.
