@Thereus: This isn't written anywhere in the RAW, but I allow someone to present an item in hand as a move action to allow another person to take it as a free action. Basically, assume that the Peri gives you your bow back as a move action and I'll let you full-attack.
Sorry about the bane last time you said it was because it only applied to the decemvirate not the astraldaemon so I was working under that assumption because I was within 30ft when it was used best I can tell.
I just want to double check you sure 50s are not hitting? If that is while hard mode adjustments that is CR30 ac based on average monster stats.

Two words: height difference. At the time you were 20’ below Fletch when Freebooter’s Bane went off, and 25’ away from him laterally, so you were barely out of range. (Pythagorean theorem and all that)
With the current position of the elementals, Peri, and Grognar around the daemon I'm imagining them all pushing the daemon around back and forth, bullying it.

I assume you're not in the Solomon Islands (5.5) or in Kotzbue, Alaska (5.0), so you must be in Utah (5.7) (those are where earthquakes happened today.) Unless it happened yesterday and you live in Vanuatu (6.1), Samoa (6.0) or Chile (5.6). :-)
A few questions. Grognar's AC is now 45 vs his smite target so there are no hits, correct? The smite bounus applies to CMD correct? If so I think he keeps his sword and without the critical Grognar is not staggered. I think this is correct.
Okay...how are you smiting him and when did you smite him, because I don't recall you ever saying that.

It is reflected in the number the last +5 in the attack and the 2 '+9s' due to him being undead. Sorry, that was a really bad post to skimp on details.

Okay, Grognar is Flat-Footed, so the disarm was still successful, but the crit confirmation and the Secondary attack wouldn’t have been successful, so no, Grognar isn't staggered. I’ll update the initiative block, but you really need to explicitly say things like that.
Also, I just noticed that I called Grognar "Urzok" in my previous post, which is the name of a half-orc in another one of my games, so my apologies on that.
