House Khadaji - Alessandro Khadaji
You manage to retain control over yourself but the mere glance of the sun is enough to almost make your dead heart beat.
You glance around and find Alyssa slumped down in the doorway of the closet. Going to her you find her merely sleeping, it seems she was able to resist the call of the day no longer. You know you cannot go meet with Dominic right now as the patio is in full daylight.
What do you do?

Alessandro lifts his beloved and lays her as comfortably as possible inside the oversized walk-in closet. An extra duvet, just in case. The closet being an interior room with no windows.
Dressing, he reaches for his blade. And, ringing a bell... he summon's Galeel.
Was there anything with the Alertness/Awareness rolls?

No, the light glare may have blinded you but as you made the roll no issues and you saw where Alyssa had collapsed.
Alyssa does not stir when you place her down into the closet and under covers.
Galeel enters the room opening the door only as wide as necessary to enter your room.
"Alessandro! How are you awake?" he blurts out in a shockingly non-formal statement. He must be very surprised indeed!

You resist the sunlight once more crashing into the main room, blessedly, the windows of this room are not smashed out. However, standing in the room are three Knights who wear insignia denoting that they are leaders where the rest you encountered were not.
At their feet are two more staked Cainites. They stand between you and the fireplace. One nods to you, "You cannot hide from God's light creature... Surrender and we shall spare you the sun's rays. Fight and we shall drag you out before the majesty of the Light of God!"
What do you do? If you do not surrender, roll initiative = 1d10+Dex+Wits+Celerity.

Dominic was here, in this room... is he on the patio, now? Alessandro moves the blade point away from Galeel. His voice is even, he's curious rather than angry.
Please prepare the study, I will receive guests there. The study was a windowless room, and Galeel knew that Alessandro preferred reading by lamp-light. He also knew that the path to the study and the adjacent rooms would need to be shuttered and curtains drawn closed.

His shock turns to rage at realizing how much of a violation this is. He nods, "I will alert our guards as well as the guards of your Lady.... to walk the halls we will need to cover you in many wrappings, while that room in sun proof, the halls of the house are not. I shall have every window covered in the meantime!"
He exits the room and begins barking orders.

He, as could the other, clearly sees you, "The Light of God is with us Fiend. Most of your allies have fallen. Surrender and we shall do what we can to shepherd your soul to the Lord...
Wait.. I see you now, you are like the other. Forsaken in the eyes of God!"
He raises his hand and a bright light flashes, suddenly, you see your powers of Obfuscate melt away as you become visible to all. Around this one you now see a Holy Aura.

Despite your current dilemma Lorenzo, you realize that your more passive abilities do indeed still function. Your skin is still empowered by Fortitude, sense still sharp though you cannot actively use greater powers nor can you move or speak.
The room is rather large. The stench of death is string down here, several Cainites are here with you, you surmise from that stench. There are at least six Knights down here as well, breathing labored. It seems that they are a bit nervous surrounded by so many of you, even if all immobile.
"Oh all right" the voice responds, "I am Lutz von Hohenzollern not that it would mean anything to you me being dead so long and all. Do you REALLY think you can turn me human again, wouldn't I just die anyway since I'm so old?
I mean...."
The sound of the voice is cut off suddenly and you hear the sound of a rigid body hit the floor.
"Laurent, this one is afflicted by madness. Shall we simply destroy him?"
"No Freeman, that is for the Judge Inquisitor to decide, not I".
Bind the hands and cover the eyes of the next one and we shall speak with him".[/b]
Suddenly you find you hands pulled behind your back with heavy rope and manacles. Your hood is removed and your eyes are covered. While it is rather dark down here, even with the torchlight a quick scan of the room reveals more than a dozen Cainites staked and placed against slabs tied at at angle t the wall! It seems these Holy Knights were quite successful last night indeed.
From that brief glance you recognize, Vitaliano da Riva, Michele Querini, Lutz (who is indeed once again staked), Antione le Fanu, Sister Maria, Sir Dunstan Fuller, Giovanni Dal'este, Cantor, Victor la Rouche, Lydia, and several other Cainites you have absolutely no recognition of.
All six Knights now attend to you, heavily armed and armored.
Then a blindfold is slipped over your eyes and you are wrapped in yet another set of heavy chains. Finally, the stake is removed from your chest.
"Fiend, perhaps you are more inclined to speak with us and answer our questions!" another of the Knights bellows.

Furthermore, I never claimed to own the Mausoleum. That would be the Giovanni family, I simply said it was my home. As to my feeding habits, I do drink blood, but why bother the living when there are so many in a mausoleum who no longer require it?"
Pausing a moment he adds, "So what is it to be, asking me questions, or should no living man seek to ask questions of me?"
