If we think a 10min heal break isn't on the table I think the serums are the bulk of it; Ordyt has already activated his bionanites to get his hp back up so he's just missing his SP right now

PBP format can be so frustrating. At no table ever would you have one character swing at an invisible foe, the next dispel the invisibility, and the third cast a spell to see invisibility. Ah, well, that’s how the die rolls sometimes…but it does make me delay posting sometimes hoping another character will take an action that helps me first. I tend to not do that so I don’t slow down the game, though…

I hear you, PBP doesn't allow the (hopefully) quick coordination sitting around a table gives you, and posting just to say "I delay until [other character] does this thing I want" can both slow down gameplay and can feel like dictating someone else's turn.

Just one of the hiccups of the format, unfortunately.

I could very well be the wrong one, I thought I recalled Cellion telling us there was an assumed Improved Get 'Em from Sammad and chip damage from Mari but I didn't find anything confirming that on a check just now

Just +2 attack, not damage, since that would require spending an RP from Sammad each round. Mari provides extra chip damage every round (or at least whenever I remember :))

Actually, how long has this station raid been going on? I said an hour, but I feel like it's probably been more like two hours. If the Legion has fleet vessels in the area they're doubtless alerted to our attack on on their way back to the Crucible.

The rests for stamina are only 10 minutes, so I would say it is conceivable that we have only been operating here for an hour or so. If we can take 5 minutes and forge a bunch of healing serums, that actually might be a good use of our time. If it takes longer, though, I think you are right that we are pushing our luck too much with the fleet reinforcements.
