Given the magical displays, I'm not convinced Verrael isn't just shapeshifted, rather than mind-controlled. Might be another efreet.

If Mehhren hadn't gotten a critical AoO I'd have Ordyt just plunge through the wall and damn the torpedos, but he's gotten the stuffing beaten out of him and she's got full cover from the spell.

I messed up my post! I don't even have a MkIII frag, and the damage numbers I used my roll for the MkII cryo grenade, so that should be ice damage which is why I was hoping it would clear part of the WoF.

Flint would have to take an action of some kind to switch off the stun setting, so he probably won’t bother, but he is more in the heat of combat right now than thinking politically so he will just keep using what he has at hand.

How high up is Verrael? Would Flint need to activate his jetpack to reach her with his blade?

Fleshing out the plan a bit, and seeking GM input. Not sure what rolls this would require beyond Engineering (if any), or what the anassanoi would countenance since it's their infrastructure at stake but:

The Mk1 frags alone wouldn't deal much damage, but we're in a sewer, there are likely pipes hither and thither running water, sewage, toxic gasses etc etc. What if we rigged the charges to blow one or more of these pipes in order to spook/delay the Legion, maybe even inflict casualties, per Flint's suggestion? I'm fine with taking the GM's lead on how feasible that would be but surely there's an anassanoi civil engineer who could help us out.

I sure wish we had Noma's giant warbot right about now :'( sighs wistfully, daydreams about a mech...

Sounds like a plan to me, and very feasible. An engineering check to set those explosives appropriately would work.

Is this something I can take a 10 on?

My thinking is less "make a huge bomb that will blow up all the bad guys" and more to set some grenades on tripwires and such to make them really, really take their time searching an otherwise empty hideout. And, y'know, add an overly complex looking timer device to grab their attention for even longer.

Sorry for the delay folks! Gateway issues kept me from posting. Plus, Mother Nature decided to play an April Fool's joke on us by dumping about 8 or so inches of dense, wet snow on us, causing power outages that threw off my sleep cycle due to my CPAP going offline, we weren't able to get out of our garage because of said outage, so we couldn't shovel the driveway immediately, and when we did try to shovel it it was a real struggle due to how heavy and wet the snow was. I finally limped into work about 3 hours late, and stayed late too. Leaving me tired, cranky and sore when I finally got home. Very funny, Mother Nature. Ha ha. You got me. Happy April Fools. -_-
