Ok, I hope I'm in the right place.
First of all, thank you Taban for GMing a second table of Age of Ashes, it is very kind of you to give us the chance to play this adventure path.
Second, I want to make one thing clear to everybody: if the party needs something else than a fighter I will be perfectly ok with changing my character to form a better group. There are many characters I want to play in this adventure path (I've spent the last week or so creating characters for the various recruitment threads, and I have many more interesting ideas to put on "paper"), so think of me as a jolly, I can be (almost) whatever you want me to be for this campaign.
Third, I think that we should decide some things about our group before starting the adventure, like if we know each other already, and also maybe which path will our characters take in the future (talking of multiclass here). I think those kind of informations help to form an efficient and closely-knit party, which is something vital for the success of the adventure, in my opinion.
That said, I hope we will all have a very good time playing together! And please, if anyone has any problem with my play style just tell me via PM; depending on which kind of character I'm going to play I may role it in a way some people don't really feel comfortable with, so please let me know if you prefer that I play in a different manner (hopefully this problem won't emerge in this adventure, since I'm going to play good character with nice personality).

*Karen* |

@Diaz: I think as long as we can all behave like adults we should be fine.
As far as Karen goes, I'm not going to be taking any of class archetypes, as there are enough good cleric feats to see me through.
I'm also most likely going to be changing deities to Cayden Cailean, cause he fits her backstory more (Karen is a character that I usually include as an NPC in most of my games, but I have played her occasionally, and she usually follows irori cause she was initally a cleric/monk).
As far as how she knows the rest of the group, Karen is effectively a "fresh off the farm" character, so unless one of you were regulars at her parents' tavern, then I don't think I should start knowing any of the group.
right now, it looks like our group is a Baro's champion, Eyza's bard, my cleric, Diaz's fighter, and a 5th person I couldn't find in the recruitment thread (Eline; apologies if you were there and I missed you).
I am going to be more ranged focused, since I don't really have the armor to run around in melee.

Eyza Danver |

Well I'm still filling out my character sheet. I guess I'll be the party mage & rogue which is why I'm glad I picked polymath. I'm tempted to take a sorcerer or rogue dedication (or both!) but I also want to see how far the new Bard chassis can go on its own. The spell list looks very well-rounded and the polymath muse allows for really good options as well.
Ezya is not from Breachill but if anyone would like to be a relative, the House of Danver loves adopting new people!

GM Taban |

Sorry for forgetting to link this thread, but everyone seems to have found it. Eline did indeed not apply through the forum, but came in through other channels. She is playing a sorcerer, elemental I believe, but I'll let her speak for herself. I've also had a last minute application by PM I missed which I felt would make a nice addition to this group. Harley who is a Rogue (thief)
I like six players better in PbP as it gives more options for RP, and also if someone needs to step out for a bit, it'll be less impactful on the group.
I'll start the first post soon, after that I'll wait for everyone to post before continuing.
Any questions or comments, please let me know. The discussion thread is up. If people would like to form connections before the adventure, please let me know so I can work it in. If you don't have a reason for being in Breachill yet, check the player's guide for ideas

Vrog Skyreaver |

I think I'll have to make some minor changes to Cris. I thought of him as a two weapon fighter, and thus pumped up his Dex, but from what I understand if he's not wielding two finesse weapons, it's just better to max Str. I've still got to get used to this new system.
Since the only class that gets to add dex to damage is rogue, imo it's better to just go strength when you can (unless you are, actually, a rogue, or you don't care about doing melee damage).

I was thinking about taking Rogue Dedication at 2nd level, but I don't know if it's worth now that we have an actual rogue in the party...

Dex fighters are still somewhat held back, hopefully the new APG will change that.
I'm very happy to see the characters develop already. Don't worry too much about overlap, play what you feel is how your character should be. With six players the challenges shall be somewhat bigger of course, but there will be overlap and that's perfectly fine.
I'll start the gameplay thread tomorrow, but feel free to take a few days to tweak your characters.
