Rinika gives up her searching for the moment and floats out into the hallway. Seeing the Shadowknave surrounded by her new friends, she grins a predatory grin. She casts a spell, causing two things to appear in midair: herself, no longer invisible, and a ghostly umbrella, which proceeds to poke violently at Rinika's ancient foe.

Even though it doesn’t make sense for surrender to be an option if assassination is the goal, Savi can’t just hit a guy who gives up like this.

“Well, you gotta stay down then. And let somebody tie your wrists with the rope.”

Savi is prepared to have the rope trip the knave again if he tries funny stuff.

She keeps her trip vibe ready in case surrender was a lie, but does think to point the rope out to Conor in case he intends to tie up the bad guy.

Jek skewers the tanar'ri and it's acidic ooze ruins the lance's paint. It's not dead but it won't be hurting anyone anytime soon. A disembodied voice by the door tells Jek, "You're on Green Marvent's turf. That bought my generosity, leave before my generosity runs out."

The voice yells, "The demon wasn't my attacker. Check the back before they gey away." The size of the people inside becomes normal.

Another addresses the quartet with a greataxe in hand, ”We’d much rather not have to kill you. Plague-Mort’s about to slide into the Abyss. We don’t want that.”

If Connor, Lunk, or Rinika do anything but surrender:
Axing Lunk a question: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13

I thought I could move out on my last turn (pick up + 60’ move) before GM Gang, but this is more fun, so not arguing or anything. Just asking: since they missed me, can I just barrel through with the woman in arms? I have 24 STR now, so should be light load. (I cast Bull’s STR earlier, and I’m Hasted as well.)

"That's wasn't nice" he growls and returns the query the only way he knows how, with a step forward and an upward diagonal slash followed by a sweeping back swing.

Rinika gives the man who swung at her an evil grin, holding up her paw with sharp, gleaming claws. The claws seem to sharpen even further as the flesh on the paw begins to dissicate, rot, and split, and her grin grows wider as her eye glints with inner fire. Her head turns to look at the Shadowknave bound at her feet, the man who started her adventuring career by knocking out her party and shoving them unceremoniously into the plane of fire. With great gusto, she brings her claws down at his throat-and she yelps in surprise as they gouge furrows in the floor next to the man's head, narrowly missing his soft jugular. She stares for a moment at her dead hand, and her brows furrow in fury as one finger waggles at her as if to say "no." She screams out a loud "MOTHERF$&%" and backs up toward Conor, leaving the Shadowknave safe with his companions.

Call it an aborted coup-de-grace, then a move action to get to Conor with some acrobatics to attempt to avoid provoking.
