Pangea thinks back to the Tian-styled pre-Gap cuisine found on Absalom station:
"No more sushi rolls for me!"
The android is getting quite tired about being wrapped up... but at the same time it thinks: Best it's me being the prey, since I reduce damage and inflict some automatically...

Pangea squirms around, and tries to kick its legs, despite the difficulty at being held down.
Acrobatics Anti-Pin roll: 1d20 + 14 - 4 ⇒ (14) + 14 - 4 = 24
since it is not an Attack roll a 20 does not auto' work. So KAC+10 must be in the 30's... probably no chance to get out this way.
I should be rolling Attack rolls, since I imagine a 20 is an auto success even if it does not meet the KAC+10

Sev didn't get close enough earlier to examine the object, but he is pretty certain that is exactly what you have come to find.

Beta will have a quick look around this place--

If he fails to see a solution quickly:
Sev draws upon his raw, magical connections to fabricate a heavy hydraulic lift device.

Using Fabricate Tech and expending a 2nd level spell slot

As a full action, Sev can expend an unused spell slot to temporarily construct a piece of technological gear from raw magic. He can create any single technological item with a level equal to or less than level 6[level of the expended spell slot × 3]. The item appears in his hands or in an adjacent square. He can use fuse spells with this magic hack. The size of the item cannot exceed 10 bulk or Medium size, and the quality of the item is average. Treat this as a spell of the same level as the expended spell slot. The item persists for 7 minutes (a number of minutes equal to his technomancer level). At the end of this duration, the item disappears. He can’t create armor, weapons, magic items, or items with limited uses or charges (such as batteries, drugs, or fuel) with this hack.
