Another tear in reality appears above the entrapped goblin as a 2 large eagle appear to join force with the mob but is delayed by a mental command to wait for penny to try and make the target easier to hit.

Boom! screams and shrieks under the talons and beaks of Tobias' eagle summons, before one of them swipes a claw across Boom!'s throat, tearing out his voice box, and ending the screaming.

36HP remaining at the start of the turn. -5 from the aoo, then after getting pinned, AC vs melee drops to 12 and the eagles crowd in dealing 6+7+9+10+9 damage for a grand total of 46 damage dealt. Now at -10, with a 10 CON score, Boom! dies.

Quick, everybody kill Bean so that I get points from this arena!

Due to the sudden loss of hearing Tobias stumbles over the last syllables of his spell causing it to fail, Meanwhile sensing their master in danger his menagerie of monsters rush over to help him with penny at the forefront flying high to avoid the grasp of the goblin and its dog before coming down beside its master and attempting to grab the goblin with Tobias help.

Seeing the greese covering the goblin, tobias decides to direct a different approach to his problem at hand.

first eagle will 5 foot step before attacking, the seconds action will changing on it the dog goes down.

The sudden death of his dog was a surprise and Beetly falls to the ground. But the snake is unable to grapple him still.

As carlos pointed out to me that I failed to notice, the eagles can't actually see bean due to their stealth..... so the eagles just do a 5 foot step back and go in to full defence
