Reminder/Clarification for everyone...Level up and Purchases are to be made now with the info you have or do not have. You only get to know who you are fighting next and what the map looks like if you were on last battle's winning team.
Once I have confirmation from everyone that purchases and level ups are done, I will reveal the map and combatant pairings. At that time you may select your spell preparation for the day (if you are a prepared caster) and decide on what buffs you want to have on when you go into battle. You can also dot into you assigned arena at that time. Dotting in will indicate that your preparations are locked.
Once both combatants are dotted in the battle can begin in earnest.
Also, as an awareness for all, I am considering dialing back one of the previous rulings regarding purchased allies (pets & hirelings). I am seeing a huge power inbalance between people deciding to purchase multiple pets and those that aren't, which is skewing results I think.
I am not fully decided yet, but what I am considering for level 4 is that in addition to any allies you receive from class features (familiars, animal companions, eidolons, etc.) you may purchase or hire 1 additional ally. This would be in contrast to the previous cap of 1 humanoid and up to three pets.
If I decide to implement this it would not be until next round. Also, anyone with purchased allies above this cap would receive a full value refund back instead of having to sell at market value (50%) for the ones they decided to drop.
I am mentioning this now to open it up for public comment and get everyone's opinions.

I should be able to look at it tomorrow or maybe way later tonight. Sorry the semester is finishing up and tests and papers are a plenty right now.

I think I’m good now! Didn’t buy a whole lot, just a masterwork wakizashi!
Asaakoz, you are starting in the walk in freezer...so if you had a companion with you I am sure it would help with the cold...but as Carlos said, the club seems to be abandoned. There are no patrons or staff around.
I rules question that I have addressed one on one but is likely to come up in some discussions regarding size and the doors.
The single doorways are large enough for a medium creature to pass through easily or a large creature to squeeze through.
The double doors are large enough for a large creature to pass through easily or a huge creature to squeeze through.
Interpretation...that elephant is not fitting in the freezer.
Also, Carlos knows this...but the elephant is so large that it breaks tables as it walks over them, creating difficult terrain. Carlos will be responsible for placing broken table icons on the map as he moves his elephant around.
X-Posting to rulings and the thread.
Hmmm. Should I bet on Palthut to win and then throw the match to cancel out the monetary loss from the disappointing, albeit nail-biting, finish to the Beetly/Tobias fight?

A different voice from the one you had heard until now resonates. It looks alien and tired.
"Ah, what a mess. One disappears, then it's meetings, committees and in the end everything gets delegated."
Papers shuffle until the voice rings again.
"So, could Misters Carlos and Boom head to Arena A, Misters Asaakoz and Palthut to Arena B, Mister Tobias and Miss Beansidhe to Arena C, Misters Dubois and Lightburner to Arena D, please? Many thanks. If you have any questions -sigh- ask away."
All the windows and doors are locked. The squares in three of the corners are raised platforms, 15 ft' tall, reachable with a rope ladder. The gate is solid iron (hardness 10, 30 HP, DC 26 to break), the double doors are good wooden doors (hardness 5, 15 HP, DC 18 to break) and the single ones are simple doors (hardness 5, 10 HP, DC 13 to break). I'm posting these to the four arenas.
EDIT: the water in the fountain is thigh-deep (for a Medium creature): that is difficult terrain, not enough to swim in.

"Ah, paperwork, paperwork. So, I have updated the maps, which will mean nothing at all to you. It's a joke for those beyond the fifth wall. Please use Arena A, Arena B, Arena C, where, by the way, Mister Beetly is supposed to be fighting instead of Mister Tobias, and Arena D instead of the previous ones, I have already teleported everyone there. Peace out."
