@Chassarch: I have not had a detailed look at your character sheet, but while trying to figure out what Archetype you were using to see if you could use Heavy Weapons, I think I've spotted some mistakes (besides the ones put in the gaming thread, where I said I do not see you as having Heavy Weapons, but I might be wrong):
• you put Longarm Focus as your level 3 Feat, but if you are a Steward via Archetype (Officer?) you only get proficiency @ level 4 and you need to be proficient to get that Feat, so you need to switch your lvl 5 and lvl 3 Feats I think
• since you (I guess) an Archetype, I think you know too many spells. W. the archetype drawback I think that at 5th level, this means you know only two 2nd-level spells and four 1st-level spells, and it seems you have three 2nd-level spells listed as known (so, unless mistaken, I believe you need to remove one?).
I hope I have not made (too many) mistakes in my assessment of the situation and your character, and sorry for being a bother if I did mess up.

@Chassarch: was double checking to see if I missed any Feats re. Heavy Weapons, so I also saw that:
•  you put "Kinetic Resistance" under Divine Blessing (Oras).
I imagine that is the Enhanced Resistance feat (w. Kinetic chosen)?
If so, I do not believe you can select that Feat, since you are supposed to meet the prerequisites (and as lvl 5 Technomancer you do not have +4 BAB
• you did not list Spell Focus anywhere (I think you should have that among your Feats, via bonus Technomancer Feat)

Seeing as I had the impression things are not super well constructed, I had a quick look at your stats.
I hope I am not mistaken again, but they seem off to me:

I think they're referring to the "no Player-versus-Player" rule for the Starfinder Society campaign. I didn't think about that earlier, but I think they're right, though I would leave it up to your interpretation as the GM.

Here's the relevant quote from the Roleplaying Guild Guide:

SFS Roleplaying Guild Guide, pg. 9 wrote:
"In keeping with the “cooperate” theme of the Starfinder Society, character-versus-character conflict should be kept to a minimum. Accidental friendly fire can happen (due to missed attack rolls or other factors), but players must obtain the consent of other players before deliberately including fellow PCs in damaging effects. In such cases, the damage dealer should offer to assist with necessary healing costs. This rule does not apply in situations where a character is not acting of his own initiative, such as being mind-controlled by an NPC to attack a fellow Starfinder."

So, the "rule" is (my bold):
Corner Case Starfinder Society Errata: An arc critical attack does not constitute as a Player Versus Player action. If an arc occurs and a fellow PC and foe are legal targets, then the foe must be selected. Otherwise, the arc bounce hits the PC. If the only valid target for an arc is an unconscious PC, then disregard the critical effect.

Thus I'll leave it as is.

I've been busy but thanks for not calling me out repeatedly over this in public.

I made some fixes nothing to fix other than choosing a theme and the middle of an adventure isn't something I want to do for purposes of metagaming.

I purchased a heavy weapon I can't use, but that's not a problem I can fix, and I simply dont have Scoured Stars Survivor slotted anymore.

Yeah that was just a not remembering which character of mine has which items mistake.

And that +2 (and the 2d6) was from using a 2nd level spell to power my gun as a move action with Empowered Weapons Magic hack - I described it and charged myself for it but I guess I didnt totally clearly declare it.

But, then, just to make sure, did you not forget the 2d6?
You had:
2d8 + 2 + 4d6 ⇒ (6, 6) + 2 + (3, 4, 1, 4) = 26
Is that not weapon + spec' + supercharge? (I do not see the Empower's + 2d6)

Fatigued
You can neither run nor charge, and you take a –1 penalty to your Armor Class, attack rolls, melee damage rolls, Reflex saving throws, initiative checks, and Strength- and Dexterity-based skill and ability checks.
The amount of bulk you can carry without becoming encumbered is reduced by 1.
If you are fatigued, doing an activity that would normally cause fatigue causes you to become exhausted instead.
After 8 hours of complete rest, you are no longer fatigued.

I also think that since Each round on your turn, the microbot cloud grants harrying fire (see page 247) against the foes in its spaces. that would mean the first attack after Chassarch's round (when/if he maintains etc.) gets a +2.
(which worked fine this case, since it was the 20 that did not hit, whereas the 22 hit)
On the other hand I believe that the cloud grants covering fire (see page 246) to anyone attacked by foes in its spaces means that all its attacks are vs. an AC higher by 2, even if multiple attacks etc.
(was flying back from Poland today, so will check tonight in books etc.)

From the CRB:

For every 2 damage you take to an ability score, reduce your ability modifier by 1 for skills and other statistics affected by that ability.
If your total damage to one ability is equal to your score in that ability, you cease taking damage to that ability score, but you fall unconscious until the amount of damage is less than your score.
You recover from ability damage to each affected ability score at a rate of 1 per day.
Reductions to your ability score modifier from ability damage affect skill checks and ability checks that use that ability score, as well as on the DCs of spells and other abilities based on that score. If you take damage to your key ability score, you also lose 1 RP for every 2 damage you have taken to that ability score. The entries below describe other rolls affected by the reduced modifier.

So Starfinder-19 for example reduces INT modifiers by 2 (from 4 INT damage)
Which means -2 to INT skill checks, DCs of spells (at least Magic Missile has none), "and other abilities based on that score" (I think I will pretty much only count the fact you need 10 + the spell’s level INT to cast). Since I imagine INT is Starfinder's Key Ability, he has just lost 2 RPs.
