Finishing their required cleanup below the group wearily stumbles upstairs. Splitting off into two rooms with at least one assigned overseer in each shift per room, the group strips off some armor, clothing and crashes for the evening.
I'm assuming any Medium or Heavy armor worn will be removed, if not then your PC will be fatigued until you remove it and sleep for 8 hours. Weapons and gear can be left beside a bed or stowed in the lockable chests.
Right this second I need to know the answer to the following question. Do you alert your allies, stay quiet until more information can be gathered or stay quiet setting up an ambush?

Fortunately the decision as to how to wake their allies (yelling would have worked fine) is taken away from the two animal owners as a hushed but emphatic voice suddenly breaks the silence, as if someone is trying to be heard without being too loud. The voice speaks in broken Common and is coming from outside the window. “Wake up! Wake up! Big men with big knives come for you! Kill you! Wake up!”
Anyone looking at either window can see that there is a goblin outside, dangling from a rope trying to wake up the group.

Tony hops onto Luna and prepares a vicious strike against anyone coming into the room. Helvega (-5 AC) prepares Cuddles for a battle and quickly slips a bullet into her sling, ready to toss it as well.
In the other room, Tatho slips out of his bed and snaps his shield in place, at least a bit better ready for a fight. Tenibri slips into the corner and holds his components, ready for a quick spell trap. Remy (-4 AC) does the same, in the buff. Khugron (-6 AC) grumbles at the quick wakening, though his training allows him to quickly prepare for anything.
Okay, now a ton of readied actions go off. I'll do another post summarizing how those resolve.

The door is pulled open and a thug starts moving into the room quietly, his eyes go wide as he sees four pathfinders preparing for combat. He barely has time to say, "Oh shi..." as the magic missile 2d4 + 2 ⇒ (1, 1) + 2 = 4 slams into his face and the floor drops out 1d20 ⇒ 18 from under him.
From out in the hall you hear another voice, "what the heck!" 1d100 ⇒ 19 & 1d20 ⇒ 9 Very very surprisingly, neither fall into the massive hole appearing below them and jump to the side instead, one inside the room and one outside the room. Both appear to be wearing a similar outfit to the thugs you fought earlier in VC Phlegos's warehouse.
Middle Room
At the same time, the door is also pulled open in front of the two plus their pets. Slipping inside quietly, the thug is quite surprised to be attacked from all sides. Tony stabs him cleanly in the side, just barely missing vital organs but causing quite a bit of pain. He yelps out, "they're awake in here too!!!" Helvega's bullet thunks off his armor and Cuddles spines thud into the wall behind him, "but they can't aim for crap!"

As it flies, it bursts open and a gloopy glue substance spreads out aiming to mire the wolf in her position. Unless Mounted Combat can beat a 23, that will hit. Roll Mounted Combat first if you use it, then the AoO's below.
The other thug bolts past Luna and Tony, attempting to avoid their attacks and rushes over to get all up in the face(s) of Cuddles and Helvega. But, while hurrying past the wolf and halfling at the entrance, he seems to stumble a bit and allows them both an opening to strike. Luna & Tony both get an AoO vs. Green if they want it.
Meanwhile, in the East room
Quickly getting his bearings, the thug pulls a similar bag to the one used in the other room and looks back and forth between the close spellcaster in the corner and the menacing thug with the massive reach weapon. Deciding the scene he saw earlier in the day is something he DOES NOT want happening to himself, he lobs it at the Nagaji and steps away from the pit. Tony attempts to shift Luna to the side to dodge the glue, but it hits her anyway. Okay, if you all do nothing I know where the enemy will be when the pit ends and he returns to the normal level in round 5 (Tatho is correct, it is not dismissable). If you make a ranged attack into the pit, tell me what square you are targeting. If you end your turn next to the pit make a DC 19 reflex save (with a +2 to the save). It also sounds like a glitterdust is going to be used, let me know when and where. To target into the pit, you will need to stand on the edge to look down into it. Tenibri, it will take rounds 2 & 3 to draw the spellbook and then quick study to get glitterdust. Tatho finds two flasks of acid on the body, but nothing else that could do AoO damage and no more tanglefoot bags.

Tenibri retrieves his spellbook in round 2 and studies glitterdust in round 3, as posted.
Reading to himself, Tenibri gently motions people away from the edge of the pit. "The area is bigger than the pit... it will spread out beyond the edges...."
Round 4
Putting his spellbook away, Tenibri enacts the motions he just studied, drawing arcane energy to himself which he focuses just above the center of the pit. With a quick flick of his wrist, he hurls out a small pinch of powdered mica which energizes as it flies above the pit; bright sparkles of golden light appear, falling gently and coating everything it falls on in a sparkling iridescence.
Move: put away spellbook
Standard: cast glitterdust (Will DC 19 vs blindness effect)
I don't think there's a need for Tenibri to move to the edge of the pit to cast glitterdust, as the spell has enough range and targets an area, not an object; i.e. there's no need that he be able to see into the pit to summon sparkles above the pit. If you disagree, Tenibri will instead drop his spellbook where he stands and use his move action to move to the edge of the pit, reflex save below:
Reflex DC 19: 1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 4 + 2 = 10
Note: if a character doesn't step away from the edge of the pit (i.e. out of glitterdust's area of effect, I believe PFS requires your permission for Tenibri to cast this spell such that you are included in the area of effect.

Yeah, I guess that one wouldn't have to be cast on a surface (like a summoned creature) but more like a fireball. So it could be cast in the middle of the pit, 10 feet down which would then go 10 ft down and 10 ft up, completely covering the entire pit. And since you aren't trying to target the bottom it should be easy enough to stand just back from the edge to aim for that spot.
After a couple Seconds Tenibri creatures a burst of glitter down in the pit, coating all creatures inside... which is just one, a halfling standing on the bottom trying to rub its eyes to clear the glitter.

He will not be attacking anyone from the pit. When the pit raises back up he will still be visible and still be blinded and will wave his hands and yell that he surrenders. What do you all wish to do?
The goblin has now climbed into the window, stowed his crossbow and is watching the show avidly.

After the fight, the goblins approach the group, arms raised to show they mean no harm.
Once the group is together they explain they are here at the request of “father,” who wants to speak to you all about Zig, Phlegos Dulm, and the truth behind the poisonings. They pull out burlap sacks and insist that each non-animal put them on their head so the route to their hideout remains secret.
