His eyes falling on the bodies, the rodent's smile vanishes in an instance. "Well now...that's a bit unfortunate."
Cautiously making his way towards the mess, he inspects the pile. "They are most certainly dead."

Idril grabs his the hold of Ankat with both hands as the goblins spring their ambush. Seeing the swarms closing around him, as well as his fellow agents, he realizes he is trapped. Trusting his companions' ability to neutralize the swarming insects, he unleashes a frosty beam at the one of the attacking goblins.

Okay, so this is hilarious. The goblins have 6 hp and all failed. The swarms have 9 hp, but they take an extra 50% damage from AOE effects, and they also both failed. Dawa just ended the entire combat.

You open the door to the Slabs! This huge chamber is entirely tiled with plain gray flagstones. It’s uncannily cold, and only a trickle of light slips through a trio of tiny windows, one set into each adjoining wall, just below the eaves. The room is lined and partitioned with rows of massive stone cubicles. The cubicles stand twice the height of a grown human. Each cubical has an iron door with a brass plate on it. The plates are labeled and numbered with a black wax pencil.
As you enter, a ghostly figure appears! You can make out the shape of the cabinets behind its shadowy form.

Pulling a scroll from the carefully organized box at his side, he intones a few words and the magic script peels off the paper wrapping onto his longspear. He steps forward and holds the pointy end towards the Wraith.
Move to draw Scroll of Magic Weapon, Standard to Cast, 5-ft step, Wraith is now flanked by John and Englebert.

A loud crash shakes the whole building, followed by a triumphant cry.

The constant sounds of the dragon moving about on the roof have gone quiet. The beast is dead!
GMs, the dragon is dead. The courtyard (D3) is now safe.

Idril feels the power of Dawa's prayer course through him. A wicked grin crosses his face and he nods to his blade. The half elf turns to the ghost, he takes a cautious step forward then calls on his arcane power, channelling magical energy into Anker, causing the black blade to glow and crackle with light.
Idril take a 5 foot step toward the ghost, a swift action to power his blade again with arcane pool (3/5 remains) and a full round action to engage in spell combat using spell strike to cast shocking grasp as part of the attack. Idril casts the spell defensively.

Plunging his arm up to the elbow into his mouth, Dr Nibbles feels around within his cheeks. A few moments later, a soggy vial comes forth grasp in his hands. "Thought I had some. You said holy water, right?"
Stepping around the beast with careful precision, he pops open the vial. "Hmm...normally I'd throw this but..."
Reaching up, the rodent begins to pour the fluid over their opponent.
