My kids are hoping to use their characters that are in the wrap-up part of another PBP for this one. Fuzzzy and Lady Naysha. They'll be level 3 and level 2. It will be a few more days, I imagine, before they get their chronicles. Will that be alright? They have other fun ones they can play if we don't want to have to wait.
@ PaleDim: My kids are super excited to get to play alongside yours. It'll be the first time they've ever had a chance to play with a kid who's not their sibling. Literally thrilled.

Glad to hear it :) We should allow a longer-than-usual period at the beginning for character introductions. I have a feeling they're going to have a lot of fun with it.

I haven't chosen what character to bring yet. It's either going to be my Wizard 2 or a new character I'll be building (and I have a boon from the last special to start him/her at 2).
Meloriel: I'm okay to wait so they can play with the characters they want :)

So the scenario I'm planning to run is 9-22: Grotto of the Deluged God
This adventure takes place in the Eye of Abendego and features the Concordance faction's ongoing plot. If you are still considering character options, keep that in mind.
I'm more than happy to give you a few days to break some characters free and introduce yourselves.

Hi! I am RabbitAlmiraj! Meloriel is my Mom. I am going to be bringing Lady Naysha. She is a lot of fun! She has fairy friends. Except that no one else seems to think they're there. Also, her stuffed rabbit gives her magic powers. She is an oracle.
I am very excited to play.
Also, I really love rabbits.

I'm playing Fuzzzy, He's an old forgetful wizard. Sort of. He's actually a paladin of Iomedae who died in the Worldwound with his brother. They were both brought back to life by Iomedae. Except that Fuzzzy came back an old man who doesn't remember anything! His brother does remember stuff though. Which sucks. Cause dying at the hands of demons is traumatizing! So he's a scaredy cat who still tries to do the right thing. They are both a lot of fun.
Anyway, I am bringing Fuzzzy. He is a wizard, he has a cool pet owl who helps him remember stuff, and the coolest hat ever.

This character's Backstory is his mom and dad, an Occultist and a Wizard, went to the Mana Wastes to figure out why the powerful magic over it never lets anything grow. They never came back. The last place they were seen had nothing at all except clawed footprints the size of shields in the ash, leading to a high rock, where they simply vanish. Endir wants to avenge his parents and kill monsters, just like them. The only item he has left from them is a dagger that his mother used before she found a better one (+5 dagger).
He is also strangely weird when he gets annoyed or angry.

I was planning to bring a Spellslinger 2. GM: will this scenario reasonably support a party with two arcane casters?
I'd love to bring Arin, my Gnome Oracle, but he's tied up at the moment (and I see we have an Oracle) :P An interesting but odd little guy. I've got some ideas for a new character that I hope will be just as interesting.

            This is my backstory!
Lady Naysha was born to a prosperous Taldan noble family that owned many lavish properties throughout the Inner Sea. As a child, the young noble played around her family’s many vast estates alongside her dearest friend, a stuffed rabbit named Miss Whiskers. Occasionally the nimble child slipped away from the servants and maids hired to care for her. One such day Naysha and Miss Whiskers happened upon a fairy ring and found themselves far from home. There they met brownies, pixies and other fey. They played games, made jokes, played tricks and had fun, fun, fun. The experience filled the young girl with boundless joy and whimsy. And the longer she stayed, the more the magic of the First World filled her—magic she believed came from Miss Whiskers.
Eventually, Naysha and Miss Whislers found their way home, but Naysha was forever changed. Despite the passage of time (like a decade in the First World), she never seemed to grow up. She appeared to be a young girl even as an adult woman, and her vivid imagination, love of play, and fondness for tricks never diminished. With a heart full of childish joy and wonder, Lady Naysha and Miss Whiskers have become quite the talk of Taldor!
Lady Naysha works as a magician part-time, bringing wonder and joy to children of all ages. In her free time she does jobs for the Pathfinders, discovering new sights, sounds and treasures with enthusiasm.
When she’s in trouble, Lady Naysha can call upon her fairy friends for aid, allowing them to play dirty tricks on her enemies. She can also summon small woodland creatures (rabbits are her favourite), and can heal her companions wounds. All thanks to her beloved Miss Whiskers!

Mine is not. She just has to talk to someone and get her chronicle. I think it will be done tomorrow but I don't know how long the chronicle will take. Not long I hope!

            Same.
But if you tell us where this one starts then we can role-play meeting each other until our chronicles are ready. That would be good I think. And fun.

Oh, we've noticed. Haha. Usually we go back once they're all up and try to edit them into the right order, but the order doesn't stay consistent lately either, so... Yeah. Haha.

Hmm, probably like most I would say Korra herself. But if I have to chose someone besides Korra, probably Asami with her crazy inventions.

Oh, how could I forget Xhu Li. If you read the comics that follow the TV series she's no longer just "doing the thing" for Varrick but in fact, doing her own cool things :)
But agreed, those series are *rich* with fantastic characters.

Looks like you've all gotten your chronicles, so now we begin officially! Regarding the out-of-order posts, I think if you refresh the screen until your post appears before writing your next one it should ensure they come out in order. Sometimes it takes a minute, sometimes a few seconds. Who knows?

It does not! But I appreciate the suggestion. Haha. We've tried it plenty of times before. I suppose if we waited 10 minutes between posts that would work, but then he'd be at this all day. Haha.
