Lord P smiles,
"And now one and all, a trick!"
He completes casting A spell and reaches out his tiny hand and grasp the air in front of him.
Deep inside Wormwood head, a single cold coin he had fired into the head of the best now tugged then started to move, it begins to burrow deeper into the dragon's brain matter.
"You love gold so much Dragon, one more coin can't hurt, or can it."
More Laughter from the Fey
So Gm do not know whether to do Damage of just cause wormwood excruciating pain?.
Hmm... Reading the spell, it doesn't seem like a usual thing you can do with the spell, but I like how you are thinking outside the box, and I can see how you might interpret it that way technically... So I'll let you do it with a hero point. Each round you succeed with the combat maneuver attack with the coin in Wormwood's head, you deal 1d2 Int damage and Wormwood is staggered for 1 round. Sound fair?
The Ogon Fox
Sorry for my absence and missing round 2! With that big reset at the end of round 2, looks like I should just wait now for my turn in round 3, since Wormwood acts before me.

Wormwood roars at Sir Alphonse: YOU DARE TO SHOW YOUR FACE TO ME AGAIN, PALADIN OF THE PITIFUL CRUCIFIED GOD!? YOU TOOK MY HEAD AND MY LIFE, ONCE!! NOW, LET ME RETURN THE FAVOR!!
Furious and emboldened by the intervention of his Lord Lucifer, the gargantuan red engine of destruction unleashes a barrage of bite, claws, wing buffets, and whip-cracking tail slap, all on Sir Alphonse!
Bite 1d20 + 35 ⇒ (14) + 35 = 49 deals 4d6 + 21 ⇒ (6, 1, 5, 2) + 21 = 35 piercing and bludgeoning damage to Sir Alphonse! Claw 1d20 + 35 ⇒ (19) + 35 = 54 deals 2d8 + 14 ⇒ (4, 7) + 14 = 25 slashing damage to the paladin... Claw 1d20 + 35 ⇒ (12) + 35 = 47 deals 2d8 + 14 ⇒ (7, 6) + 14 = 27 slashing damage to the paladin... Wing 1d20 + 33 ⇒ (15) + 33 = 48 deals 2d6 + 7 ⇒ (3, 5) + 7 = 15 bludgeoning damage to Veritas... Wing 1d20 + 33 ⇒ (15) + 33 = 48 deals 2d6 + 7 ⇒ (1, 3) + 7 = 11 bludgeoning damage to Veritas... and tail slap 1d20 + 33 ⇒ (1) + 33 = 34 misses the holy knight, who leaps over the sweeping red tail!
Total of 113 points of damage to Sir Alphonse!
Wormwood of Mercury
Doubling Ihrin's weapon damage on her critical comes to 42, plus 33 from Johann = 75 total damage to Wormwood... Also, I forgot that Mwikali has blinded him, so there's a 50% miss chance even though his dragon senses allow him to accurately pin-point Sir Alphonse. He misses on a roll of 50 or lower on percentile dice.
Bite 1d100 ⇒ 25 misses Alphonse...
Claw #1 1d100 ⇒ 44 misses Alphonse...
Claw #2 1d100 ⇒ 92 strikes Alphonse for 27 slashing damage...
Wing #1 1d100 ⇒ 7 misses Alphonse...
Wing #2 1d100 ⇒ 98 strikes Alphonse for 11 bludgeoning damage...
Tail slap missed... So Alphonse only took 38 total damage instead of 113! Big difference! WTG, Mwikali!

Alphonse lays hands on himself once more, his wounds entirely closing.
8d6 + 16 ⇒ (6, 6, 2, 3, 6, 6, 4, 1) + 16 = 50
"Prepare yourself, Wormwood. Your eternal judgment awaits!" Alphonse roars, and swings Foereaper.
Foereaper slice 1: 1d20 + 21 + 7 + 5 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 21 + 7 + 5 + 2 + 2 = 46
Damage: 2d4 + 21 + 14 + 2 + 2d6 ⇒ (3, 2) + 21 + 14 + 2 + (3, 3) = 48
Foereaper slice 2: 1d20 + 21 + 7 + 5 + 2 + 2 - 5 ⇒ (17) + 21 + 7 + 5 + 2 + 2 - 5 = 49
Damage: 2d4 + 21 + 14 + 2 + 2d6 ⇒ (3, 1) + 21 + 14 + 2 + (5, 5) = 51
Foereaper slice 3: 1d20 + 21 + 7 + 5 + 2 + 2 - 10 ⇒ (8) + 21 + 7 + 5 + 2 + 2 - 10 = 35
Damage: 2d4 + 21 + 14 + 2 + 2d6 ⇒ (4, 4) + 21 + 14 + 2 + (3, 3) = 51
Keep in mind that being blind makes him Flat-footed (not super relevant with his likely negative Dex mod) and gives a -2 to AC, which stacks with the further -2 Ihrin gave him.

A little light falls from the sky and lands before the had of Wormwood. Now dead for good. Lord P looks at it. He holds out his hand and a gold coin comes out of the dead dragons head and flies into his hand. He outs his lucky gold coin away. Then says

At the north edge of the basalt isle surrounded lava stands a four-foot-high monolith of basalt with a golden plate affixed to it, which has a keyhole in the center of the golden plate. This must be the final keyhole to unlock Nero's extraplanar phylacterium...
A massive heap of shining treasure lies at the center of the basalt isle: piles of platinum, gold, silver and copper coins form the bulk of Wormwood's hoard, with interspersed gems and jewelry, shining breastplate, coat of mail, a round shield bearing the double-header eagle of the Holy Roman Empire, cups and bowls of gold and silver, silken tapestries, and various other treasures...
Michael Johnson 66
As the golden key is inserted into the gold plated keyhole in the menhir, a rumbling in the volcano's foundations alerts the Mighty Ones to the impending eruption that is about to blast the dragon's hoard into molten smithereens!

It seems that Nero has set up contingencies of evil destruction even from beyond the grave...
The eruption of Mount Vesuvius is about to be the greatest calamity the Italian peninsula has endured since the destruction of Pompeii and Heraculaneum!
How will the Mighty Ones escape this imminent catastrophe?
Michael Johnson 66
The Mighty Ones quickly link hands with Mwikali, who casts teleport to whisk them away to the Coliseum in Rome. There is nothing they can do to prevent the eruption of Mount Vesuvius, but they can escape with their lives and find Nero's phylactery and destroy it--and him--forever!
At the ruins of the ancient Coliseum, they find a magic portal, seemingly floating in midair a few inches off the ground in the middle of the ruins, like a 20-foot-diameter spiral vortex of crimson energy spinning clockwise... This is the entrance to the Phylacterium of Nero Antichrist...
