Chandu

That depends on whether the GM is resolving in post order or allowing us more flexibility given the nature of PbP. If Chandu's buffs do go up before everyone elses actions (in a face to face game I imagine people would have delayed for them) then the owlbear has good hope and you do an extra 16 damage, +2 from inspire, +2 from good hope, x4 weapon.

While I hate to take away the exhilaration of that lovely scythe critical, both Radagast and Fluffy had to double move to get where they are.
Bonaventure withdraws a scroll and releases its illuminating energy, instilling the power of daylight onto the owlbear's harness. The light banishes the infernal darkness, revealing the demon concentrating on the steps and the other demon hiding within the entrance of the northern tower.
Jinsa releases a bolt of force from his wand, but it fades to nothingness as it approaches the demon's flesh.
Chandu bolsters everyone with hope!
Radagast and his faithful owlbear head into the fray. (I have moved you back to a single move in case you want to change your actions. If you want to proceed to melee, let me know, and I'll put you back and resolve the AOOs.)

Thranalas' simple trick manages to penetrate the demon's arcane defenses and disrupts concentration enough that whatever he was preparing manifests as a fist-sized planar rent between Thranalas and Bonaventure that quickly snaps shut. With a snarl of frustration, the demon steps forward to engage Grog.
The first thrust pierces the half-orc's divine protection and cuts deeply across his shoulder. The second thrust, he easily bats aside.
The second demon plays with Radagast from behind the cover of the tower wall. The first strike glances off of the corner of the wall and misses the druid, but the second pierces him in the arm.

Thranalas' bolt strikes the demon, eliciting another hiss of irritation, while Grog advances to cleave into the demon's flesh. Chandu continues to inspire her companions while she stabs deeply into another of the demons.
Bonaventure releases vital energy into the half-orc.
Since Open Gates was called before your actions, I won't make you save vs. broken weapons.
Pathfinders pour through the broken gate into a sanctum teeming with fiends. In two towers that flank the large room, lesser demons furiously work levers and cranks to load ballistae of Abyssal steel and demon sinew to fire wicked bolts upon the charging Pathfinders. Atop a tall platform stands a demon much larger than any other, chanting and weaving dark energies to open what looks like an extradimensional portal.
The two demons suddenly teleport away, likely to reinforce the inner sanctum.
Standing atop the tall central platform in the tower is a massive demon surrounded by an army of lesser demons. The horns on his wolf-like head brush the ceiling, and his four arms--two of which are powerful, crab-like pincers--weave an intricate pattern as he attempts to open a planar portal. Several glowing runes have been carved into his chest.
A lanky demon with a wide mouth filled with teeth and giant bat-like wings turns his attention toward your group as the doors burst open. He makes an arcane gestures, and then suddenly Jinsa and Thranalas no longer hear Chandu's inspiring encouragements and Chandu, as well as those next to her, begin to enter a world of complete silence.
