"WHAT?!" Kildrax bellows angrily. He snaps his jaws at the alchemist, aiming for non-lethal wounds despite his griping.

In another burst of light and flash of heat, a small rift opens up behind the alchemist. Stepping out of the flaming portal is a bundle of elemental energy, flame and heat oozing off of its form.
Immediately, it strikes out at the alchemist- who easily dodges the blow of both fire elemental and Kildrax.
With the tides of battle turning against him, the alchemist has little recourse but to try and seek higher ground. He pulls a vial from his jacket, and quoffs it down. Immediately he begins to levitate, before floating up into the upper parts of the chamber.

Despite the efforts of his former crewmates, Creed is able to rise high into the air- though Kildrax takes a nasty bite out of his side- in doing so. He staggers under the blow, but continues upward.
His efforts are for not, though, as the recovered alchemist quickly targets him with another vial- finding it's mark. There is a bright flash of light, and echoing boom- and the once flying alchemist is now...
So... the rules in pathfinder about what happens when you go unconscious while under a fly spell are quite unclear. I am going to rule it as though the spell has "ended" and start the feather fall aspect of the spell.

Riy-Zi, it doesn't matter here- but all damage above the first d6 is considered "precision damage". So your crit damage would be an extra 1d6+3

She looks at the unconscious guy. "Are you alright? We tried not to kill you."

Craigie casts stabilize on the alchemist, then approaches and makes sure Creed's still alive.
He wonders what might have happened to him.

Riy-Zi quickly heads over to the fallen alchemist and looks him over. Spending some time, you can tell that he has several unused extracts- but also that you would be unlikely to be able to use them. Several of his arms and armor detect as magical upon examination.
A few moments pass, before Hinsin pokes his head back around the corner and into the chamber.
"See! I told you we should go back." He steps out further and stops to consider the unconscious Vancid Creed. "What happened to you? You were not like this before!" he asks- obviously not seeking a true answer.
Reva heads over and give the burned and bloodied alchemist, but is unable to really determine the cause of his erratic and aggressive behavior. He continues to lay there, breathing and stable, but clearly wounded.
Craigie wastes no time tying him up- before turning Creed over to Hinsin.
"Uhh.. I... I guess so."

The courageous adventures take several moments to look over the equipments of the hog-tied alchemist, and make liberal use of his healing wand. Soon, they have all of their wounds tended to, and are ready for the next step of their underground adventure.
Hinsin takes up a seat on a larger boulder within the rubble, watching the events unfold, but stays quiet and out of the way of the groups planning.

The long, steep staircase extends upward and opens into an octagonal room fifteen feet across with a smooth domed ceiling twenty feet high. Each wall is set with a tall tarnished silver panel, as well as a dark mural of colored glass depicting an eye—each eye has a differently colored iris. In the center of the room is a raised pedestal ten feet in diameter and three feet high. A thick layer of dust blankets the room.
The room itself is quite dark, stretching the very edge of your low-light vision.

Smacky peeks down the next mystery hall on her way to the pool of water! If she makes it past the hall and the pool looks clean, she jumps into the water!

Craigie- preception is it
The heroes spread out throughout the chambers many pathways.
Riy-Zi heads into the next chamber. Creeping up the steps, he glances around the corner and sees an elongated octagonal room that features deep, widely spaced stone shelves along its walls. It appears to be an abandoned sleeping quarters, for creatures much larger than yourself.
Smacky moves forward, feeling drawn to the large fountain in the center of this giant chamber. A twenty-five-foot-wide archway takes up most of the northern entrance, and three staircases descend from it. A raised stone lip in the center of the room defines a pool of crystal clear water. At the bottom of the pool, a mosaic eye resembles the large single orb of a cyclops.
She stands on the edge of the large pool, and in the moment before she jumps in, experiences an unsettling feeling that the eye under the pool is looking directly at her. Reva and Kildrax approach quickly behind the Vanara, they too are overcome by the same feeling of being watched by the eye.
Smacky- the water is very clean, and you can still jump in if you want
Craigie looks about the room and he notices a slight glimmer of light coming from underneath a pile of very dusty, very old, rags- placed into a large pile by the center pillar of the room. The eyes are actually a colorful glass- though strangely opaque and hard to see out of.

Finding nothing of interest he passes by Smacky and Reva and down a peeks down a random hallway.

"What's this?" Craigie approaches curiously and peeks under the rags.

Fearlessly, Smacky jumps into the cool, perfectly clear water. If it wasn't for waves of light dancing along the bottom- it would be easy to assume the pool itself was empty. Her splashes sent ripples across the surface of the water- but even from inside the pool it is difficult to tell just how deep it really is!
Moments later, Riy-zi flies by, and down the stairwell towards another chamber. Slowing down to get a better view, he glances into what appears to be a former armory. Against the wall sits a carved stone weapon stand, a broken stone table- both scaled for creatures twice human height. The southwestern wall is covered in an unusual black substance that looks like coral, and massive formations of the material choke the exit deeper into the temple. A narrow path seems to have recently been cut through the mass into a room beyond.
Craigie leans down to inspect the source of light. Just as he goes to remove the tarp- a multicolor, crystalline, creature springs out. It has one central eye that emanates a bright, almost overpowering light. The entire room bursts into life- as tarnished mirrors spread though-out the dome reflect and amplify the creatures source of light. In the moment that Craigie is caught off-guard, the creature stands up During the surprise round The light spills out of the stairwell and immediately lights up the main chamber with a bright (and highly noticeable) beam of light

Seeing how cramped it is in there, Riy-Zi tosses a bomb the central pillar thing, so it splashes the monster. He makes sure to exclude his friends from the area of the explosion.
