Rysky, are you REALLY committed to to Tanking?
Or more accurately, are you committed to Tanking because you feel we need a Tank, or because that is most fun for you?
Either answer is acceptable as long as it is honest.

Silver Crusade

^w^
The latter. I just enjoy playing frontliners, martial characters (Barbarian and Rangers are my most played classes). Casters don't really interest me. I went back and forth with maybe Inquisitor but there's a lot of hemming and hawwing (they can put out the hurt but they kinda squishy).

Alls I can says is, if you don't want to play a caster, or someone that is squishy, don't. I wouldn't go with the Paladin, either one really, since you said you have a hard time playing them. You don't wanna end up kicking yourself later.

If you like playing characters that can get all up in the enemy's faces, and kick mucho mucho booty, then that's what you should play.Just pick whatever is the most fun and interesting to you.

I like your idea for race too, it's neat.

Silver Crusade

*nods*

Yeah.

And yay! Thankies ^w^

So we got:

Green Knight Tanking

Flamewarden Burny and eventually Healy!

Hmmmmmmm...

Silver Crusade

Sowwy! Picking Classes is always the hardest part for me, and I really like the flavor of these two.

Silver Crusade

The more I think on it the more I think I'm leaning towards Flamewarden.

"Flame, dear Flame..."

Either Green Knight or Flame Warden should work quite adequately, you're gonna get side-eye either way. Green Knights, if recognized as such, are associated with Druids in Taldor & Taldor and Druids have an...
interesting relationship. Likewise most Flamewardens will be assumed to be Sarenrae worshipers & consequently suspected of Qadiran sympathy. Neither is intended as an argument against you playing either, just letting you know what you are getting yourself into.

The thing about Ganzi, actually any of the 'plane-touched' as they used to be called, is that they are less the descendants of relations with Outsiders & more the result of ancestors who found themselves exposed to the energies of the Outer Planes. This is not to say that your character can't tell herself that she is descended from Proteans (She's no more or less a Ganzi no matter how it came about.)

@Gillian; you've got Craft Potion automatically from Alchemist, but no ranks in Craft (Alchemy). Given that Tinkers are more clockwork oriented than Alchemy oriented, I would be willing to let you switch out Brew Potion for extra Bombs or something similar if you wanted.

All-in-all everything is looking good. Soon as Rysky has a character & everyone has backgrounds for their characters, we should be ready to start shaking the foundations of heaven! Er, I mean paving the way from Eutropia to assume her rightful place as Heir, yeah, that's what i meant!

And I'm sorry I'm not better at helping you pick something out. I just don't understand enough about them to give you good advice. Just know that whatever you choose to be, we won't let anyone give you a hard time. At least I won't. ;o) I don't think it's okay to treat others badly just because they're different, and that is something that carries over into ALL of my characters, even my "evil" one. Lol

Is my stuff okay? You didn't say anything about it, so I just assumed that it was, but then I thought I'd ask just to be on the safe side.

Marking my place on the page. Lol

Still need to write up a backstory, but I'm too tired tonight...

@GM - Thanks, that would be great! I'll probably just go with Extra Bombs for now; extra firepower never hurts :)

And yeah, I decided to skip Craft: Alchemy partly because I hate fooling with crafting rules most of the time (but I'd make an exception for clockworks) and partly because the Player's Guide seemed to hint that item crafting probably wouldn't be worthwhile/feasible/necessary for this particular AP.

It'll probably take me a few days to get a background written up as I have work the next two days. Hopefully I'll be able to get it done Saturday, before or after my PFS game :)

Silver Crusade

(Site finally let me back in)

@DM *nods*, and actually she (still deciding on a name, maybe Sarada) is the result of her mom getting possessed by a Pelagastr :3

It's okay ^w^

Bleh, Paizo ate my first backstory...

I have something, it's just not good (in my opinion).

Silver Crusade

I don't know what you're talking about. I thought it was a really great backstory. A little sad, but understandable considering your circumstances. I give you a hug too. *Huggles*

I hope you're feeling better. I'm feeling Pukey.

Do your backstory and stuff in Microsoft word, and then copy & paste it to Paizo after saving it from now on. That way you don't lose it. :) ✌

I do my best but hey, there's a reason I named one of my GMed games TL;DR - A Pathfinder Society Campaign...

Woohoo! Slamburgers!

I like their classic burger with cheese. I know, I'm boring.

Silver Crusade

Mmmm, cheeseburger.

Yes I used my only chance on the site today that it let me on for a bit to drool over cheeseburgers :3

I'd offer some hugs to the web team. I'm sure they've gotten their fair share of angry comments/e-mails/etc.

No Doubt. Some of them likely from within the team itself...
