Is a half elf still considered "human blooded"?

Oh...my parents will be here on Wed, so I probably won't get that much done on that day. My father has to come out for another appointment for his heart, and that's at like 2 in the afternoon, but then they're going to come over to our house and spend the evening with us after we get off work....so we're gonna be pretty tied up.

I bet.

As long as one of the parents is human, I'd think.

I don't think I want to go with vigilante because keeping up with two identities would be a lot of work. The Velvet Blade archetype for Slayer is looking appealing though.

HHhhmmmmmm........*thinking thinking*

Avatar selection seems to be broken, so I just have a name for the time being.

I'm pretty sure I'll go with the Velvet Blade Slayer with the Disgraced Noble campaign trait.

Edit: I fiddled with it and found something suitable.

Hmmmm...very interesting. I'm still not 100% yet.

Lots of chatter I see!

I read over the Player's Guide last night and I'm thinking maybe a Tinkerer Alchemist with the Rising Star campaign trait. Still not sure what race yet but proooobably human, aasimar, or maybe changeling.

I like meeting and getting to know new people and I'm not shy about sharing stuff. Lol

She'll tell you anything you want to know :P

Hehehe....and probably some things you don't. Lol

I kinda can't help it. I guess I'm just a really "open" kind of person, and stuff just comes spilling out of me. I try not to be overly annoying with it though. If I start getting to be too much, just tell me to "Hush".

I'm all put together except for a thrilling backstory, age, height, weight and appearance.

So, quick question: Are we dealing with encumbrance or can we ignore that if it's within the realm of reason?

Now I'm thinking a healer would be a better idea....I don't know. Too much stuff going through my head. I'm gonna need time to figure it out.

It's just....I was looking at the archtypes for Bard and they seemed really complicated. I think I'm just gonna go with my original plan and wait and see what everyone else wants to play, and then I'll go from there. I'm sorry, I just really have a lot on my mind this week.

I was probably gonna play something frontliner-ish.

I'm going between WarPriestest and straight Cleric. Warpriest only gets spells up to 6th level, but I can also help with kicking of much butt. However, if we're gonna have some kick butt types, I can focus on the healing and support. I'll do whatever you guys think will be most helpful. :o)

Silver Crusade

What would you rather play, any Archetypes that caught your eye?

I don't know....I just want to do whatever is most helpful. I just do what other people tell me. Lol....sometimes. ;oP

Silver Crusade

Hehe, okies.

About to fall asleep, so if I don’t respond for a bit that’ll be why.

No worries. My new work schedule has me up at three in the morning, so I will likely not be posting again before tomorrow.

Awe....I'm sorry. We totally get what that's like. Henry used to have to get up at 3 in the morning. It is no bueno.

Thankfully, I have a more normal schedule these days.

*Nods* Yup, we both do now. I used to have to get up super early when I worked at the gym because I had to open, and they were open by like 5 because people are crazy.

Hehe, that’s my job now ^w^

Got the basis of an idea, maybe, was originally going with gladiator, but got to thinking on an irreverent member of a family that dealt in the occult. While still being a martial class.

Green Knight Cavalier?

Skirmisher (& maybe Steelbound) Fighter?

Flamewarden Ranger?

Tortured Crusader Paladin, though I'm horrible at playing Paladins so this migth be a bad idea.

Wild Soul Ranger (this one might be too difficult to use)?

Insinuator Antipaladin, this is the out there one, no idea if it would work (assuming if Evil is even allowed).

I never did much care for the lawful stupid alignment. It's why I won't play a Paladin....ever. The warpriest hybrid class still allows you to kick butt while giving you access to spells, but they cap out at 6th level. That's why I'm having a hard time deciding between that and a full on Cleric, cuz as a full on Cleric I could get Greater Restoration at 7th level.

All of those look pretty interesting. It's just up to you. I'm waiting to see what everyone else does before I make my final decision.

I liked the free membership that went with it, but the hours and pay were crap.

Clerics are awesome casters.

To me it’s because you have to be Gooder than Good and... I have a hard enough time maintaining Good.

I thought about Inquisitor, but not frontliney enough.

I'm a good girl, but I'm not that good. Lol The best I can do is Chaotic Good....cuz well, I'm kinda chaotic by nature. I have a hard time playing outside of my personality.

I like working for the Bank now. Everything is better and I get to play with money all day. Lol

Silver Crusade

Yay!

The people I work with have all been really great, and very patient with me as I'm learning since I've never worked in Banking before. I'm a floating teller though, so I get to go to different branches and get to meet lots of different people. I love it. I've been with them for about a month and everyone loves me, and I have branches fighting over me. Not trying to sound like I'm bragging, just stating the facts. Lol

Silver Crusade

Lol, yay though!

I like you. I'm glad we finally get to talk, "face to face". I was kinda nervous when I first saw you liking posts I had made, but only cuz I didn't know you, and I have some really psychotic ex boyfriends. I was a littled worried that one of them had found me, and I think I said something to Mark about it, but then he told me who you were and that he knew you, and then I was okay with it. :o)

:( I'm sorry for creeping and giving you a scare! I kept meaning to introduce myself in that thread but was nervous about posting in there to a game I wasn't in. Sowwy!

Glad Mark cleared it up, will have to thank him ^w^

*Nods and giggles* It's okay, no worries. I'm not worried about them finding me anymore, I'm pretty sure I would end them now if they did. Ran into one of the crazy buggers not that long ago, but I was with Henry and I ignored him andc he wasn't stupid enough to do anything in public.

I can pretty much take care of myself. Whenever someone has tried something with me, they usually end up regretting it, almost immediately as a matter of fact. Lol

Seriously though, people just leave me alone for the most part.

Just don't feel bad about it okay? Stuff happens, I deal with it. I'm really grateful for the friends I've made on Paizo. They're like family to me.

:o)

Okies :3

And yay!

Silver Crusade

Class aside, I’m reaaaaaaaaally leaning towards going with a Protean descended Ganzi for Race :3

I don't know what that is off the top of my head, but I'll look it up when I get home. Getting ready to end ourf day.

Ancient races are cool.

Ganzis are kinda gonzo! Really cool race :)

Also realize that I should've linked the Tinkerer alchemist archetype earlier, in case our good DM doesn't own Inner Sea Intrigue. Provided it's kosher, it's what I'm going to go with as I think it'd be a nice variation of the sort of 'rising star' the campaign trait of the same name refers to - instead of a brilliant artist or whatnot, why not a crafter who can make clockwork novelties to amuse and amaze the nobility? :)

I also think I'll go with a changeling for race; while the concept would probably work just fine with a regular human character, it's not every day that you get the option to play a ganzi or a changeling or even a tiefling/aasimar so I'd kinda like to take advantage of the opportunity :3

We're going to be such an eclectic mix.

The Tinkerer archetype is entirely ok, I do have Inner Sea Intrigue. Also, for anyone who is interested in playing a Changeling, I also have Blood of the Coven if you are interested in some of the Changelings born from Hags beside Annis, Green & Sea.

I'm thinking about keeping it pretty simple and basic and just being like half elf and a full on Cleric. I can still bop stuff on the head.

Hoi! I've still got to actually copy all the stuff over to the profile but I've basically got Gillian built; just need to flesh out the rough background I've got in mind for her :)

And no, she's not inspired by the author of the same name. I swear I had no idea that there's a Gillian Flynn who's an author when I originally made this alias!

I've almost got her finished. I'll be posting her in a bit. I'm just lacking a backstory and description...but I can add that hopefully on Thursday while I'm doing all our laundry to get ready to leave Friday for my parent's house.

Okay!! Here I am. I actually got her description and backstory done because I was worried that if I put it off till Thursday I wouldn't get it done. I hope it's okay, I was trying just to give a glimps of her past and personality without it becoming a novel. Lol

Silver Crusade

Okies, so we have Cleric, Velvet Blade Slayer, and Tinkerer Alchemist. Any recommendations from this list below for me? Still trying to decide >_<
