This thing was smoking and standing in front of a symbol of fire. That gave Ash and idea of how to deal with it. He moved along the wall and launched a blizzard from his hand.
I move to 2 spaces up from the right corner, along the wall.
Using Versatile Evocation to change my Burning Hands damage to Cold. Using a Mythic point to boost it and a pinch of Urea as an Alchemical Power Component and a Reservoir point to boost the caster level.
The area catches the right zombie and the spurned thing. DC 17 reflex save for 1/2 damage

He could barely see the monstrosity standing at the edge of his vision, but he would not be deterred. Sebastion strode forward, drawing his heirloom longsword as he moved. He approached the nearest zombie, keeping his enormous shield in front of him, and swung the blade for the abomination's head.

Ash moves forward, calculating how far his flames could reach and shoots forth from his hand a cold flame engulfing a zombie and the chained creature(16 cold dmg each). Moments after the flames flash away, Sebastion is chopping at the zombie but his defensive stance affords him few chances for a good hit against it. Fortunately that he moved forward so defensively, the chain wrapped around the creature moves as if alive and reaches 10 feet to Sebastion to lash at him(readied attack) but is repelled. Zaniah gets within pistol range and opens up on the chained creature, her bullet hitting on target(10 dmg). Oleksandar moves forward on the other side of the room to attack the other zombie in the way hacking into it(6 dmg).
The former guardsmen turned zombies mindlessly lunge at Oleksandar and Sebastion without much effect, bouncing off shields and armour.
The chain again moves on its own striking more accurately at Sebastion(12 plus 6 fire). The chain-wrapped creature takes air into its lungs and then breathes out a long breath, expelling a cloud of stinging soot, ash, and glowing embers, covering a portion of the room. The cloud of ash gets in your eyes (DC 13 Reflex or blinded, and again at the end of your turn if you stay in the area, if fail can retry in subsequent rounds to clear your eyes) and the embers burn you(5 fire dmg each). Everyone in the cloud has concealment also.

Ash's had built up an impressive accustomization to heat and flames. A little smoke didn't bother him.
He unleashed another air-cracking blizzard.

The fire may have singed his body, but Sebastion was used to pain, and the ash and soot may have clouded his vision, but he was used to not being able to see well. He kept his shield up and in front of him as he swung his blade again at the zombie in front of him.

Zaniah takes a step back to get out of the cloud, ranged attacks being little good in close range like this. She walk sall the way to the far right southern corner of the room, before firing off a channel to try and keep Sebastian up.

Ash's frost and Sebastion's longsword destroy a zombie as Oleksandar struggles with the other zombie. Zanaiah's backs up to channel healing energy, removing most of the burn from the hot ash hanging in the air. It seems to hang in the air another round (DC 13 reflex or blind). The zombie gets a lucky hit on Oleksandar (10 dmg). The chain covered creature sees an opening and moves toward Oleksandar with its warhammer swinging, hurting him (11 dmg). The burning chain reaches across and attacks Sebastion from 10 feet but it is blocked suddenly and does no damage.

Feeling his life force ebbing, Sebastion called upon his inner light once again to fuel himself.

Sebastion chanced a look around having heard the battle move away from him. That instant was all it took for his eyes to fill with burning ash. He gritted his teeth as he fell back a few feet. As he stood next to Ash for a moment, he said "protect yourself. I must attend to Oleksandar."
He then stepped forward again to rejoin the fight.

Zaniah stays in her square, and flings a hand forward.
"Oleksander! Again!" Decisive Strike, Okesander gets an extra attack at a +1 which bypassess all DR. Enjoy.
She continues to opt against firing into the melee in the cloud, and makes a mental note to get a way to clear such things out.
