Unable to choose a new evolution point so I'd like to have some input.
Improved bite (damage from 1d6 to 1d8)
Improved claws (damage from 1d4 to 1d6)
Improved Natural Armour (+2 to natural armour AC)
Magic Attacks (makes all natural attacks considered magic)
Gills (breath under water)
Skilled (+8 to skill of my choice, potentially becoming a brilliant stealth agent)
Krol, my opinion would be for either Improved Natural Armor or Skilled. I'd be a fan of Improved Claws, but it's an average of only 1 point of damage so not really worth it.
Krol, I would go with Natural armor and turn Ava into a tank, especially with the good hp roll.
If going the skilled route I'd go with perception and make her a brilliant counterstealth agent.
Yeh - Natural Armor, it is good to get more hits in, but it is better to just not get hit.
Chose improved natural armour and now when I put mage armour on it, she ends up having 21 AC.
Done, updated both Ava and Krol as well as altered the attack to be the correct for a monster stats.
Plus at this new level she has gained evasion and Krol has gained the ability to share her senses, like scent and darkvision.
By the way, if somebody wants to host the map on googledocs, I can just email them screenshots of the map.
Why not just use something else to host the maps. I use SkyDrive to hots maps for my PBP and it works quite well. That way you don't need to rely on somebody else for your uploads.

Personally I use maptools, extract a picture of the map and then upload it to Imageshack.
Someone should make sure that Serendepity knows that she is in group 1. I think that she was trying to get into another campaign as well.

I'm playing in a Pathfinder version of that every other Tuesday (though I've had to miss a couple for work related reasons).
Trying to redo it. Takes a lot of time that I do not have. Got through the first part, working on the second now. Want the third part done before I open recruitment. Also, figure that there is a fair amount that will have to be reworked/changed due to the number of people who have played the computer games. Mind you I am working off of the 1985 version, so a lot of changes are necessary anyway.
1st edition converted can be weird as creature number and types get all thrown out of whack.
Na, its more fun just doing it myself. I try to compare the CR of the encounter and balance the number and type of monsters from there. Might get the 3.5 for help if I get stuck, but since I never played 3.5, it might not that helpful. Remember I played D&D, AD&D and PF. A little 2nd ed, but that was pretty similar to AD&D and was over 20 years ago.
Biggest thing is balancing out the magic as magic items are much more powerful relatively in PF in my opinion.
