DM Observation:
The teal square is a 5' square and starting point for Alicia as she started this combat by opening the door. It's my understanding that she'll (probably) be the only valid charging PC this round as she's the only person able to do so from that starting point, as all other lines are currently blocked to the guards. And unless I'm wrong, you need to be able to draw a straight line to your target to start a charge, correct?
This may allow a 2nd pc to sneak a charge in depending on where you start.
You are all somewhere behind, or beside, Alicia in the O,P,Q,R,S rows, and 1-4 columns. If need be I can make the map a bit bigger and pop your tokens on there. You should probably let me know where you are first before declaring actions so I could see where you are on the map.

Assuming we're the white square by the door.
Alicia growls as the guards start to yell. She hates being wrong, and she is frightened of being locked back up, as well. The corded muscles on her legs bunch up furiously as she takes off, swiftly moving down the hall to engage the guard on the right. "Shut up, you!

Intimidating them in this fashion (demoralize) would require a standard action. You can't do both this and charge in the same round.

As the guards shout there is only a split second delay as Sykes charges the one Alicia went after, having to remind himself that he is now armed with a sword which at this point might work slightly better than his teeth.

DM Observation:
You go before Alicia according to your init. roll, and she's currently blocking the door. That would be an obstacle to charge no matter where you start, behind or beside her. sorry

Just going for flavor, I wasn't attempting to demoralize. :) I would like to add, since we don't have a full token thing going on yet, that I want to be in the square directly in front of the right hand guard, to threaten the other guard in case he decides to run for it.

Initiative: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23
Tenoch curses as Alicia opens the door without even attempting to discern what is beyond. "This is what you mean by speed and silence?" he mutters. Seeing the guards in the distance and hearing their call for horns, Tenoch moves out from the group. Not able to charge, he instead uses his mobility to get around behind the guards, offering flanking opportunity to any who can get in an attack, and making it more difficult for them to sound an alarm.
Double move (up to 80' total since I have 40' movement) around the guards to b2 (since it's closer to a door, in case they were thinking on knocking on it for help, or if there are more that come in that way). That should give flanking for someone's charge. No AoO from the guards since they're still flat-footed. And horn-drawing and blowing are likely actions that draw AoO (probably from all three of us) should they go that route.
Alaric Morgain
I'll start in P4 if that's okay with the rest of you. I won't be able to charge this round, but I want to leave P3 open for Sykes so he can charge right after Alicia and get his attack in this round. When it's Alaric's turn (in between the turns of the two guards):
Alaric double moves to D4 so he's threatening the guard in C3.
aoo if the guard does something that provokes before Alaric's next action: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 3 = 16
Tsadok the Cursed
Alaric might get flanking on C3 from Tenoch's position in B2 via the diagonal.
Posting the AoO roll here too, since he threatens and is (will be) flanking both at the moment.
AoO Bite: 1d20 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 3 + 2 = 18
Damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6

Fair enough, but then please don't 'roll dice' as that can be seen as 'loading' the dice in your favor.

Tenoch has been moved to his listed location.
Need an action plan from Sykes, and his starting square.
Please see the new map for a more detailed view right here:
I changed the coordinates as numbers are easier to count than letters. This will stump no one you're all gamers and can figure out the new locations :)
Initiative orders are as follows:
DM Voice
16-B please then charge guard #1
DM Note 1:
Until Alicia moves no one can perform a charge through her square. (She's an obstacle currently, you could hold your action until she moves however and then change your initiative to 14 and then try to charge.)DM note 2:
You need to have no obstructions between your target when you start your charge, a wall (such as what is north of B16) is one, as well as your ally who is occupying the doorway currently. Also checking out the attempted move, I don't think you can move, then charge, it's a full round action with tight restrictions on moving, making a diagonal move either from or to b16 then back out is going to invalidate the legal charge. As it stands, being behind Alicia (my assumption of where you are) you cant reach them anyway with 60' of movement, unless you have tricks I didn't notice. (you may.)
DM note 3:
Don't pre-roll anything please, if an AOO happens then roll. Actions may change based on round by round combat moves etc. :)

Yea I wasn't paying attention to the big dark line there lul. In this case I will move through my allies to D 15, and attack with the bow. Rolls are already made, unless you will be the kindest GM ever and let me roll them again :D

Lol so that's what that was, I thought it was just a shadow. That does clear up a lot of confusion.

My poor map making Ego is crushed!Sorry, the roll you made missed. 7 on 2 doesn't lend me to swing fate in your favor, not so early in the path anyway. :)

Don't feel too bad... I knew it was a wall and I'm on some pretty heavy pain meds.
Alaric Morgain
I thought I'd taken my move, but I don't see it up there... maybe I made it in a drugged fog after my surgery?
Alaric moves up, unable to charge due to intervening characters, he just double moves to threaten a guard.
to hit if able, otherwise, maybe an aoo if a guard tries to blow an alarm horn or something: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17
dmg if hits: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
Aramil Ertane
Hmph, maybe better let them satiate their thirst for blood. Especially the insect-man. Wouldn't want him to walk around hungry behind my back.
Aramil stands down and calmly observers the slaughter on his turn.
Adria, the Red Witch
Adria cursed under her breath as the door swung open to reveal the two guards at the far end of the hallway - too far away for her limited magicks to affect before one could raise the signal horn he carried to his lips.
Thankfully, her companions recognized the danger as well and swiftly tried to close the distance. Adria followed behind, praying silently to whatever vile god chose to listen that one of them would put a sword through that guardsman's throat before he had the chance to use it.
Reiterating my previously stated actions for round 1, in case they had been missed... Moving into the room after the rest of the party. Since the new map doesn't have a grid, it's hard to judge distances, but I know I'd have to make a double move to get close enough to cast a spell, so put me about ten feet away from the melee (assuming I can make it that far).
Nothing else I can do in Round 1.
