Alicia d'Kouzra
The blonde smiles grimly, looking to her cellmates. "Any other goodies you want to pull out of there, or is it time to say hello to our friends over there." She points with the blade of the long knife in her hand to the two guards.
Adria, the Red Witch
"Let's not be too hasty," Adria says rubbing her newly freed wrists. "I would prefer drawing the guards into an ambush, if we can. If one gets away, or sends a signal of some kind, the entire endeavor is made far more complicated - and our position isn't all that strong to begin with."
She takes a closer look at the remaining patches.
"I see what appears to be a bag and a vial of some kind. They may contain something useful."
Adria fixes her gaze on the half-elf. "Would you mind?"
Alaric Morgain
"The rope and wall and window look like they'd be much more useful later... I suggest we leave those three alone for now, but the bag and vial as you say, might be of use."
Alicia d'Kouzra
Alicia starts to retort strongly to the witch, but bites it back. They might as well figure out what resources they had at their disposal before continuing on. She waits impatiently, glancing frequently at the guards to make sure they have not caught on.
Aramil Ertane
Aramil skillfully spins the newfound blade in his hand, eagerness visible in his dark eyes.
"So then... How will we deal with the pigs guarding our cell? Should we use the element of surprise, or perhaps make a diversion?"
Alaric Morgain
"I agree, stealth and a quick strike are our best advantage, as they won't be expecting an attack from our direction."
Alaric moves toward the cell door and tries to recall if it made any particular noise when the guards last opened it. If not, he will push it open slowly and cautiously. If it did make any noise, he'll cough loudly while opening it.
Once the door is opened he'll creep down the hallway toward the guard station, hoping the others come with him so he doesn't have to try to deal with two guards alone.

One of the two guards is now grappling with the monk.
The other guard is shocked to have been attacked at all, but so far hasn't been hit. Looks like he might be going for his signal horn.
(waiting on the others, before I go.)

Malendia pointed at the un-grappled guard, then snapped her fingers and said, "Разум туман."

Cast Daze DC 13. I'm using Russian for Abyssal, just and FYI.
DM: I hate to be a wet blanket, but you don't have a spell component pouch, so the spell fails to complete without the needed material component.
Though I will allow you to perform a different action, as you suddenly realize your magical handicap.

Well the material component is "a pinch of wool or similar substance" and you did say we Atleast has clothes of some sort.
Alaric Morgain
Alaric growls out, "Touch that horn and I break his neck. STand down." While his arms are around the grappled guard, his eyes are leveled against the one who is still free and unhurt.
Alicia d'Kouzra
Alicia grins in dark amusement at Alaric's demand. If the guard had any sense, he'd know he and his companion were both dead men, and would blow the horn out of nothing but spite. Perhaps the man was a fool, though. Regardless, she prepares to gut the man, whether or not he does his duty.
Alaric Morgain
yeah, you and I know they are both already dead men, but maybe they don't know it yet and might be fool enough to think they can bargain their way out of this or something.
Alaric Morgain
and I'm afraid with a negative charisma mod, I would suck at intimidate, so not trying it as a real action... just want the guy to not blow that horn.
Adria, the Red Witch
Adria keeps her distance, somewhat unnerved at her fellow prisoners' actions. I suppose a little patience is a too much to ask for...
As the fiend-spawn puts one of the guards in a choke-hold, she quickly turns her attention to the other and draws on magic to enhance her words.
"There is no need to be afraid. Whatever you have heard of us, we are not raving lunatics. Stand down and we can talk through this like civilized people."
Bluff check: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7
Using my Charm hex (DC 14) and a bald faced lie to attempt to get the free guard to stand down. Can't quite remember if the familiar bonus is only when familiar is near, so deduct 3 from total if that is the case.
EDIT: /facepalm

DM Q?: Do you wish to modify this action seeing as the first guard is dead, or direct the bird to attack the other guard?
Tenoch Itzcoatl
Well with one guard down and the other grappled and severely damaged (and effectively surrounded by others). Tenoch likely wouldn't use his summon ability, saving it for some possible opponents later on.
If I need to use it, then yes, on the grappled guard.

DM:
The guard does look like he will put up a fight still, but the choice is yours. (will you "need" it right now, probably not.)| Tenoch Itzcoatl |
Tenoch, seeing as how one guard had been defeated and the other was enveloped by Alaric, does not move much closer, but keeps an eye out in case more guards enter.
Move action to get close enough for a summons to reach just past the door.
Ready action to summon the eagle to attack should a guard on the other side open the door before T's next turn.

DM: OK Tenoch.
Seeing as the guard is gravely out-numbered he surrenders.
"I have kids, please, lock me up if you must- I, He pauses. "...I wont stop you."
"Just get out of here before more guards show up. I have a key to every room in the place, here take it."
If allowed, he nervously pulls a brass key out of his pocket and holds it out for anyone, his eyes glued on the probably dead guard.
Alaric Morgain
Alaric makes no move to stop him from pulling out the key and takes it from him.
He also makes no move to immediately release him either. While he's not personally a cold blooded murderer, he'll make no move to prevent his companions from finishing the fellow off.
They either kill him quickly, or we lock him up, makes no difference to me.

Narrative:
You are all in a small guard room, approximately 40'x 40'square. It is lit by a sconce holding a torch. There are two doors – one leading back {North} to the cell block and the other connecting to the interrogation room {East} where Tenoch was taken earlier. A staircase leading up is located in the South West corner.
There is a fireplace here on the south wall. It is a relic of the old castle great hall. It is almost comically large and currently unlit. Otherwise, this chamber is plain with little furnishings save for a small table and two chairs.
The remaining guard looks on at the escaped prisoners and reality sets in slowly.
Guard: "Don't do it. Please. There's no reason too now, I'm just a guy doing his job. Earning for my wife and kids. "
Alicia d'Kouzra
Alicia's icy eyes shine with excitement as her knife plunges into the second guard, blood spraying over her rags as she retracts it. Her eyes widen as the dhampir falls upon the man, cheeks coloring at the savagery. The rogue finishing the man off has her fully flushed, the thrill of the kill coursing through her.
If I have to roll for it, go ahead and roll for me, Voice.
Alicia grins cynically at the grappled guard. Not having the time to 'play' with this one, she quickly makes an end of him, a second smile showing underneath the guard's chin. Such would be the fate of any guard they met, if she had her way. Payment for the treatment she had known at their rough hands.
She immediately begins to strip one of the guards, wanting the protection their chain mail provided. She holds the dagger in her teeth, the coppery taste of the guards' blood not unpleasant on her tongue as she works.
