Welcome to the Way of the Wicked. Come on in and say, "Hi," to the others. If you wish to make any changes to your character, now is the time to do so. A couple things:
•Please place major stats in your heading (Current HP/Total HP || Init || AC/Touch/FF || Fort; Ref; Will || Perception (Senses); Sense Motive).
•I will roll initiative and any reactive rolls for you.
•Combat will be done in blocks. Ex:
Initiative comes up:
Gilligan ->8
Skipper->13
Mr. Howell->1
Mrs. Howell->20
Ginger->4
Professer->25 (Improved Initiative) :)
Mary-ann->15
Enemy Animated Coconuts->10
Enemy Tree->18

Combat will go: Block A (Professor and Mrs. Howell)->Enemy A (Enemy Tree)->Block B (Skipper and Mary-ann)->Enemy B (Enemy Animated Coconuts)->Block C (Gilligan, Mr. Howell, and Ginger)

You can act any time within your block, I will take actions within any given block in order of who posts first. This should reduce wait time without invalidating a high initiative modifier.

•I expect 1 post per day over the week. On the weekend, you can post as much or little as you like--and I will try to post if you do--but I don't expect it and I don't expect I will get a post up every weekend.
•I will mostly try to run RAW, but I am willing to change some of them if presented with a good reason as to why it should be different.
•This game is designed for a lot of the things you can't do in the hero campaigns. If you want to become a vampire, it's possible. A lich? That too. Something else? Let me know and we'll see what we can come up with. As long as I can keep the game balanced (meaning you're all about the same power level), we'll figure out a way to make it happen.
•Any familiars, animal companions, other companions that cannot be dismissed to another plane have been killed. Those who have a class feature with one of these things will get a chance to receive a new one. If you have one, please let me know what kind you want so that I can have it appear at the appropriate time.
•Most of all have fun! That's what this game is for.

Just checking in for now. Will do another once over of my character to finalize him before the end of Saturday. By that I mean, make sure all the numbers are correct and get everything set up correctly, not as mechanically the character needs a lot of work.

Yeah, we have to post in the Gameplay Thread before our characters are actually considered part of the game. And for us to do that, the GM has to put up the first post.

I do have one quick question about my summons. By RAW, because I am evil, a lot of the monsters I summon become fiendish versions.

Because this is more of a lawful evil/Asmodeus type of game would I be able to re-skin them as infernal creatures? By that I mean, the stats stay exactly the same, but we would call Infernal them from an RP perspective.

Also, regarding Dogtooth...the impression I got from his last post in recruitment is that he is still waiting to hear who got in. He might need a nudge to check his PMs...

Also, yay Dogtooth! That guy is hilarious. I kind of figured he would get picked, but I am glad it is for this table.

A little note on formatting. Traditionally Bold is used for speech, italics for thoughts, and the ooc tag for out of character comments or questions. I don't think it matters too much, but I do think you should all come to an agreement so that it's uniform. Any other thoughts?

Finally home from work and done with dinner.

So excited to be apart of this game! Looking forward to having some interesting interactions. I'm so happy I'm not the only one who has to worry about disguising themselves while walking in public.

A few question for Mr. GM:
Goblins start out speaking the language "Goblin". Given his upbringing, could I switch that out with Common, and use the extra language for something more science-y? Is there a single language that is considered the language of science or scholars?

Also, I haven't picked out any extracts at all. I'd really like to find a formula book and just go with that, unless you'd prefer if I chose.

Hey, I have a question about the ritual to summon my Eidolon. Its described in very ambiguous terms regarding components. It just says its a ritual and its one minute.

The player's guide said I couldn't do it until I was unshackled...so I am assuming somatic components are required...but does it require verbal components?


Yes (At least that's what I'm going to say), but you are able to be quiet enough to not be a problem.

Yeah I'm going to interfere a bit. I have two questions. And some more XD, I thinking that depending on the answers Iana can disguise herself as a guard, which could be useful in certain situations.

So I don't end up crowding the gameplay thread with questions, if Itzal makes it up the chimney, things he would be specifically looking for are:

-What direction is the exit?
-Roughly how far are we from the exit?
-What are our options once we get out of the prison?
-Are there any guards outside and do they have signal horns?
-What other defenses can he see that we would have to get past to escape?

...as well as anything else Dog Tooth told him...which I think includes how far up and down the chimney goes.

Regarding the armor, I don't think either me or Dog Tooth can wear it anyway...since it is probably medium sized. GM, let me know if my assumption is wrong about this.

Though, even if we can wear it, Ami wouldn't take it over a melee fighter (look at her strength score and weep)...so no worries on my end. Anything Ami took would be to sell (which is not exactly a priority right now), since I don't think she can use any of it...except the dagger...as a short sword...

I don't want any of the guard's equipment. If there's a dagger going begging I'll take one as a backup though.

I think Ami has the spare dagger in the sack of discarded items right now, but she'll gladly give it up. I still have both my spells and 10 Summons...all of which I would use before the dagger that I'll have -2 (1d4-2) with... haha.

I think I was just having her hold it to hide it from the guards.

I'm perfectly content with having dog tooth run away from combat during the prison break BUT he does have an enlarge person extract that he can use on himself, so he can hold onto the dagger for the time being
