Venture Town is a lawless city of graverobbers, theives and opportunists, all looking to exploit both the single largest source of treasure in the world, and those who risk their lives to retrieve it.

If/when I use these weapons, should I have you roll the stacks and damage as I do not know what the weapons do? Or, shall I just roll normally?
You can roll if you like, since I can just add the bonuses in my head. If you prefer I roll I'm happy to do so.

On a side note.. is there anywhere in this room small enough for him to hide/escape from the clutches of doom? lol
Well he had a pretty good hiding place until he smashed the glass. You could flee to another case and try again. There's also now a way through the entrance (it just involves a gauntlet of three AoOs).
There's also that fancy new staff you just grabbed. You have no idea what it does, but you know enough about staffs to just start blasting out whatever might happen to be in there. I was wondering about that. How much time/effort would it take for him to deduce magic ability or to even frantically wave it in hopes of stuff happening? XD I think he could make the safe assumption that it's got magic stuff goin on up inside.
You can hold on to one of the knives and attack with it and the short sword this turn then draw the other magic one next turn.

Sounds good. Also, I may have been too late, but I edited my previous post (before the most recent one), to ask about disabling the things. Noticed we went to a new page, so just mentioning again in case it got buried.

Like I said, you can cast the spells inside it (you can tell there are two, and one takes more charges than the other) just by holding it. The magic sort of speaks to you. You'd need way more time than you have in the heat of battle to have any clue what those spells might be.
You'd need to declare a target, and then hope for the best.
You know a certain dashing wizard could be useful right now. Cough, cough me being subtle.

Lol, no, I would be worse than useless. I'd get off one 1d4+1 magic missile then I would be down to cantrips, and lord help me if one got close.

Since everyone else is online and a healer is badly needed, as much as I hate to do it, I'll puppet the Doc again if we get everyone's actions.
I officially now owe Doc a favor.
So, full withdraw to the case with Gil-Vrockrist?
yep. this greatsword isn't cutting it:)

I know know what to do when you are adventuring with us. My text will read like a Piers Anthony novel.

YOU LEAVE MR. ANTHONY ALONE! He has done nothing but bring smiles and joy to the whole world.
I'm waiting to hear back from our DM to see if my idea will fly! So depending on what he says, I will make my action accordingly ;p

What about that novel where had a naked planet or the one were he gave satans point of view.

Well... I mean joy as in, people are stoked he's so cool
I'd love to let you disable device this guy, in another game I'd surely allow it, but that kind of move would just break Pathfinder like an old lady with osteoporosis falling down the stairs.
Edit: Although I did PM you a compromise.
The books were good but the names in the xanth novels were beyond awful. 'Hello my name is random what-I-am'

I fear if I take the offhand, that minus 2 to hit would result in a miss.

It missed the doc he has a shield of faith up giving him armor class 18.

ooo a spider, eh? Are we in some sort of Dwarven museum dedicated to the long wars fought with the Drow? Like some sort of trophy room of all the weapons of their enemies?

Not that I hate the group, and a 1 action casting time is great and all, but isn't Summon Monster supposed to be a full-round action to cast?

You appear to be correct. Perhaps that's why he didn't address my attempt at sneakery. In which case lil red clambers down and hides at the beginning of this round instead.

lol. Let the "ranger" weep in misery as he is outclassed by the psychotic little red! Bwahaha! :D .. even though lil red isn't exactly saving the day here. >_>; Although the spider just might. :D

Scotty if Doctor channels you will be over 0 hp and he has at least 3 or four more channels in him.

Yep he got a critical initiative so you should change that to a full attack action.

Have I mentioned how deeply troubled I am by my lack of damage output? T.T Eventually if I manage to survive long enough to get 3rd level spells I'll be alright.. I'll be able to throw fireballs at people at least. :P

Casters tend to be utility early lvls then unstoppable later. Last Saturday vtt game was the 6 of us vs a lvl 18 cleric I was controlled and nearly killed our rouge and half killed our inquisitor. the cleric imploded the three casters while I held off the melee and was permakilled for it (there was a whole thing earlier me and another pc lost the ability to be raised from everything including wish). So the rouge umd a teleport scroll and rasied the rest of the party and I am working on this guy.

I'm going to assume that the good doctor continues to channel and resolve the next round.
Two critical hits. Jesus these statues don't f*~* around.
Just remember nothing worth having comes easy.
Okay I missed redo of Scotty's action so I'm incorporating that now. It could affect large portions of the round so ignore what's there until I post here again.

Omfg I'm two points away from dying! I don't wanna die a level one! Scotty is one of the coolest characters if ever made ;(
Scotty the Blade wrote: Omfg I'm two points away from dying! I don't wanna die a level one! Scotty is one of the coolest characters if ever made ;( Re-read the post, I have edited it. I missed your second attack and it ended up killing the statue that attacked you so Scotty is actually fine. That attack never happened.
Sorry for being so sloppy lately guys, I'm not at home so I'm not in my comfort zone.
I hope being thankful isn't Scotty's action, considering there are still three statues left.

to be fair jamako they have a bigger strength bonus then you have a health bar

That is true. And alarming. These suits of armor could KO Jamako with minimum damage, and probably insta-kill him in one swipe. >_> I'M SO FEEBLE O.O
I'm used to playing front line brutes, this is strange to me, lol

DM, how is the room set up now? I'm wanting to run over and help the doctor, but I'm unsure how far away he is / how far away the remaining statues are.

Ah. I forgot to note that he used his favored class bonus instead, +1/2 fire damage to spells.. so every even level he'll get extra damage on fire spells.
one fighting me one just killed the spider one on the doc. The doc is nearish you since you ran back 30 feet.
