Kalona; the dwarf obviously worships the dwarven redneck god of buried wealth, treasure, mining of ore and gems, and underground exploration. yep; his followers are known to hide their jewels sewn into their matresses or bury it somewhere under a rock or something and dont keep any on them in case they get robbed; Strange about those redneck dwarves is they seem to have some type of demigod of growth and health that is known for planting and awakening trees; weird bunch them Redneck dwarves; but they like their alcohol and dancing. yep; he is a worshiper of Dumathion; his followers are known to be extremely prideful just like their god and dont take to kindly to practical jokes.
Grymbol wrote:lol Ye whistle a good wind Kalona, does this mean ye are windbag?"hehe...cough, cough..heh. Maybe so, heh. I suppose that green about your horns would then make you a greenhorn?" A sparkle in her eye then another bout of coughing and she reaches again under her wing and, with a bit of effort, out comes a waterskin and a bowl.
One of the skeletons comes over and poors some water in the bowl then picks it up and dumps it on her. He repeats a couple of times and she shakes a bit and picks at a few feathers here and there then sticks her head into a finally filled bowl and proceeds to gargle a bit till satisfied. The skeleton corks the waterskin and she proceeds to shove it and the bowl back under her wing where they disappear.
"Ahh, much better...cough."
I will position a skeleton at each hallway facing away from the T and have it play guard duty (if it notices something have it point at it, if something attacks have it return to me).
"Well, know I know why the shaman's always insisted on holding a proper burning of the dead." Eyes the dwarf... religion roll 18+4=22

Kalona edges a bit closer to Grymbol in a lower voice, though not really that low.
"Grymbol, you better be careful around that dwarf, I hear they dont like jokes and drink that funny drink a lot, so I would think they dont take kindly to Winter's wry wit."
"Also, have you noticed that Llevnoc is acting funny, I know Jewel said he is insane, but he keeps doing little things to try and get peoples attention like he wants something but is scared to say it and at the same time he keeps trying to move, especially down that left hallway...dont suppose he knows something do you? Hmmm, maybe its the dwarf that has his nerves rattled more than usual. I hear they dont get along with elves maybe he is worried the dwarf will 'split hairs' with him..." Gives Grymbol a knowing glance.--All said in Sylvan for the fey.
"Whats that Namaste, Mages should go check out that room...well I am not a mage, but I do know a thing or two about magic and I have some unique talents in that area so would be glad to help...I wonder if any sparkles didnt get covered in goo." Gives a wink to Grymbol and flies over to the skeleton in that hallway and marches off humming to herself."--in Greek.

Laddie I mean no disrespect but I did just blow that rooms interior to the lowest plane of Hades. The rooms walls were sturdy and I believe they are still sound but I am sure the rooms contents are already in very bad shape. And I agree we must be quick in getting to a different location we are sitting ducks at this intersection.

hehe; one correction of Kosan's statement; guess I was unclear in my email to him; the hallway he saw is the one you guys are all in now; so the room he came from has a way out; and a way down and of course the hall you are in continues left or east if your orienting from the pool room.
That's what I meant to say.

But his indomitable personality, spurred on at least a little due to June's close proximity no doubt, soon reasserts itself. He stands a little taller and brazenly (for him) says,

Kemnebi smiles warmly at Nebibit as she helps him to his feet.
"Just like old times." He says with a warm, open smile as he brushes himself off a little bit, Nodding his thanks to Nebibit.
As his takes in his surroundings, he becomes more solemn, almost tense. Teenagers, thinking that EVERYBody is always looking at THEM and everything they do!
"I need to research more defensive charms. The explosion and gas should have been easily avoided,..." He mutters to himself as he falls in line, trying to see what everyone is doing.
As the group starts to head towards the 'boom' room, he falls back into the earlier agreed-upon formation. Or as close to it as possible if others are milling around or forging ahead.

the room is as Kosan stated; but now has a burn acidic smell; the wheel is still turning slighty burnt bodies that are chained onto it into the pool; the brass sealed kettles are still making sucking sounds. many of the skulls on the altar are out of place; lots of trash and broken pottery and glass on the floor. you cannot help but step on it as you wade through the room; lots of wet stains of this and that and a bit of ozone smell from the pool of chemicals that the wheel churns the bodies into.

I know that Llvenoc, Nebibit and Kalona moved into the room to search it. I stayed in the hallway about halfway down, leaving the psicrystal back near the T. That way if something happens and somebody needs to get poofed out pretty quickly, I'm in a decent position to do that. I think Grymbol had initially stayed with me, but I see he put up some search rolls, so he may have gone ahead and moved into the room as well.
