Surprise round:
Chanix conjures a dagger from empty hands - and throws it at one of the grunts. He crys out - part in pain - part in surprise

Round 1:
Initiative order
Chanix 25
Tal 24
Markus 23
Crew members 22
Toren 11
Alejia 9
Artemis 7
Priscilla 7

Round 1 as it happens:
Chanix follows through after his dagger throw. With inhuman speed he follows up with a second dagger to the crew member and he goes down.
[ooc]I regard your very first dagger as the suprise round - so no movement (apart of a 5-foot adjustment). And you need to have BAB 1 to move and draw a weapon - so I alter it to a thrown weapon (gives the other ones more space to act.).

Tal goes for the second thug - his blade out - he slices him in the side for a nasty wound.

Markus sends Grigo. Chanix - having cleared part of the way - enables the monkey to get close. Alejia gives off a shout of suprise when she underestimates the agility of the monkey and her cutlass is taken away.

The crew member tries to defend Alejia - steps 5 feet towards here and swings at the monkey.

Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 22 Damage 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4

Thread confirm: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7 Damage 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4

The monkey narrowly avoids a nasty swing that could have been deadly.

Toren bull rushes the second crew member out of the way.

Artemis starts incanting a spell.

Alejia takes a 5 foot step back, grabs her hand crossbow and lets a shot loose on Artemis

Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19 Damage 1d4 ⇒ 3

Concentration check for Artemis.

The scholar slumps to the ground. But he is still alive and not in any direct harm.

Priscilla rushes over to him to help him. Cure Light Spell 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7

Start round 2:

Crew member 2 - rushed backwards by Toren, partly wounded

Chanix:

It is getting dark - following the cave tunnel deeper. So you rather take the outside route.

The natural stone stairs lead up to another cave that is on the same level as the cave you met Alejia. You hear growling in the dark and your elven eyes spot at least two mangy and rabid dogs - seemingly hungry - which dash in and out of the light - unable to reach you higher up.

My mothertongue isn't English - so I didn't interpret your action this way - but if it is, then I will have to agree with Chanix.

PFS is a non-evil society and while killings happen or might be necessary - we rather try to make them quick.

I would hate to give a alignment warning for a fantastic game so far.

Markus is an enforcer and hitman for the scarzni. He is decidedly not-good. I'm totally okay with taking a negative mark on his chronicle for this.
