Casting: When casting a spell defensivly if you fail you do not automaticly lose the spell, rather you provoke an attack as you normally would for not casting defensive. If you are hit you must make a concentration check dc 10+damage taken if you fail this check you lose the spell.

Rolls:
Many rolls will be handled by the GM in secret.(don't worry, I don't fudge.)
Any result that can influence the character behavior will not be rolled open.
Rolls that will be handled by the GM:
Perception
Sense Motive.

if you make the check I will send you a pm or make a post and put it in a spoiler depending on the situation.

Sometimes I will roll Initiative others I will ask you to roll depending on the situation. In some situation (rarely) I will bypass init entirely and have you all go first and enemies second or have enemies go first and you all go after.

Combat rules:
I'm a fair GM, I dont roll combat in secret, I don't change results, I don't ignore bad calls from the characters.
Sometimes, character dies, but I'm not a player killer, if I think that an encounter will be easy handled, when it should be more challenging, I will make it a more challenging, if the party it's not prepared to face something, I will drop hints, if they insist... well killing one or two players never made me lack sleep...

Actions:
I'm a GM that do not punish the character for trying something new or cool, or even strange. Visual appealing actions are encouraged, the dc will of course depend on what are you trying, but you can try! If what you want to do is wicked cool, I can even bend the game mechanics to allow it! The most importat part is: You are villains. Villains are smart, resourceful and have style! Have you ever seen a memorable villain that could just swing his sword and do nothing more?

Posting Rate
If it could be done, I expect 1/day posting, if you can post more, it will really good.
During weekend, this rule does not apply. If you are able to post, great! But dont stress over this, everyone need some time to rest (In my case, I need time to play and DM :D on my tabletop games).

Level up
Aside from character creation, when you level up, if you want something not from core rulebook, you'll need to search it inside the game. basicly what you need to do is just show in game your character is searching for that knowledge. This rule is not meant to prohibit anything, I just don't like something like this: "Character always as a full caster, never picked up a sword in his entire life, and then he gain a new level and says: Master, I'll level up as a fighter now..."

So far only Orlando rolled stealth. Even with invisibility A check is needed as some greater demons have see invisibility on all the time.

Its crazy in my mind for all of us to try to sneak when something like a Dimension Door could move us without error. As a minimum Tzad will grant everyone +4 on stealth but I am still waiting on Varn to provide arcane support with either invisibility or dimensional travel.

This is true. If you can teleport then bypassing the demons is easy and no stealth is required.

I will try to pm Varn see if he is around.

Sorry guys! Been quite busy recently with life. How far of a distance would be need to travel to get passed the demon line? Would Dimensional Door suffice? Or should we resort to a Teleport spell? If DD would suffice, then Varn will gather the group around and utilize as many charges from his wand of DD to get the group around.

Edit hadn't seen varn posted but lets keep my post as it as it would take multiple DD to cross that distance.

Actually lets just bypass this entirely cause looking at it he can cast teleport. Granted there is a small failure chance. But I assume your ok to try it.

teleport failure 88 or less is good, 89-100 less good: 1d100 ⇒ 82

Varn teleports you all to the edge of the city and you head inside before the demons outside the walls notice you.

You entered by a breach in the wall and the first thing you notice is two destroyed Retrievers on the ground here.

Destroyed by several enchanted arrows each you manage to recover a total of 15 +3 arrows.

"Cailean's Beard! Look at the size of those things!" Orlando said wonderingly as he touched one of the fallen Retrievers.
"Taken down just by arrows?" He speculated aloud.
He started looking around for where the arrows might have originated from.
Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19

The retrievers were taken down by arrows fired from above, it seems either someone who was flying or shooting from a high place (there are a few buildings around but most are just rubble).

Up ahead you see the building with the bell. A ruined cathedral of Desna.

The walls of the structure look intact.

Your about to approach when you hear a familiar chattering sound.

You recall your previous encounter with some vescavor swarms and realise one or more of them is in the area.

To make matters worst you also notice a buzzing sound from above were a swarms of locust is gathering.

You have one round to prepare before they attack.

Gather to me. I shall cast Repel Vermin.

Tzadkiel uses a mythic point to cast the spell.

Note that the spell seems to consider the hit die of the individual vermin and not the swarm hit die. I think this will preclude the creatures from coming within 10' of Tzadkiel. Please let me know if you agree. Looking at options it seems that a simple Web Shelter might have protected us, though we would have been stuck in it.

REPEL VERMIN:

School abjuration; Level bard 4, cleric 4, druid 4, ranger 3
Casting Time 1 standard action
Components V, S, DF
Range 10 ft.
Area 10-ft.-radius emanation centered on you
Duration 10 min./level (D)
Saving Throw none or Will negates; see text; Spell Resistance yes
An invisible barrier holds back vermin. A vermin with HD of less than one-third your level cannot penetrate the barrier.

A vermin with HD of one-third your level or more can penetrate the barrier if it succeeds on a Will save. Even so, crossing the barrier deals the vermin 2d6 points of damage, and pressing against the barrier causes pain, which deters most vermin.

Works on the locust swarms but not the Vescavor they are evil outsiders and not vermin. Also I looked into and as far as swarms go they count as a single creature with the Hd of the swarm so a locust swarm is one vermin with 4 HD for purpose of the spell. I asked in the paizo forum to check.

Descrption seems to differ with you though I see the descriptors. They are insects, which are all vemin are they not?.= "Vescavor Swarm: With a gibbering chorus, hundreds of toothy insects swarm together, their heads nothing more than maws filled with a sickly green glow." So maybe not all insects are vermin? I note that the Vescavor Queen is referred to as a verminlike creature. Only other thing I can find is in two Pathinder Tales (not authoritative I know) there are statements like "Not true demons, these vermin bla bla bal".

That's just flavor text they don't have the creature type vermin. Neither does the queen.
