sadly, Duhwoo is not adjacent -- he gets no AoOs from anyone standing up...
now that Vars has probably left nothing to strike, Duhwoo gets a full attack routine! on the off chance there's still a target around, Duhwoo does what he does -- Lunging, with Power Attack, Reckless Abandon, and "Come and Get Me" (no point in trying Dazing Assault):

Duhwoo, my maps are static, not dynamic so I can when I get back. I try to update them on a round-by-round basis when I can but unfortunately when I'm away from my home PC I can't make any updates. I figured you'd rather not wait until 6-7PM Eastern for the next update if I could help it however.

I don't recall. I moved 30 feet away from the Giants that were wailing on me, obviously no towards the others. But without the bodies there...I dunno. Anywhere is fine, just out of range for a full attack

my guess is Vuvu moved to square L-5: from there he can put his back to a wall, have cover from the threat that just brutalized him, and still peer around that corner there to watch his mighty heroes slaughter his abusers...
after the remaining oversized cloud freak goes, Duhwoo will be charging him with considerable enthusiasm (soaking up an AoO -- probably a horrible giant-sword-inflicted death crit -- as he charges into contact...), using Power Attack, Reckless Abandon, Dazing Assault, and "Come and Get Me":

I cast mine when we first entered but extended it lasts 38 minutes.. I doubt we've been in here that long, but if so she'll recst hers as well before moving forwards.. Just let me know plz..

I think it's safe to say between the healing, the time Duhwoo spent soiling the tower, the amount of time spent using prestidigitation to clean various party members of disgusting fluids, Avoreal memorizing replacement spells (even with Fast Study), looting massive giants and somehow storing the gear or piling it somewhere, your killingry and taking 20 on several skill rolls you've probably spent about that much time wandering around the massive tower.
So please recast the spells at 40 minutes or less.
Also, here'e a spire map with all the unexplored locations (solid black is for rooms you haven't entered, shadowed areas are places you've entered but not fully explored.

The shimmering wall appears to be a portal from the Spire into the city of Xin-Shalast. Given the lack of giants in the Spire, and the number of cells in the room you've just left where four giants left the small rooms, there might be a large number of giants wandering Xin-Shalast who left the Spire sometime previously.
