I'd say the market price of two laser eyes, equivalent to scorching rays, would be 20,000 gp... which means 10,000 forge points to craft. You could do just one eye right now for half the cost.

What's the policy on "table talk"? Because I've just thought of a plan of sorts, but it would need some positioning, some coordinated action and possibly a modicum of preparation.

Ummm... I think in this case I'd say no, there's no way Vlad could communicate his plan to the rest of the party at present, unless he has magic that would let him do so. I'm fine with suggestions to other characters mid-combat, but I think an entire plan being shared with no means of communication is a bit too much. Is that reasonable?

I thought we were setting up the ambush in the main room, but we never actually decided. It might be nice to lock the rotating corners wafter the adventurers come in, to cut their retreat, but that would require several turns from the Matriarch.

Well, someone needs to go looking around in other rooms if you're going to run into anything more. ;)

Okay, Tikkik, prices for some ideas:

Standard-action laser eyes: 5000 forge points for a twin 5d6-fire-damage touch attack. 50' range, one round recharge time.

The griffon launcher is also 5000 forge points, given that you already have the figurine.

The ablative field generator is 7000 forge points, but you have to spend a move action to change between energy damage types it blocks. You think you could improve it to do so automatically later, but it will require some test data.

Metal-bolism costs 10000 forge points, and only does the immediate healing. Storing healing for later (the Stomach Pool) will take further tinkering.

What's he going to do, eat it? He can't wear anything designed for medium and small bipeds. At most he can use the ioun stone, maybe an amulet.

According to this post, the HydraShrinker should cost 3*2*2000=12000 gold pieces, 1200 Forge Points. You are free to roleplay me trying to persuade you it's a good idea.

If the market price is 12000 GP, the Forge Point cost would be 6000 FP, if I'm reading the Forge rules right. It's as crafted for cost, and 1/10 for value as raw material, I think.
