The drunk Giant looks real hard at Arctorus, then after a moment looks meanly and shakes a giant fist at Arctorus as he grumbles in giant and take a big swig from his jug.
As Asta continues to speak, the drunk giant pouts and stomps his foot replying in slurred giant tongue.
The giant starts to sniffle and scrunch his face up. Pulling out a leather scrap from his bag he wipes his face and blows his giant nose, before continuing in giant

The drunken giant points with a unsteady hand to the generally west direction. Then offers you his snot rag which you can see has some markings on it along with other organic impurities.
The giant starts to staggering off to the south, mumbling something.

Asta watches the hill giant stager off as she directs everyone to go get Tig!
Arabeth meekly follows Lady Astas.
The group sets off once more heading west following Tig’s trail.
Rested Torod can easily follow the trail in the hilly terrain. At least until the hills give way to the forest after about two hours.
You continue to follow into the forest (Hex J6) for the next hour before the long days of travel cause the leaders to be fatigued once more.
From the tracks it looks like Tig passed this way about a quarter of a day ago, so you have gained back any time lost dealing with the hill giant.
Do you want to press on or rest once? It would take 5 hours to be fully rested.

Torod with Arabeth’s support convinces everyone to press on through the forest despite the leader’s fatigue. The leader’s fatigue quickly becomes exhaustion, but the horses are still good for a couple of more hours.
After three hours of following Tig’s tracks, the forest is getting dark as the sun is setting, your party is exhausted, the horse and outriders are fatigued. It is getting too dark for anyone without lowlight or darkvision to continue without light and then at half speed.
As you are contemplating the idea of stopping for the night Asta feels through her empathic link with Croft that he is not far ahead and the tiny familiar is in fear for his life and fatigued.
Asta can feel the direction and knows that he is within one mile.

Note: PCs are Exhausted, -6 to str & dex, -12 points of Non-lethal from forced march, Also, no one has taken time to recover any spells used during the troll encounter. Daily use abilities or magic items would have renewed. I am ruleling that Life link doesn't transfer Non-lethal damage, but when real HP are healed/transferred it heals an equal number of Non-lethal damage.
Torod is for pushing on, to rescue Croft.
Asta feeling Croft is in danger spurs her tired mount on.
Arabeth does her best to stay with the group.
Arctorus sighs as he pushes his aching legs forward.
Seraph and the outriders follow along, but she and two outrider’s fall behind. (Seraph is on delay. When she post she can join the battle by arriving at the map edge.)
After about 20 minutes of rushed travel in the dark woods a clearing opens up. The light carried reviles an enormous old dead hollow tree in the clearing it shows many recent signs of damage from teeth, bashing, and being eaten away by something. Asta feels that Croft is within the hollow tree.
At the sound of your approach, you hear the muffled voice of Croft ”Mistress, thank the goddess you have come, but look out for the dragon!”
At that moment from out of the dark sky a very large drake comes into view flying about 50 ft above the ground. Bellowing in draconic at you ”You dare invade my domaine! I shall enjoy feasting on your bones!” With that he spits a ball of acid at you that explodes into a cloud of burning acid.
Then with a surge of strength it flies up into the darkness.
A cloud of hot burning acid washes over Asta, Torod, Areabeth and Arcorus and remains in place continuing to burn any who remain within its area. Only Asta’s horse seems to avoid the full acid blast of damage.

EDIT:Oh? There's a 'Dazed' component to the attack effect? Bummer. :(
Probably discount every thing below.
Still she retains enough composure to deftly dismount, slapping th horse upon its rump to get it moving out of the combat area while begining to form her spells of protection.

(No Daze Component on the fog. Only Daze is part of Asta’s spell casting.)
Burned by the acid, Arabeth quick dismounts out of the fog slapping the horse in the process causing it to run out of the way. She establishes a life link to Torod taking on part of his acid burn wounds. (I though Arabeth keep life links up 24/7 as long as everyone stayed within range? Or did you mean Shield Other? I’ll recon damage transfer if so.)
Suffering the acid burn, Asta dismounts out of the fog, and wants to use Ear-piercing scream, but the dragon is too far out of range. (Short range spells are 25ft+5ft/2 level = 35 ft for Asta. Dragon is 80ft up in the air for a total distance of 100ft from Asta.)
Arctorus shrugs off most of the acid burn moving forward he braces for an attack!
Torod isn’t fast enough to dodge the acid cloud as he feels the burn. Drawing his bow then notching an arrow he fires at the drake, but misses by a fair distance.
Chuffy howls at the flying beast. (Note Chuffy was not in the acid affected air.)
Both Asta’s and Arabeth’s horses make a fast retreat from the clearing.
The four outriders dismount and send their horse back down the trail, as they form a fire line.
The drake circles around in the air gaining more altitude taking the situation in before deciding on it’s next attack.
Torod still mounted and still standing in the fog continue to take acid damage. Torod’s horse collapses on the ground
Torod please make another DC15 reflex save vs acid fog. Also, make a DC15 ride check to make a soft fall (avoid damage & falling prone) off your collapsed mount.

The other she flicks the top off and promplty chuggs.

Smash the second vial and release a 'Vaporous potion' which Arabeth will bask in the fumes of and resceive its healing effects.

Ta-DAAA! (^_^)
Dropping items is a free action, after all.
If the ground if too soft, she'll step on it to generate the effect. Fasionable heels do have uses! (^_^)
Well... that's kind of a bugger. But I'd rather not take the chance of low numbers on the rolls.

Prerequisite: Fly speed.
Benefit: A creature with this feat can halt its movement while flying, allowing it to hover without needing to make a Fly skill check.
If a creature of size Large or larger with this feat hovers within 20 feet of the ground in an area with lots of loose debris, the draft from its wings creates a hemispherical cloud with a radius of 60 feet. The winds generated can snuff torches, small campfires, exposed lanterns, and other small, open flames of non-magical origin. Clear vision within the cloud is limited to 10 feet. Creatures have concealment at 15 to 20 feet (20% miss chance). At 25 feet or more, creatures have total concealment (50% miss chance, and opponents cannot use sight to locate the creature).
