Okay, cool! Let's get rolling!

Just so I'm clear: Gage is not using the gem for his disguise, it is a regular disguise and not an illusion...

Acutally it is, isn't it? Because you have bandits?

If it is, you don't need a disguise check (it's a spell with a will DC to oppose). Feel free to save those rolls for the future...

Oh, the only other thing I'd throw in to the plan is that Vitellia will have Kirby wait back in the woods a ways. She'll call him when the fighting breaks out. 40' move plus a Run action means he should be able to get to the fight pretty quick.

Oh and one more thing before we get started, Gage will prestidigitate 4 1-2lb rocks bright red, so that Tika can throw them to Mamise who can hold them up as a signal! (one rock per bandit on watch)

Unrelated to planning, have you considered using Google Slides instead of Drawing? It allows to use different sheets, for example separating maps from handouts, and I think that it can work from phone through an app. It may reduce clutter.

Great idea! It's done, the slides are available via the link! I'll just do one at a time for time's sake.

If you need more than is there now, don't hesitate to ask.

Also, the encounter is prepped whenever you're ready. You can start with a perc check to find the guards (if there are any), and/or stealth to sneak up on them, or just walk up and start talking (looking at you Team Faux-Happs).

We need a nice darkvision spell or something for Tika so that she doesn't need a nearby lightsource to scout xD
Oh well, at least Gage can provide plenty of light for Seleste and Mamise to see the bandits...

Or perhaps the bandits will have some light sources? Dancing Lights can attract unwanted attention.

Yeah, that's why I'm borrowing a torch. Which reminds me, we didn't decide who I was borrowing it from yet xD
and by borrow, I mean keep forever, 'cause it only lasts an hour and we'd light it up just before entering the map xD

Also, we need an approaching torch to keep them from noticing Tika moving at... half of half speed?
It's half speed to sneak and half to move in darkness, right?
I guess that I'll have to start just taking 5' steps xD

edit: holy moly, torches are a pound each!
If we take off the 10 torches, the iron pot (4lbs), and 2 more pounds (rations?) then we can get you to 33 & 1/3rd lbs xD

in case it matters, the potato sacks will have enough of a hole that Seleste and Vitellia can see their feet and not walk too slowly... I'm guessing one eyehole?

@Mamise: about the torches, I'll add the ones you don't want in your backpack to Caladrel's pack (minus the one that Gage just lit up)

In any case I'm laying on the ground, behind rocks, with no light, whatever gives me maximum stealth. And I have a plan in case I'm spotted.

Not quite no light, I see you in dim light, but low light vision means not needing the torch to be so darn close, 8 squares of normal light and 8 more of dim light is pretty reasonably lit xD

Tika on the other hand, is still outside the dim light from the torch Gage is holding...
Now that I think about it, I might not have the only torch.
GM, are those bandits holding light sources? Or at least, is the one near Tika holding a torch? if so, she gets dim light too ^^

I think so too.
But, assuming that the guy I'm distracting doesn't sense any obvious threats, he'll get a -4 on any perception checks while he's fascinated :D
BTW, does a frypan seem like an obvious threat? xD

Do we keep botting Vitellia and Seleste? Should we take turns playing them, at least until we get back to Oleg, then decide what to do?

I didn't think I'd have to whip it out, but my general rule for absentee players is they get botted three times before I roleplay them out. They're still in the story, so they can come back, but we can also stop worrying about them.

Do you guys think you can do this with the three of you?

Oracle, Bard and Rogue is not a bad combination (and we're all very very pretty), but I'd say we may need a frontliner.
