Yeah Thorun lost almost half his health in the opening round, without that emergency healing he could have gone down relatively quickly.

I would allow Hunter, but it would require very specific roleplay, and you would need to take into account the flavour of the campaign to choose spells. Basically, nothing too noticeable, if that makes any sense.

Actually, forests or plains would work. My understanding is that much of Ireland was forests at the time and that deforestation happened over the course of the following centuries for any number of reasons.

Aoife is in the kitchen with the slaves. But she can serve herself to whatever she likes! Kidding aside, the slaves do treat her with respect and tend to her as best they can when they are not serving the freemen in the hall. She may not get the choice cuts, but she is given the finest... leftovers...

Don't be sorry, it was my choice to play the character I have. This is also why I asked before posting! Though I will ask, does she sleep in the same area as the rest of the slaves? Or is she aloud to bunk down anywhere so long as she isn't in the way? For example could she sleep outside her friend's rooms under the statement "to be on hand should they call for her and such"?
Given that guests sleep in the main hall, she would likely end up sleeping either in the kitchen or outside...
Than she's sleeping just outside the main hall and woe be to any who try to move her.

Thorun will be fairly inwardly drawn for the next few days, at the very least. He's not ashamed of his nature and the way he fights, but he knows it can lead him to make poor decisions in the heat of battle. Usually those decisions come at his own expense, which he laughs about (since he's always survived), but when it comes at the expense of others it can hit him hard.
For Aoife, back to normal tasks with a bit more added on to check on the kids.
Though question for me is, should I play it step by step or just one set block?

Some of the rage powers require prerequisites that can often have clearly-magical effects, so I wanted to know what my options were.

Regardless of whether you want to go ahead with the divination or not, this is an occasion to discuss character motivations! I still need to write the chapter synopsis, but recovering the shard is an important event that has driven much of the campaign from the start.
At this point, there is any number of directions that you could take. Find out the secrets of the Spear of Lugh? Find the Sword of Nuadu, which was alluded to in a discussion between O'Maille and Amergin? Search for the other treasures of the Tuatha De Danann? Get involved in the politics of the land, bearing in mind that war is coming?
Ruadhan... Your kids?

Thorun has avenged his family, which does fulfill his obligations although still leaves a sour taste in his mouth.
His one driving goal is returning to his love. But he doesn't know if that's possible, much less how he would even do it.
Aoife knows what she wants, funny thing is I don't think she'll know what to do with it after.
But nothing worth doing is ever easy.

Sorry,I have been a little quiet. Yeah Ruadhán would be keen to try and bring his kids to Largay, once he feels he has earned a right to stay and is happy with their potential safety. I feel he would be looking to scope out his chances on our return. Otherwise he would be happy to do anything that increases his chances of that.
That may be a while as he's been dealing with some real life stuff.
