Yes, the command spell prevents him from attacking but it doesn't prevent him from defending himself. You would have to roll disarm as normal he just can't take the attack of op.

Only our GM knows, it's his game, but by the rules, no. Channel, is a specific action, with lots of uses, and not the same as casting a spell.
It doesn't need to be channeled any form of positive energy would work so using CLW would have the same effect.

Standard: Cast CLW on Min.
CLW: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
Lilly puts the palm to Min's face. (dumdum....)
With a 2nd voice slightly echoing in her own; "WAKE UP MUSCLEBNRAIN">>>cue burst of positive energy....(not channeled, more like a grenade impact)
Inside his head Min can feel the spirit reel from the blow of positive energy. It hurt but it was nothing serious it would take several more blows of that strength to do any serious harm. Still the spirit doesn't consider this being so useful now that it has been disarmed.
The spectral form of what appears to be a human man in his thirties or forties, dressed in a long leather coat, with a short sword at his side comes out of min. He regards you all with a look of pure hatred.
He unleashes a frightful moan that sends fear into your hearts. . All living creatures within a 30-foot spread must succeed on a dc 16 Will save or become panicked for 2d4 rounds.
If you fail you can roll how many rounds. If you succeed go ahead and post your actions for the round. Min you can act also, the command spell is ended and you are no longer under any influence other than your own and maybe alcohol.

Alright for the moment you have won, Min tried to do something and it didn't turn too well for him. Why don't you pause there for a second and try to tell us what happened to you and all the others here. Maybe we can do something that would help you all to find eternal peace?

but what if the ghost is just a dick? I mean, do good people usually become ghosts to protect their family heirlooms?
And Maximus family weapons would never be buried! We pass them down from father to son each generation when we complete our training in the ancient Maximus battle techniques! (except once when my great Auntie carried a blade. She had a mustache though so... kinda a man)

The spirit recoils from being struck and retaliates by tying to possess Gloin.
Gloin will save dc 17 to resist.
If you make the save you can each take a round on the ghost.
If he fails Gloin attacks Lilly and then you each get another round.

My weapon is't normally magical either its just a random MW weapon. But you can CLW on him it works to as undead are harmed by positive ernergy

on the plus side, unless the ghost has a ghost touch weapon he only does half damage to us, correct? Also, how many rounds has it been since min started running and gloin had the little chat? just one?

Looking back, I can't find any confirmation from our DM if the lit rock blinded me? But if we are going by attack roll, assuming I am FF the rock missed
