Miro starts to speak to the guards, reaching into his pocket for some coins for the 'toll'. As he sees the bomb arc towards them he sighs and gets ready to dodge away from likely newly-enraged guards. It looked like it was time for Plan B.

If aimed at the the middle guard. I am assuming I missed him. The bomb will do 1d6+3 points of dmg. splash dmg is 4 (min 1d6+3). If the folks in the splash area make the reflex save dc 14. They will only take 2pts of dmg.

Seeing that most of the enemies are helpless, I saunter up to where the melee just happened with my crowbar over my shoulder, " What were you thinking Kyroden? First I though you were going to give our Dwarven companions up to these people and then you nearly killed Miro! We can't just leave their ship either or the sailors will probably sail back to port and tattle. What are we going to do now?. I think we should take them as prisoners and use their boat to sneak up river. Tie up the guards can ransom them all back when we are done or use them to trade for the Dwarves or something and fish out the one that fell in the river."

If no one else moves to do it, Miro will secure the sleeping guards' weapons before they wake.

He furrows his brow, about to lay into Kyroden. After Icarus finishes, Miro sighs and lets it go. However boneheaded, the man hadn't actually intended to injure him, and misguided as it was had meant well. Except for the guards. He hadn't meant well for them.

"I like it not, my friends, but we have a duty here. These poor bastards were just doing their job, whatever their possible corruption or not, and we attacked them without provocation. I will not condone just leaving them to potentially die. I'd even prefer if one of you stronger fellows could fish that poor bastard out of the river, if you would. I say we bind them and put them in the hold. Kyroden here can take the first watch, since he so kindly initiated this mess. I will take second watch, as I am taking responsibility for them. As for the boat, I like Icarus' idea of taking this vessel. We likely will make it the rest of the way unmolested. We could even travel beside Passad's vessel and abandon it closer to the Inn. Or we could stow the boat and take our chances. On that I will go with group consensus."
