Round 2
The incorporeal can't be unless you've got a ghost touch weapon.
We've got some witchfires incoming. Incorporeal. A shining child as well. Both are immune to fire. SC is immune to blindness.
And with that, he gives a few gestures, says a few magic words, and disappears, stepping back into shadow, to reappear behind the Shining Child. Spell Combat, Dimension Door.
As he steps out of the darkness (at T19, 5 feet away from the SC) he barks a few quick words, stepping forward to attack head on.Spell Combat, Quickened Intensified Shocking Grasp, using the slot from Cone of Cold, and 5-foot step

Mlungisi Round 2
"Undead? This is my realm now."
Mlungisi runs forward towards where he can see the Eidolon as it falls to the ground. Waves of life energy roll out from him invigorating his wounded allies and assaulting the undead.
Using BoF for 30 ft movement bonus. Moving from B16 to M19.
Selective channeling to target all allies and undead only. 30 foot radius, DC 23 for undead to save for half damage.
7d6 ⇒ (3, 3, 1, 5, 1, 4, 1) = 18 healing to Darrt, Caarl, Eidolon and damage to undead in range.
AC: 26

Round 2
Darrt gasps in pain as his friend crashes to the ground and wounds open up on his own chest. Finding himself subsequently blinded he shouts in anger and stumbles forward with the intent to heal the eidolon.
Feeling Mlungisi's healing wash over him, he quickly shifts to a different chant.
"Thank you Oracle. It's time to show these fools what they're really up against."
Darrt's Action: Five foot step to K16, cast Greater rejuvenate eidolon
Healing: 5d10 + 13 ⇒ (3, 3, 7, 9, 3) + 13 = 38
Move action to load crossbow.
BoF used for +2 AC
Eidolon action: Use BoF to stand up as swift without provoking. Five foot step to N17, full attack on Clock 2

Darrt
AC: 17, 8, 17
Conditions: BoF, Blinded
Eidolon
AC: 30, 12, 27
hp: 40
Conditions: Enlarge person, witchflame (faerie fire, sickened, fire vulnerability)
Watcher Uatu
Dart is still blind.
50% miss chance to touch his eidolon buddy. 50 or below means that greater rejuvenation did not miss. Other wise the eidolon has 2 hp: 1d100 ⇒ 38
The eidolon destroys the 2nd clockwork soldier. It seem the momentum is not in the bad guys favor.
The Shining Child 5 foot steps away from Shakros, and releases another blinding light.
Darrt is already blind.
The eidolon has already made a successful save so it is safe for the next 24 hours.
Carl made a fort save earlier that I said he could use so he is safe.
Shakros and Mungsi you both need DC 25 fort saves.
He then send a ray of fire towards the eidolon.
Attack: 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (12) + 19 = 31
Damage: 10d6 ⇒ (2, 1, 1, 3, 3, 4, 2, 1, 4, 1) = 22 fire damage
That 22 points of damage is now 33 points of damage due to the earlier failed will saves.
Look at all those 1's and 2's. :(
--------------------------------------------------
Witchfire 1 5 foot steps and fires a ray at the eidolon
Witchfire 1
Attack: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (15) + 13 = 28
Damage: 8d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 5, 1, 3, 2, 4, 1) = 23 fire damage
That is another 33 points of damage. I think the eidolon is down again.
Witchfire 2 fires a ray at Darrt
Witchfire 2
Attack: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (19) + 13 = 32
Damage: 8d6 ⇒ (1, 3, 3, 1, 3, 3, 1, 2) = 17 fire damage
Darrt make a DC 22 Will save. It is not mind affecting.
------------------------------------------
Huurk, Bolederin, and Carl you are up.
PS:I just noticed Huurk has not posted since Friday and you(the party) is still doing well. I will throw in an extra fight to make up for him missing this one if none of you mind.
Caarl
Round 2
BoF grants Extra attack
Mwahaha! Puny clock men! i barly felt a thing!
DR 19/- reduces damage to 2. Channel heals 2 and grants 13 temp.
"The Spirits truly favor me this day!"
5 ft step to R19 Full Attack on W2
Attack: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (9) + 17 = 26

Attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21
Damage: 2d6 + 28 ⇒ (1, 1) + 28 = 30
hopeing blinding burst isnt at will, but just incase.
fort: 1d20 + 22 ⇒ (4) + 22 = 26
Watcher Uatu
Darrt the blindness is permanent. You either need a the remove blindness deafness spell or you need to make it to the safe house.
Mlungisi is correct. It does have to be spells.
I can't find in the book where it says a rod counts as a weapon. For this fight it is ok so we can keep things moving though.
Mlungisi
Our turn again I think
Mlungisi Round 3
Taking +2 to attack, ac, reflex saves for BoF
Mlungisi reaches down and rests his hands upon the Eidolon. Life giving energy blazes around his hands.
Mlungisi casts heal on the Eidolon. It gains 130 HP putting at full health +13 temporary HP.
Moves from M19 to O19
AC: 28
Spells used:
6th/1
4th/1

BoF: 11 rounds remaining
Shakros
Round 3
Shakros casts an Intensified Shocking Grasp, giving up Illusion of calm. He will also cast a quickened Intensified shocking grasp, giving up greater bladed dash.
He then 5-foot steps to S17, striking at the SC, and any remaining attacks will go to the WF, after he spends 2 Arcane pool points from his Black Blade to deal force damage. Actually, he can just do that at the beginning of the round. I feel pretty good the SC won't survive.
Force spells and effects, such as from a magic missile, affect an incorporeal creature normally.
What I'm gathering from this is that I would be able to crit. After all, they are able to be crit with a ghost touch weapon, so it isn't simply immunity to crits.
Intensified SG Damage: 1d6 + 17 + 10d6 ⇒ (1) + 17 + (6, 6, 3, 5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 4, 3) = 63
Intensified SG crit confirm: 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (11) + 23 = 34
Intensified SG crit Damage: 1d6 + 17 + 10d6 ⇒ (1) + 17 + (5, 6, 1, 4, 1, 1, 4, 5, 3, 1) = 49

Quickened Intensified SG damage: 1d6 + 17 + 10d6 ⇒ (4) + 17 + (5, 1, 2, 3, 5, 5, 5, 5, 6, 2) = 60
Blessing of Fervor Attack: 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (3) + 23 = 26
Blessing of Fervor Damage: 1d6 + 17 ⇒ (3) + 17 = 20
1st iterative attack: 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (14) + 23 = 37

Second Iterative attack: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (16) + 18 = 34
Second iterative damage: 1d6 + 17 ⇒ (3) + 17 = 20
Second Iterative Crit Confirm: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (20) + 18 = 38
Second Iterative Crit Damage: 1d6 + 17 ⇒ (2) + 17 = 19
Darrt
There isn't a whole lot I can do against the incorporeal guys, so I'll just stand next to the rest of you so you have a +2 to AC.
Darrt's Actions: Full move into the safe house.
Eidolon: BoF for +2 AC. Move to Q16. Total defense action.
Darrt: Irrelevant. He's in the safe house.
Eidolon
AC: 38, 20, 17
hp: 95 +13 temp
Conditions Witchfire, Enlarge person
Again, anyone standing next to the eidolon gets a +2 shield bonus to AC and +2 to saving throws.
Watcher Uatu
I will rule that the rod can not be drawn in the next fight as a weapon.
Shakros: Shocking Grasp is not a force spell or effect. That is why it can not crit, and the creature only takes half damage from it.
--------------------------------------------------------
Holy wall of text that Shining Child is dead and so is the witchfire.
[ooc] I am almost done with the 3nd encounter setup. It should be posted within the next 24 hours
Caarl you are up.
Mlungisi
I will rule that the rod can not be drawn in the next fight as a weapon.
For me I'm always starting the fight with my metamagic rod in hand. (my +1 morningstar is for show mostly - and if we get really desperate and I'm the last one alive and the last monster is almost dead...)
Shakros
CAst Intensified, Empowered Shocking Grasp, giving up Force Hook charge. If it remains after full attack, quickened Shocking Grasp, not intensified, giving up a DDoor.
5-foot step. Commence wall of attacks on W1.
Intensified, Empowered SG attack: 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (10) + 21 = 31
Intensified, Empowered SG Damage: 1d6 + 17 + 15d6 ⇒ (2) + 17 + (4, 4, 2, 4, 1, 3, 1, 1, 4, 1, 5, 2, 1, 2, 4) = 58

Quickened SG Damage: 1d6 + 17 + 5d6 ⇒ (2) + 17 + (6, 6, 1, 3, 5) = 40
Watcher Uatu
Shakros finishes the last monster.
Darrt the safe house will remove your blindness. The heal spell will fix it also.
...ability damage, blinded, confused, dazed, dazzled, deafened, diseased, exhausted, fatigued, feebleminded, insanity, nauseated, poisoned, sickened, and stunned...
Get back to me here or by PM. I will then post the next fight.
You would still be allowed to fight in the the gauntlet for whatever comes up after the next fight.
Watcher Uatu
The battlefield is a rocky area, but it does not impede movement. There are obstacles on the field that take the form of deep chasms filled with boiling water. These are the red areas on the map.
You also see 5 creatures on the map. The ones that are taking up the blue squares look like snakes, but they have arms and are wielding scimitars.
The creature marked a "B" looks like it might be incorporeal. It has claws instead of normal hands, and it eyes glow with sinister red hue.
The creature marked as "AS" appears to be feminine, but she had 3 heads, and six arms. She also has a longsword, a kukri, and a heavy pick.
The last creature marked as H appears to be elven in appearance, but it had dark skin and is wearing breastplate armor, and a strange necklace.

BoF is not going to hit everyone unless we get closer together before I cast it. All targets must be within 30 feet of each other. Currently either Huuurk and Shakros need to move closer to Darrt, or Darrt and Eidolon need to move closer to Huuurk.
