Though not an outright kill, it's enough to drop him a few feet from his position from impact.

Elsa finishes off the last duergar.
As the last duergar hits the ground, covered in ice from chest to his face, the final sounds of picks on gems and rock stop.
Looks of disbelief and excitement are all around, and cheers erupt from from about a dozen and a half prisoners.
Those with a decently high perception, will notice the burly guy being stoic, instead of joyous.
Scattered throughout this mine, are several carts with gems.
There is also a chest, but that one will turn out to be locked.
Disable Device 20, you could try and force the lock with a DC 23 str check, or maybe something else.

Speaking in Undercommon, then Dwarven, Burdock speaks to the others. "You are free from the slavery of the duergar!"
At the chest, Burdock looks at the others. "I can see if I can magically manipulate the chest to weaken its bindings."
I tried this before GM, not sure how you want to rule using warp wood to mess with the chest. Ideally, I'd like to move the wood so the lock is useless or easier to bash open.

A sack the size of a yellow melon lies within, as well as a dagger of unusual craft.
This is a +1 dagger, with a variant dwarven bane quality.
1d8 extra, instead of 2d6.

Moving this along. Nothing since sat 29th gameplay.
You make the trek back without a hitch. Exiting the tunnel, you notice any wooden objects missing from the stone field ahead.
In the distance, a few braziers shine low light upon the ramparts of the outer wall.
Grint can make out 8 sentries present. Security has been increased since you last were here.

You start 140 feet from the wall and gate.
Every 40 feet there are 2 places to take cover behind, granting +2 AC vs the higher grounded enemies.
The wall is 20ft high, with ramparts providing cover for the duergar.
Any preps, go ahead. If 2 are ready, we can start.
