Iolana Banderosi |

Indeed we're not!
As Stanley's familiar crawls over her, Iolana's breathing slows...and steadies.
I'm stable, but still at -11.

DM_Darkmeer |

Vesnik flits here and there on Chavana, holding and pinching various bleeding places, stabilizing the priestess, whose ragged breaths can be heard even with the din of battle. Dario's thrust into the disabled rogue goes wide, and he steps back to drink his potion.
Leeka, stands up and can act She will have two actions this round to keep things moving.. Byron's swing into the skeletal wolf goes wide as well.
The retaliation goes as follows:
The two wolves tear into Byron, with one getting through his defenses. Palaveen steps into another blow for Colgrim. The two spellcasters attempt to keep both Colgrim and Stanley out of the fight (sorry guys!) DC 13 or Dazed. And the Tiefling rogue working on Colgrim's back takes a stab at Dario, his blade finding its home in Dario's ribcage, dropping him to the ground, bleeding!

After a creature has been dazed by this spell, it is immune to the effects of this spell for 1 minute.
Stanley looks to Iolana, seeing that Vesnik has her and she may need much more ministering to return as a viable ally in this fight. He stresses momentarily, before instead force-feeding the potion in his hand to the newly dropped Dario.
5' to Dario
Full-round, force feed potion of CLW to Dario 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9

Leeka Fullbottle |

Leeka sends a shuriken at the guy trying to drink the potion.
Shuriken: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24

That should have been enough to take him down before he could drink it.
This round, she sends a shuriken at the other injured tiefling.
Shuriken: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17
Damage: 1d2 ⇒ 1

Byron Radanavich |

@DM_Darkmeer: I 5' stepped last round to try and get closer to a tiefling. If, after another 5' step this round, I can melee one of them, this attack will be directed into a tiefling. Otherwise, I guess it will be into a wolf.
Greatsword: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20, for 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (3, 1) + 6 = 10 damage.

Dario Westone |

Dario gasps as the potion heals the vast majority of his wounds. "Thanks, Stanley. I think you'd better keep Colgrim and Byron standing too." The Professor stands and grabs his rapier again.
I think standing back up and getting his weapon is a full round's worth.

DM_Darkmeer |

Yes, Stanley, you are correct! Both of the wizards made a hasty and poor decision! Colgrim's will save will be counted as his attack roll, but no flanking as Dario was down.
Colgrim's blow takes the errant Tiefling out, while Byron steps one more step from the wolves, hovering near Dario and slices into the Tiefling about to deliver a finishing blow into Byron as Stanley moves to Dario. Leeka's shuriken takes the potion out of the Tiefling's hand and, after Colgrim's blow, the tiefling falls to the ground! Leeka's next shuriken goes into Ostengo.
Palaveen presses the attack into Colgrim and the wolves follow Byron, attempting wolfpack 'tactics' as best as mindless undead do. Sadly, none of them connect, and the party is allowed a brief reprieve from the lashing out of the Tieflings.
Ostengo and Vethamer attempt to cast Daze on each of Leeka and Byron (DC 13).

Just letting you guys know I'm still reading. Keep up the good fight! ^.^

Stanley Sydell |

Stanley wants to look on with hope, but he is concerned that he should not be ready to rejoice just yet. Instead, he tries to hinder the leader as he moves closer to Colgrim. Turning to Palaveen he warns, "You have pressed your luck against the faithful. You were given an opportunity for peaceful resolution, now you and yours are faltering."

Will: 1d20 - 1 + 2 ⇒ (19) - 1 + 2 = 20.
Byron manages to shake-off the effects of the attempt to daze him, and steps towards one of the casters.
5' step, that is. If I can reach one of them, this attack will be directed into one of them; otherwise, into one of the wolves.
Nodding his thanks to Leeka, Byron brings his blade around in a powerful blow!
Greatsword (assuming the target is affected by the dirty trick): 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22, for 2d6 + 6 + 1d6 ⇒ (3, 3) + 6 + (4) = 16 damage.

DM_Darkmeer |

Slight alteration to Leeka... Leeka's dirty trick won't work so well on the Wolves, but it does work on the remaining spellcasters, for three rounds!
Leeka flies over to the Vethamer, whom had tried to daze Dario, blinding him. Dario launches himself into Ostengo, causing a grievous wound into the spellcaster! While not exactly a good thing, Byron's swing crushes the shoulder of the wolf skeleton, dropping it to the floor for but a moment as it attempts to bite back!
Palaveen resists the spell cast upon him by Stanley and then swings into Colgrim's shield quite solidly. Vethamer tries, and fails to hit Leeka, and Ostengo stabs at Dario fruitlessly. The remaining wolf skeletons take down Byron, with the one with the crushed shoulder doing the final honors.
As a note, the party has the following combatants: Palaveen, Ostengo, Vethamer, and two wolf skeletons! As a GM, in the party's weakened state, Palaveen will use his unholy burst. I find this to be a jerky move, so I will not be doing that, as it would kill Iolana, even with a save, and it could be very bad for the rest. I want to see the party succeed! That, and Palaveen would lose a number of very good meat shields/

Byron, a fortitude save to stabilize please.
Colgrim slashes into the Tiefling cleric, getting around his defenses, even as Leeka takes down one of the two skeletal wolves! Ostengo deftly dodges around Dario's blade, while Stanley's hex hits Palaveen Save included this time!
Palaveen retaliates at Colgrim, swinging his Morningstar heavily into the Dwarven Dottari, connecting around his shield this time. The remaining wolf skeleton fails to take a bite out of Leeka. Ostengo stabs back at Dario, but his wounds make it too difficult to connect past Dario's excellent defense, while Vethamer takes a step back and clears his eyes of the grime that Leeka had thrown there.

Now that he has finally managed to get the fickle hand of fate to determine Palaveen is destined for the Boneyard, Stanley enacts his final act on beneficence. I'm still rooting for Byron to make the save! Leeka will need a second 5' step to reach Palaveen, but the wolf could use a flurry hit. Leeka will need a save as well :(

He may yet live, and be standing, but he's certainly not going to be harrying anyone. Leeka moves closer towards Palaveen, the nearest Tiefling, and flurries into the wolf.
The wolf, for its part, bites Leeka viciously, shaking the poor halfling and leaving her unconscious body in a heap. Palaveen presses his attack, unsuccessfully past Colgrim's shield, and Vethamer rushes into Dario to 'avenge' the rasping Ostengo, stabbing with wild eyes unsuccussfully.

Stanley Sydell |

Stanley sees the skeletal creature tear into the somewhat meek halfling, and he decides that he has to do something. It's then that he realizes, that he wields the power of Pharasma, in the ability to heal with a touch. He focuses his Goddess' hatred of the risen dead, using his healing as a blight against the negative energies surrounding the skeleton.

Vesnik, being almost as smart as the dwarf, notices that Byron has not moved recently. The bird flits over to the man and tries to determine whether he needs to guide his spirit to his meeting with Pharasma yet. If not, he will pluck wads of cotton from the man's clothing and try to press them into open wounds.

If someone knows of one of the current enemy I didn't use it on, please let me know.

Vethamer spent his prior round wiping the grime out of his eyes, so he didn't deal with the blindness. And leeka is correct if the will save fails, the wolf will be gone.
Dario deftly steps beyond Vethamer's reach, stabbing deeply into the Tiefling's body, even as Stanley uses Pharasma's gift to elminate the final skeletal wolf. Palaveen, the fanatic that he is, keeps swinging at Colgrim, screaming that the Dottari are part of the problem, and the Tieflings ARE the solution. Unfortunately, his morningstar keeps hitting the stalwart Dwarf's shield.

Palaveen - Slumber, Evil Eye (Saves, AC)
Stanley gets his bearings in the fight, seeing that the numbers are actually dwindling, he has a better chance to take stock of what needs to be done. Looking at the injured and slightly retreated caster, Stanley tries to coax him to assured inaction. "It hurts, doesn't it? You can feel your life fading, as Pharasma begins to call you. Lie down, rest your weary head, and maybe she won't welcome you into the Grey this day."
Turning to his bird companion, Stanley simply says "Leeka." To which the bird simply cocks its head as if nodding. It hops up and flits over to the halfling, wadding her wounds as best his little shape will allow.
