That's what I asked a confirmation for last time too. Now you cannot get mad at me, understand?
Donovan steps forward and a glowing glyph appears on the ground for a moment before sending a blaze of terror through his mind.
Donovan, roll Will.

Donovan Egoblade |

1d20 + 11 ⇒ (8) + 11 = 19
I'm not sure if I have any bonus... Can't check my class features right now (I'm in the subway).
EDIT:Argh! I keep f###ing up my post! Stupid public transportation! :P

Rynjin |

You couldn't roll one lower? =p
Edit: That used to be an 8, guy.
Donovan fights off the effects of the latent Psionic intrusion someone laid into the rocks.
However, mere moments later, you have more pressing problems.
From the holes in the walls come a veritable SWARM of small, purplish slugs, alongside a few much larger versions of the same (neary four feet in length).
The ones behind you and adjacent are steadily dropping worms, but the ones ahead seem clear, for now.
Currently on the field behind you is a swarm of the smaller creatures, and two of the larger ones. Kn. Arcana or Psionics identifies. All are about 10 feet behind the rear member of the party (Thetsu), though sticking around this spot may very well mean another swarm is going to pop out onto all of you.
4d20 ⇒ (14, 20, 18, 2) = 54
3d20 ⇒ (4, 6, 8) = 18
Dorla (27)
Donovan (23)
Thetsu (22)
Flesh Harrower (11)
Flesh Harrower (9)
Puppeteer Swarm (6)
Ugash (3)
Dorla, Donovan, and Thetsu are up.
Current scenario looks a bit like this (10 foot wide tunnel):
Big Worm -> Swarm/big Worm (Adjacent) -->Thetsu ->Dorla->Ugash->Donovan

Edit: That used to be an 8, guy.
Argh! I know! I noticed I had forgotten to add my bonus, so I edited my post to add the +11, but then, I accidentally made it a +110. Then, I edited it again and thought I had fixed it... Only to realize I had erased the wrong "0", making it 1d2+110... So I fixed it again. And this time it was 1d2+11... -.-'. I took me yet another try to finally make it 1d20+11
Rynjin |

You flee like wee baby men wise adventurers, the cave nearly filling up behind you, though the tide seems to have slowed.
There are now three swarms and six of the large worms, but that may be the end of it.
Thankfully, the swarms seem quite slow, moving only about 10 feet in the time it takes you to run 30 or more. The larger worms are twice as fast, but still slower than you.
Unfortunately, in your haste to escape from the advancing worms, you triggered a trap that caused the floor to collapse.
Everyone but Dorla make me a DC 20 Reflex save. Failure indicates you fall 60 feet down into a 20x20 pit and take 6d6 ⇒ (2, 4, 3, 1, 3, 6) = 19 falling damage. Success means you either stop yourself before falling in, or leap over the pit (but only if you're capable of jumping 20 feet).
The worm swarms are 4 rounds behind you, the large worms only two.
In case Lemmy is about to say something, remember that you need to make a specific Move action to search for traps, which is why you didn't get one.

I'll still say that that is one of the most idiotic rules in the game... It means you could have a pink bear trap the size of an actual bear in a grey corridor and the character wouldn't be allowed a Perception roll because she didn't use a move action... You can automatically detect an invisible bee in a dark room if your Perception is good enough, but not the neon-bright giant bear trap. Riiight... Additionally, all it does is force the player to keep saying "I look for traps". I makes no sense and adds nothing but a "voice tax" to the game.

Dorla |
Dorla flys down to Ugash to see what he needs. She can make fly or levitate to get him out of the pit, as well as any healing needed.
Sorry guys, I'm not going to be posting much for the next few days, I'm moving to a different state. I'll try to check in during the evening if the hotels have wifi. If fighting is needed, Dorla uses bombs on things, especially swarms. Her dex/AC bonuses from mutagen are not included in posted stats.

Rynjin |

Well, I don't use it as a "gotcha" most of the time. I generally assume you're looking for traps in any given scenario, but in this case you were fleeing from an advancing foe, so didn't really have time to look around. Also I'm pretty sure you need a Move for the invisible thing too, though that point is moot here since I do always just run it as Stealth vs Perception (a reactive check). Still a Move to PINPOINT the invisible bee in a dark room though.
Dorla flies down to see to Ugash. He's injured, but his thick Half-Orc head absorbed most of the blow.
Remember it would take you a whole minute to brew up an Extract you don't already have Prepared.
Is Donovan going to leap OVER the pit, or stop before it? I ask because you'd need to roll the Acrobatics in this case, since you'd fail on a 1 with only a +18 Acrobatics.

Rynjin |

So I take that as permission for me to roll it.
1d20 ⇒ 17
Donovan leaps over the pit to join Thetsu.
I would have laughed quite hard if it'd been a 1.
The tide of worms moves closer.
Swarms 3 rounds away, big worms 1 (from the pit).
So, Donovan and Thetsu are over the pit, Ugash and Dorla are in it. Go.

Dorla |
Dorla has cure potions of several varieties. Some belong to everyone since they came out of the skags. What does Ugash need?
Dorla gives Ugash a cure potion (size of his choice). Then she flies up from the pit and throws a bomb at a swarm, trying to get another in the splash damage if possible.
1d20 + 13 ⇒ (15) + 13 = 28
4d6 + 7 ⇒ (4, 2, 5, 3) + 7 = 21
I'm still travelling tomorrow and the next day, so I can't check in very often. I've included stats with mutagen in my block, I can't find how long the mutagen lasts and I don't have access to most of my resources.
edited based on posts from others while I was typing...
edit again: I should have used 14 instead of 13 for attack roll.

Rynjin |

When I roll Reflex, don't I get to choose which side of the pit I end up?
Not that I know of. Have a rules citation? Create Pit just says you end up in the nearest open space.
@Dorla: Mutagen lasts 10 minutes a level (so 80 minutes, or an hour and 20 minutes).
Dorla disintegrates a swarm with a single toss of her Bomb.

Donovan Egoblade |

I don't know if there is any rule specifying one way or another... I just always allowed it because... Well... Why not?
In the case of the Create Pit spells, it does say the character goes to the nearest open space... Which can be as many as 5 different squares. :P

Rynjin |

Thetsu brings Ugash another 15 feet up.
The tide of worms moves ever closer, and Dorla tosses another bomb...though the swarm seems to move with one mind and purpose, and ar quite swift, dodging the majority of the explosion and merely catching the splash. It stays incorporated as a result.
Reflex: 1d20 ⇒ 20
Ugash, Thetsu, and Donovan again.

Dorla |
I just wanted to make it clear that at least in my mind, I'm in the air on the same side of the pit as the worms. I did this because my bombs are best at really close range, but right now it's important because I'm hoping it keeps the enemies away from the pit long enough for Ugash to get out of the pit safely. With the ceiling at 10 ft, I'm not very high in the air, but hopefully still out of easy reach.

Donovan Egoblade |

"Well, let's move on and hope those worms can't climb any faster than Ugash... The wait doesn't seem to have made them any friendlier."

Rynjin |

I've been assuming you've been tossing a Bomb and then moving back the next round once they get within attack range.
Luckily, the swarms are the only ones with a "ranged attack" they can use on you (and they have to double move) and the bigger worms have been buffing. Sticking around after this round, however, is ill-advised. Since the ceiling is only 10 feet tall, creatures can still reach you.
Ugash makes it to the top, leaving Ugash, Thetsu, and Donovan 40 feet down the corridor from Dorla, who is 10 feet away from the worms.

Thetsu |

"Lets leg it!" Thetsu says and begins moving down the hall whilst cautiously looking for traps.
Perception: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (9) + 16 = 25

Rynjin |

Yep, Chirrup's good for trap searching.
Another 30 feet down the hall is another trap that would cause a wall to slam shut, blocking your escape.
There is, however, a side passage you could take...though common sense would dictate whatever lies that direction is likely to be unpleasant.
Anyone with Disable Device?

Dorla |
Yep, Dorla has +16 on disable device. Also, Chirrup has +10. Are familiars allowed to aid another on a skill check? If so, Chirrup takes 10 to aid another, I assume 20 is enough to aid another. If Dorla also takes 10, that gives 10+16+2 or a total of 28 on the disable device check.
I'm assuming that this is a basic trap, not a magic trap that only a rogue can disable.

Rynjin |

Three sensors on each wall. From the slight sound, they're bowing air at the middle. Any significant interruption of the air flow triggers the trap.
You cannot Take 10 on Aid Another checks, but a 26 makes it anyway.
Dorla looks around, and manages to notes a small pin-point button on the underside of one of the sensors. Pushing a needle inside that disables the trap.
