Are you ok with Scopes? (They decrease range penalties by 1 per increment). Also, Bayonets?
For the revolver-rifle, I was thinking the stats for the [url=http://www.d20pfsrd.com/equipment---final/weapons/firearms/modern-firearms]Rifle, Mosin-Nagant M1891[/ulr] would work best? Not the price, obviously, but the rest of the stats are basically the basic rifle with a 5 bullet chamber.

4d6 - 1 ⇒ (6, 1, 4, 2) - 1 = 12
4d6 - 4 ⇒ (5, 4, 5, 6) - 4 = 16
4d6 - 2 ⇒ (5, 2, 6, 6) - 2 = 17
4d6 - 2 ⇒ (5, 6, 2, 5) - 2 = 16
4d6 - 1 ⇒ (4, 5, 1, 2) - 1 = 11
4d6 - 1 ⇒ (3, 1, 2, 4) - 1 = 9
Wealth: 3d6 ⇒ (3, 6, 1) = 100*8= 800gp
A very decent set of stats.
So. I want to petition to you for a chance to play a goblin, this one specifically. In a nutshell he is a goblin feral gnasher (barbarian) with the Eat Anything racial trait and the Corpse Canabal trait.
Gamewise he will start out as a natural attacker and transition into a grappler as he levels up.
Fluffwise I am thinking that he was hired out by one of the countries in a "body disposal" profession, he would take the bodies left over from war or somesuch and bury them (with a few bites missing).
Now that there has been a plague going on he has become very rich and sought after (hence the 800gp) and he was selected to go explore the cididel due to has naturally resistant fortitude, and if any of his allies were to fall, he could lay them to rest (with a few bites missing, of course).
Thinking about it, I also really like your crafting rules, I might have to branch off into some mundane crafting after Lvl 1 :)
Edit: more thoughts on him.
He will be both a gravedigger and a spellless Cleric (not the class) for Pharasma. His job is to bury the bodies of the disceased and everytime someone dies he will say a quick prayer for them (he could be praying a lot...). He will have a skill Rank in both Religion and Profession: gravedigger. He will also have the Rough and Ready trait and fight with his shovel, or a quick bite. Actually I might not go with grappling and instead go with improvised weapons as the focus.
I am starting to really like the sound of this little guy, and I am going to really enjoy writing him up! :)

Here's the crunch for my character, Joshua Strange, pronounced Strounge. Will have a proper background up at some point today.

Moneez |

Well I was planning on taking the Rough and Ready Trait already (and a rank in profession: Gravedigger) but I do like the Humble Beginnings trait, I hadnt seen that one before :)
About how much would I have to spend to improve my shovel? I have up to 400gp to turn it into a turbo-powered, gold-plated digging implement XD
When you use a tool of your trade (requiring at least 1 rank in the appropriate Craft or Profession skill) as a weapon, you do not take the improvised weapon penalty and instead receive a +1 trait bonus on your attack. This trait is commonly used with shovels, picks, blacksmith hammers, and other sturdy tools — lutes and brooms make terribly fragile weapons.

mdt |

A common shovel is 8 lbs. Probably 5 lbs of metal and 3 lbs of wood.
With 400gp, about all you could do is get cold iron for the blade, make it masterwork, and make the handle greenwood.
Down the road, I'd replace the shovel itself with living steel, then it can regrow itself if damaged. Alternately, mithral, to make it even harder. It's not so much attack effects, you don't want your shovel destroyed.

Rhoman Ke |

Make sure you get the 'Tom and Jerry' enchantment, so a big "pow" bubble pops up whenever you hit someone with it. Besides marking your place on the battlefield, a shovel with this enchantment can temporarily warp space and time around it, even causing the shovel-stricken foes face to become shovel-shaped (a more common example would be an average household iron or frying pan).

Okay lets do level 6. Everyone!
All Characters will start at level 6!
Also, make sure you make note of what Nation your character will hail from. I am positive your already on it Adornis, but just want to remind everyone that they will have a background done before the end of recruitment to still be considered for the campaign!

Op, another good question I should've covered.
Normally I either Max HP or Roll it. But seeing how dicey the paizo dice can be, I will settle for Average + Con. (Would suck if the fighter got five 1 rolls...)
Also, I normally don't use WBL due to the situations that arise in my homebrews. As of the current situations in the world, wealth is scarce and money is becoming a very precious thing. So to answer your question, do not use WBL for 6th level.

Alright let me make some adjustments

Adornis Vrastoyllar |

Here is my bakground.
Sorry for concordance/spelling mistakes, English is not my first language
Adornis was born the small town of High Cliff, a gnome town in the province of Hilta on the kingdom of Ferralathia. Since he was a small child, Adornis knew he was not like his friends: he disliked the wild places, the mischievous tricks and all the chaotic nature of his kin; he was focused, determined and brilliant. His friends used to say that Adornis was born with two hundred years old.
As soon as he had the chance, Adornis run away from his town and family aboard a merchant caravan traveling towards Guzzathan, where he worked as an apprentice of the not yet famous Master Artisan Grimbolg Högbart. Grimbolg would be regarded as a brilliant engineer, but, in truth, he was just a drunk bastard; Adornis was the real mind behind Högbart’s Amazing Shop.
When Adornis saved some gold from his work, he left Grimbolg and enrolled himself on the Great Academy of Jaartha, in Redale. The brightest student of his time, Adornis became the first gnome to assume the chair of a professor in Jaartha and, a couple of years later, the dean. His field of study was ancient history and, when working on another thesis, he found evidence of the dark future that Dillium Das represented.
Adornis tried countless times to convince a series of governors to listen to him with no avail. Seeing no other solution, Adornis decided to prepare himself for the future disaster. He left Jaartha and for thirteen years he trained on his house at the Blue Mountains. When he finally left his home, he was a different man.
Back to Ferralathia, Adornis when to visit the Imperial Palace, where he stole a considerable amount of treasure, leaving behind only a mysterious note. With the stolen gold, he went to the merchant city of Baalbark, in Guzzathan, where he loaned a huge amount of gold, putting the stole treasure as warranty.
With the gold from the banks of Baalbark, Adornis moved to Vilkas, the capital of Ferralathia and started to build the famed House of Ink, a small house filled with brilliant traps that would change every time anyone entered the house. But what made the House of Ink famous was that instead of killing its challengers, it would just paint them. As the years passed, no one ever was able to win Adornis challenge, but it made him rich, rich enough to pay his debt in Baalbark.
When the decision of the emergency council was made, the Emperor of Ferralathia issued an order for the bravest warriors in all the empire to present themselves. Knowing he would not have a chance, Adornis requested an audience with the Emperor. To the audience, Adornis brought the long time stolen treasure, an act the mostly intrigued the Emperor: why after so many years, would the thief give the treasure back? To this question Adornis answered that it was necessary to build the House of Ink, the perfect training for those who would enter Dillium Das.
The Emperor ordered then that every warrior that presented himself to the challenge should enter the House of Ink. After a great number of failures, the Emperor himself decided to try, but insisted that Adornis entered with him, and, for his surprise, both of them emerged victorious. This way, Adornis was chosen as the champion of Ferralathia, not because he was strong or brave, but because he was smart and, if the other champions hoped a chance to survive in Dillium Das, they would need Adornis.
On my background I assumed a lot, so if changes are needed, no problem at all!
I also need some help with languages... Adornis will speak 13 of them

Lvl 6, time to upgrade :)
Also, just to re-ask, I have 400ish gold to spend on my shovel, is there anything in paticular that I could give it? Otherwise I will just make it Mwk for 50 gp (meaning it gives +2 to my profession skill, not attack) and hopefully that will be enough to keep it from breaking :)

Moneez |

Now that we are 6th level, and I gain Improvised Weapon mastery for free, the Rough and ready trait becomes redundant, so ill remove that.
However, I just had an evil thought, and I am wondering if you would allow it.
I was thinking of taking the Lesser Hurling rage power, as my little goblin picks up anything he can find, and sometimes chucks it at those in the vicinity, then I remembered about the Two Handed Thrower feat, and I was wondering if I could combine the two.
It would end up with me being able to pick up a tiny sized object with both hands and throwing it as a standard action, dealing 1d6 damage per 10 feet thrown +1 1/2 my strength as damage. (So still not very strong)
What do you think?
Edit: they also get a ref save to halve the damage, so theres that :p

Let me think on that. Also for the power, I'm okay with you combining the two :)

Are we adjusting the price of firearms then? Otherwise, none of us will ever be able to afford a second firearm. Given they are 4000 to 8000 GP. Even with blacksmithing, we can't afford to build them.
For that matter, we could level dip into gunslinger, sell the MW gun we get, and have 2000 to 4000gp under the current setup.

Moneez |

Sweet, then I will do that. Ill get power attack at lvl 7 most likely.
Time to get my tiny feasting terror onto paper >:D
Edit: So grappling with the numbers a bit (pun intended) and I realize that I REALLY need power attack otherwise i do next to no damage... So I opted to take Imp Grapple at lvl 7 if/when I get there :P
Thankfully Grab lets me grapple without provoking so I should be ok there...

@mdt: You make a good point. Not use to running with fire arms. I'm reconsidering the wealth start and I think you make a very valid point. Lets go ahead and give everyone a starting wealth of 10k gold.
Does this sound good? It's 6k under the standard WBL which will still emulate the poor economy and crippling uselessness of the currency.
Apologies for keeping on mixing things up for everyone!

Rhoman Ke |

10k definitely puts a different spin on things. Being from Huth'han, I was thinking of providing light combat trained horses for everyone. Not sure how useful they'll be in the long run, but what's the worst that could happen?
Being at level 6 also changes things...Magus (Eldritch Scion) picks a Bloodrager bloodline, and I'm having a tough time deciding. any suggestions, all?
