Something lurks beyond the beacons, awaiting to be stirred. Many hunt throughout the galaxy to find answers, to seek knowledge or to plunger and conquer. Many have good intentions while others may seek totalitarian control.
The Expedition, a new guild who liken themselves to the Starfinder Society, has recently formed with quite a large financial support. It's been developing a prototype carrier that can almost be called a star citadel, capable of housing and carrying thousands of brave souls and many starships within its hull where many carriers can only hold fighters, the Exodus could hold upwards of 40 Explorers and several destroyers along with its own massive compliment of fighters. Previously seen as an impossible endeavor, the starship has made history within the Pact Worlds. Adorned with the latest technology and a full compliment it sets out on a long journey to map the unknown space in the Vast. Well armed and ready to encounter anything the galaxy may find throwing at it.
What they will find is unknown, as it sets its maiden voyage from Absolum station. Many of its crew applied to the voyage, finding a home for many reasons, known or unknown. Many who joined The Expedition has not a single credit to their name but found upon approval, they were given a stipend to purchase a starship and dock it to the Exodus. If they were not a fully fledged crew themselves, they were given one pulled from many of the applicants who still needed a role.
Everyone strapped in for the adventure as the drift engines warmed up. Buckling down for the adventure they could never dream of.
