So Dorn will snag the +1 Shield cloak. It's equal to his current shield so if anyone else wants it then feel free. But if not, he'll use it for now just because it's interesting. :)
Also:
Scroll of Barkskin
Mwk Warhammer
And 1 of the clw potions(Kaleb can snag the other 2).

Javell DeLeon |

Welp, he ain't getting any deader! Let's go hunt us some orcs, folks! Yee-haw! ;)
Sorry, I couldn't help myself. I stole part of it from The Emperor's New Groove. Great movie by the way. I highly recommend it.
And the last part I stole from my brother. In an RL game a few years ago, my brother-in-law's pc died in battle(fortunately we got him raised) and we were all around his fallen body distraught while my brother(playing a ranger) was running around chasing fleeing ogres busting out with, "Whoo-hoo! I got me another 'un!" :)

Off again for another oilfield vacation on Monday - though this time it'll be for three weeks. So will be incognito from the 5th through to the 27th September. This 'should' be the last offshore stint with this client though, so hopefully my company will pick up some office work come October and I'll get an extended stint back in KL.
Once again apologies for the intermittent and sporadic involvement... though again hopefully it'll improve after this trip.

AK has determined that his current work schedule doesn't allow him the time to participate fully in the game, a fact which, while unwelcome, is probably unsurprising to anyone.
Kaleb, therefore, is going to be accepted as a volunteer with the expeditionary force, on the strength of his dwarven training and relationship with Omast Frum. That will leave the active PCs behind in Trunau (where the plot-relevant action is), while also allowing the possibility of AK rejoining the game (and Kaleb returning to Trunau) in the future, should his schedule slacken appreciably.

Farewell again Alex :-)
And, just a reminder to the rest of you once more because character conflict is so hard to separate from player conflict, I'm okay with what your characters have said and done. I'm using Marikel to question your actions but I'm okay with your answers.
Marikel has a high wisdom and charisma, so I want him to be likable. But I also want to show his imperfections. After all, there are reasons why he's not a Paladin. :-)
Of course, as hand picked players of Joana, I figure you guys already know that and won't take things personally. But if you ever feel my playing up of Marikel's faults is detracting from the game, please let me know.
Fun first. :-)

Vhailor Falk |

It's ok Marikel... I've dried away my tears :P
I've got the ultimate recourse anyway... Phil could just convince Braddon to do something questionable "No no Braddon, it's critical - you can't drop the kipper until after the cheese hits the floor."
Vhailor needs an ear smack everynow and then anyhow.
7 more days floating around till I'm back in earnest

Marikel Selentin |

Marikel had his (unproductive) rant. :-)
Happy to move on unless someone wants to try following the Councillor against Marikel's better judgement. :-)
And yes Mark... I am trying a much less easy going character with Marikel. He'd probably be happy to see Braddon suffer. :-)

Sorry; that's something that could easily take up a week of posts back or forth, succeed or fail, while the other players have nothing to contribute. I don't mind splitting the party when everyone has something interesting to do, but that would leave everyone else on the sidelines for too long.

Yay!

Ah ha! So there is something there. :-)
It's probably supposed to be at the end of the module.
Don't worry Ansha, we'll probably make it there soon.
:-D

Sorry; you're going to have to wait another day. I had a busy day and then found out tonight that someone reactivated my defunct Netflix account that still had my credit card number associated with it. Had to call Netflix and get the charge reversed and account cancelled, and I still have to contact my bank to get a new card number (and then try to remember everywhere that has my card on file for recurring billing and call them to update it).
Tomorrow for sure!

Vhailor Falk |

Aaaand I'm officially back in the land of the living as of yesterday - still easing back into home life (and it's school holidays for my eldest as well), but you can expect a slightly more compos mentis player for the next little while as well.
Should hopefully find out over the next couple of weeks whether my stay onshore will be an extended one this time as well.

Those two-tones are Halfsies dice from kickstarter; and aye 4th from the right are the Q Workshop metal dice from the KS.

Joana |

Those two-tones are Halfsies dice from kickstarter
Huh. They look just like these from that picture, though I can see from the Kickstarter photo where you can see more faces that they're more half-and-half than swirled like the Gemini dice are.

Vhailor Falk |

Yeah the colours are likely pretty close on - the half and half shows up alot better in hand than from one angle. The black and white ones (yin-yang) are pretty cool.
My faves are the ceramic ones (slightly undersize) on the right... but unfortunately the guy that made them isn't in business anymore.

Vhailor Falk |

Very nice!
I do have Tiger's Eye, Amethyst, Obsidian polysets and a smattering of other d6s
and some of these coming.

Joana |

Okay, I'll be moving the timeline ahead hopefully tomorrow. The first part of this adventure had a lot of story awards, but we will shortly be entering the combat portion of this module. This isn't anything your PCs should be surprised by, given that they know there's an army of orcs heading Trunau's way, so casters ought to be preparing spells in case each day is the day that the enemy shows up. In addition, please make sure that if your PC wants anything off the loot list that it's claimed and on your profile. This is the time to buy anything you want to purchase as well; you all know what may be coming so you should be well-prepared.

Did someone take the belt of tumbling? I feel like someone did but I can't remember.
And Dorn has these items:
masterwork warhammer
+1 shield cloak
potion of cure light wounds x1(There's 3. I'm also pretty sure someone took the other 2 but I can't remember that either). :P
crowbar

Javell DeLeon |

Almost forgot!
Scroll of Barkskin
And if no one wants that Belt of Tumbling, I'll sure snag it.
But that's ONLY if no one else wants it. I'm not gonna let it go to waste. Alicia would obviously benefit from it the best. My Acrobatics score really isn't any good but I like those minor useful items. They're great! :)

Joana |

Does anyone wish to claim any of the following items?
masterwork morningstar
masterwork studded leather armor
belt of tumbling
potion of cure light wounds x2
potion of vanish x2
bag of alchemically-treated coals
stonechipper salve
tangleburn bag
alchemists' fire x2
ghost ink x2
Small centipede poison x2
antitoxin x2
liquid blade x2
thunderstone
I need either the items you want or a statement that you don't want any, and I'll assume you've sold the rest of the items. (I agree that Ali seems the obvious choice for the belt of tumbling, but if she doesn't want it, it will go to Dorn.)

Javell DeLeon |

I'll take the rest of the cure lights. I can give them to whoever needs them when needed.
And also:
tangleburn bag
alchemists' fire x2
antitoxin x2
thunderstone
potion of vanish x2
bag of alchemically treated coals
Okay, that's all I'm taking.
For the record, I'm taking these things just so we have them because I feel they might be useful. If anyone wants any of these items just let me know. It's no big deal to me.
Edit: Dorn has a regular warhammer that he'll throw in the sell pile.
