she looks over at Avalon in the distance.

My parents and some of my family brought me most of the way to Avalon, but we were ambushed by a group of Akuma less than a day or so from here. This was almost a week ago though, and I don't know what would happen in that time, Sam-senpai." the unicorn girl says quietly. She didn't want to brag about...
Midori would sense that Tryko'Sam appears to be a generally happy person, who's genuinely interested in what he's doing, which is hanging out with the two girls right now. He doesn't appear (to her) to be hiding or keeping anything hidden, nor enchanted, per any spell effect. There's a lively manner to him, and typically that smile he's got is real.
Glancing now back to focus on Midori, he adds, "Hey, if it's easier? Just call me Sam. That's okay-- I'm not sure what you're saying with the zenpai? sanpie? Er.. yeah."
Glancing back at Kitty then, he adds, "So how do we go about finding your parents? And who's the Blackscales person? or .. thing?" He certainly doesn't make the 'thing' sound rude, more of a lack of term for non-human.

He rubs his arm "Owie, I think you broke my wittle arm!" He says in mock hurt.
After her confession, he goes over to her and holds her close, looking into her eyes. "I'm sorry Ginni, I didn't know. If I am to be your first, I promise lots of romance and I will do everything I can to make it as special as possible"

One thing Tryko'Sam may notice about Midori's manner is that she appears to scan the room - hallway, area, etc - occasionally, as if a little paranoid, or perhaps looking for hiding spots herself.

He steps in to his room a a few minuets later. He tries to stay quiet in case Tami is still asleep.
