A doorknob and hinges pop out of the ice wall. The new door opens a bit and Tybalt puts his head through. "Are you sure?"
"Yes, I'm sure."
she smirks and rolls her eyes.
Sun returns to lang and Grim bringing them breakfast and Sara
Lang, Grim, we need to help Sara there is a problem
"OK." The wall evaporates and flows out a window. He sits back where he was. "Maybe we should try mage hand first?"
He takes off an amulet. "This might help. It let's me do nearly all cantrips."
She looked confused. "I'm not sure I even know what you just said.....was that a pun?" She yawned. "Well, I suppose everyone has flaws....use of puns definitely counts," she said with a teasing smile.
He was slightly embarress by his tongue getting twisted. "Sorry a slip of the tongue."
Sara stands as she clutches the otter and Cariban to her chest. If she didn't hold onto them tightly they might leave too.

"I'm trying to learn how to do it on my own, tybalt. Isn't Mage hand moving something with your mind?"
she flicks her wrist and mumbles some words, and she floats a small piece of equipment around.
"Like this?"
Lang gets up and turns to Sara
What is the matter Sara? Lang speaks to her in the most soothing voice he can.
"Ya. Good." He smiles as she works her new powers so easily. "Something harder maybe?"
"If i knew what i just did, maybe."
she shrugs.
"Heck, i don't even know what i just said, like someone else spoke for me."
"Yes, I'm sure."
she smirks and rolls her eyes.
Dave rubs his head in that anime way "um I wouldn't be so sure I was going to teach you to cast spark... The spell that young mages traditionally start on, as it is simply gathering your magic and expelling a tiny portion of it..." He sees him cast what appears to be Mage hand "or we can start there...."
"That's kinda what it's like. I usually just make stuff up. I don't know how it works for you. Warlock is probably different. What exactly are you? Like wizard or whatever?"
Sara sniffs. "Grama Aggie went away last night like my Momma did. They said she can't come back." She buries her face in t her arms along with Cariban and the otter.
"Well, i guess. Like i said, i have no clue what i just did."
Sun whispers to Lang and Grim
I think she died last night

"Well, wizards study the underpinnings of the universe and learn the formulas, at least temporarially to make magic happen, it used to be that you could keep the knowlege in your mind but still had a limited degree of power you could use on a given day, but then lady mystra- er well not important to the discussion, I'll tell you later if you want" he says seeing their faces tell him he was rambleing "warlocks are different, blessed with huge stores of magical power, they can use limited effects all day long,the power fading from them, magic simply an extension of their will, sorcerers are somewhere in the middle, they are blessed with a large magical storage and intrinsic knowlege of how to cast a small number of spells, this is the one I believe you are, but this is just the core arcane casting philosophies, there is also divine and psionic, which I could be wrong but I think I saw some of that in you as as well, " he shrugs
Sun whispers to Lang and Grim
I think she died last night
he just whispers back "I know"
Lang nods to Sun.
Sara, Grim and I have ways of finding and talking to people that are in a place your Grama Aggie went to. would you like to to see if we can talk to her or maybe bring her here to talk to you?
Lang puts his hand on her shoulder I can't promise we can find her or promise she will talk to us. but If you will let us we can try, okay?
"... Devine energy? Isn't that the same? And what is psionic energy?"
Lang looks to Grim..
this is really your area of expertise my skill in this area is very limited.
"Er no, divine is close enough to the same except for the source, that most people think of I as the same, but it comes from gods or other higher powers, psionic is the magic of the mind, not magic that affects the mid, though there is pleanty of that kind of stuff that is psionic, I'm talking about magic powered by the mind"
*sniff* "OK." She sits in the grass and waits for them to do what they do. She gently runs her hands over the otter and cariban too so he doesn't feel left out.
Tybalt shrugs. "I don't know where it comes from. I just do it." He bounces balls of dancing light into his empty drink cup.
she stares blankly.
"Ok then. Well... Now what?"
Grim looks surprised "eeh? um not all spirits cling to the earth, um how about we um work together, we could go that spirit world you were talking about, and we'll go from there, otherwise I'm going to need to go to wherever the body is, wherever she died, or her room or house, those are the places I can think of her being, unless she has already moved on"
"Now we wait a day or two, partially cause me and Tybs are going to be gone in a bit for about that long, partially cause there's a good chance your abilities are going to further awaken in that time, write down anything different about you, to include headaches iratability and soreness that have no ovbious cause pay attention to that tattoo, get your room mate to help, alternatively you could get a teacher to help, ooh! Yes after breakfast get ananda to get a blood sample to see what you can expect, " Skeets then shows up with pizza "and be sure to eat a lot,"
marcell eats a few slices of pizza, nowhere near as much as Dave, but that's normal.
"Annanda? Who's that?"
"What took you so long, Rocky?" The cat smiles as his favorite psicrystal approaches. "Thanks for last night. Best I've slept in a while." :)
He checks his watch. "We probly need to go soon if there's anything else we need to do."

Well most likely she died in the infirmary probably sent there when she was feeling ill at first
Lang glances to Sara the turns away so she does not hear.
I will try and go into the spirit world but that is mostly nature spirits but there are on occasion spirits of those that have died if they had a strong connection with nature.
Lang goes and sits in front of Sara Sara I have never done this before but I believe it is possible and i can only do this if you are willing. But I read that I have tha ablitiy to bring one willing person with me when I cross into the world of spirits. would you be willing to try? or should I just go alone. its your choice, you have to decide if you trust me or not
"She's in charge of security" "wicked smart, really good at building stuff, looks like this" changes his alter self into a rough estimate of what she looks like then turns back
Grim how about you approach from the infirmary there is a possiblity that we can meet in the Spirit world.
Sara looks at him and becomes more resolute. "I will go with you."
"Oh! I saw her in the infirmary yesterday."
she lights up just a little.
"Um ok, that's a good idea, um I'll check her room next if her spirit isn't there," he looks to Sara "is there anywhere emotionally significant to your grandma that um she would go to like think? Or go to be sad, somewhere emotionally significant?"
"Not that we could get to. We were only here a couple days. Our home is far away. I don't know how to get back."
Lang waits fro grim to decide on his starting point before begining.
my guess for here would be her room or the infirmary. but again you are the expert here Grim
Sun sits beside Sara.
Sara my job is to stand guard over you while you journey. is that okay?
Grim looks uncomfortable being called the expert but tries to hide it, he looks to Sara "um I can fly pretty fast, do you know which way it is?" he then whispers to Lang "aren't we goin to be somewhere today? Like soon, if we are going to do this we gotta make it fast"
"That's OK Sun. Can you make sure that Martin doesn't wander off?" She hands him the otter.
"We should try near here first. If we can't find her then we can try to find my home. I don't know how go get back there. It was dark when we came."
one of the teddy bear's eyes fall off, and gets lost in the grass.
Lang whispers back there must always be time to help a friend. and Sara is a friend I won't go without at least trying to help
Reed rises from the ground where he usually slept and begins his morning rituals of the Earth.
Balamor heads into the cafeteria and picks out some breakfast.
Kiara wakes slowly, both from the ritual and from the cold of the ground. She picks up her book and sword and heads to the school.
your roommate is there, eating more then a dragon could.
"By the Darkness, what's got you so hungry?"
Dom starts looking though the halls he had now idea of where Mel's new room was and the arrows didn't seem to be working.
Anyone who sees him will notice he has a confused expression and keeps trying to just the arrows as he searches for someone.
"Incredibly high matobolizim is creating tons of antimagic in respons to me losing almost all of it. Burns tons of energy, i havn't been able to sleep, because 15 minutes pass and I'm starving."
As Sara and Lang rise from their physical bodies the world of bright lights of the spirits of nature surrounds them. You can see faint strings tying many of the nearby animals to Sara's astral projection.
"Maybe we should start in our room."
Johnny used his mico scenes to look over the reconstructed cell, Johny knew s/he would get only one chance at this. The cell components where held in place by tiny affecters, some holding individual proteins, once S/he could do not more, Johnny let the affecters push the mitochondria in to play and hopped the cells would just do its thing, Johnny looked on, a brake, here, Johnny pushed it back, the cell wall was weak here, Johnny held it in place, but after a time and food, passed into the cell membrane, a split as the core DNA divided and then two cells. Now twice the work, but Johnny was over joyed. No breath had meant so much, life was coming back into the ship and once johnny had the cells s/he would have the power. Then the next problem, how to get back.
